We wanted somewhere quiet, within easy walking distance of the railway station and in the old town. This hotel was perfect in every respect: literally five minutes’ walk from the station so not too stressful dragging our luggage, and set in a pedestrianised side street just three minutes’ walk from the Plaza de l'Ajuntament and ten minutes from the old market and the Plaza de la Reina. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, allowing us to check in early as there was a room ready. Our room on the fourth floor faced the front street below and was beautifully appointed, very spacious and with the usual comforts including kettle, tea & coffee, TV, a good sized safe and a stocked mini bar (chargeable). The bathroom was immaculately clean with a bath and over-bath shower. Everything of interest was within 10 – 15 minutes’ walk including a huge choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is also nearby. W We made a great choice with this hotel and would certainly stay here again next time.

This property was stunning and the room was amazing ! The room was cleaned daily and the standard was impeccable. The ac was fantastic and needed as it was extremely hot 🥵 its location was perfect , close to all the main attractions and close to lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants including a lovely pizza place directly across from hotel which was perfect when our flight landed so late. It was a stones throw from the main shopping area and the old town . The staff were so friendly helpful and requests were handled quickly . We paid for late check out at 4 pm and it was very reasonable ! I must add if anyone travels to Valencia eat at La pizza

The location is very good, on the right side of the city center so you can easy make connection to go to Turia and the ciudad de sciencias. Though in the city, the room was quiet. We asked to change room when we saw we were on the inside of the hotel and they helped us to find the best option with a street view. Thank you! The room was big and clean, The breakfast was OK, it gives all the options but not exceptional.

For me the beds were a bit hard, but for my partner it was perfect. Not a dislike, but rather something we would have liked, is a nice bar to have some nice drinks as aperitif or before going to sleep.

Perfectly and centrally located, Vincci Lys was a brilliant spot to stay in Valencia. The front desk staff are excellent and were incredibly helpful to us in all they did to check in, advise us on parking, travelling around the city and wifi connection. They were fabulous Ambassadors for the hotel. Our room was beautiful and breakfast was fabulous. We loved our stay and would return happily. The Australian dollar makes everything in Europe expensive but great service is worth its weight in gold !

The wifi kept throwing us out and left us with unsecured connection. I’d sort that out for a better customer experience

Great location; spacious room; very clean; friendly staff; spacious bathroom.

Although stylish, the bathroom did not have the best functionality. In particular, the shower had no thermostatic control. This resulted in bursts of scalding hot or cold water, depending on use of water in other parts of the hotel. This is unsafe as someone will eventually get badly scalded. The wash basin is wide and shallow, looks good but is impractical. The bidet tap is far too high, not great for use. The bathroom looks good but more care should have been given to practicality in its design.

I visited during my birthday and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It was such a pleasant stay and the staff were so kind (Lucia and Yolanda at front desk were awesome.e). This was a real value for money, i was in a room not having the street and thankfully a lot of Fallas noise were suppressed. It's a hop skip away from major attractions. When I came back to my room on the day of my birthday I was surprised to find a bottle of cava with some chocolates :) The room was very neat, mattress was not too soft and we prefer that, it was a decently big room and good value for money. The staff also gave us very useful recommendations on things to do and some logistics. I hope to visit again and would not think twice about staying here

Top location just near historical center, near Metro, many restaurants and bars around hotel . Big spacious modern room, good bed quality, very clean. Good rich breakfast.

Bad sound isolation between the rooms, i had noisy neighbors and was really not easy to sleep. There is no carpets in the room, so you can hear every step of the neighbour. Next to hotel there was also renovation of Bank building, they started banging at 6 AM already. Hotel took me 2x money from my account, this made me confused. But at the end this monex was returned to my account. It ended good, but feeling remains bad.

Lovely helpful staff, high efficiency, spacious room with amenities (and mini bar with water), there was no fake eco-green speech as an excuse for poor service, amazing breakfast, perfect location and everything about Vincci (I even witnessed how the staff accomodates the best service for disabled people with kindness, adaptability and inclusion).. Thank you, Vincci Lys! We'll be back to Valencia and Vincci hotels around the world.

I liked everything about Vincci - first stay of many others to come.

The hotel is centrally located, about 10 min walk from the Central Market and 4 min walk from the subway and bus stops. A lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and some supermarkets are just next to the hotel. The staff is very nice, the room is big, clean and providing all the necessary amenities. I really recommend this hotel for your stay in Valencia.

The only thing I could mention is to provide some fresh vegetables (salad, cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, etc) for the breakfast (they had one day only from our 3 nights stay).

Location - excellent. 200m (or less) from the train station and the metro Staff - very friendly and helpful, enjoyed them immensely. Breakfast - excellent assortments of pastries, bacon, eggs, coffee, yogurt, cheese, nuts, etc … very very good and we enjoyed the convenience of just going downstairs every morning.

Wifi was hit and miss - it would just drop off for no reason and random - they need to get that sorted (for the price one pays to stay there) TV was small, cords (cable) loose and didn’t work (until we investigated behind the TV) - and no English channels (other than 24 hr news (CNN & BBC)
