A great location for a few nights in Valencia. Very central and close to the Metro and opposite a taxi rank for getting to and from the airport. Breakfast was fairly basic but fine and there was plenty of it. The staff at reception were all friendly. The hotel loans out umbrellas when it rains.

We stayed in two rooms as a party of three. One party had a balcony room, which was a nice amenity to have to look down on the street below. However, even though the balcony room was more expensive to account for the balcony, the room was smaller than my non-balcony room. There wasn’t a lot of space between the bed and the TV and no space to hang clothes (you had to fold things instead). My room was much bigger and had space to hang things though. Room was spotlessly clean but for some reason the bathroom smelled strongly of ammonia or cat pee for my entire stay. Fine when you shut the door between that and the room, but even sleeping every night with the bathroom door closed and the window open I couldn’t air out the bathroom.

Perfect location - less than 10 minutes walking to the old town and the metro practically stops in front of the hotel. Lots of shops and places to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful - we had a problem with the sink in the bathroom but they managed to quickly handle the situation. They also gave us a map of the city and lots of recommendations what to do and how to get to the main attractions which we wanted to visit.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of slippers for the bathroom, which I saw in the pictures when I made the reservation. Also the room was a bit darker because of the location of the lamps but considering we used the room only for sleeping it was okay.

In a great position for walking around the city and seeing the sights, shopping and food options. I had a room with a proper window out onto the street, many rooms only have a 'window' to a central light well which may not suit some. Within the room was a small fridge, hairdryer and hanging space. Surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed.

The wifi was really slow and not suitable for anything but the most basic functionality. The hotel were only able to provide a clothes steamer, there was no iron available (not great when you are travelling for work) and I know it is not common, but providing a jug to make tea or coffee would be great.

I am super satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The price was good and location is wonderful- at the centre on the main shopping street, near various shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful. They have given us a map of the city the day we arrived, answered all of our questions and booked us a taxi on our leave. The room is cleaned on a daily basis and you always get fresh towels which I loved because there is too much humidity in the city and nothing goes dry.

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that we got a room on the internal side of the building and we couldn’t open our windows as we were able to stare at the neighbours, plus the kitchen was right beneath us and it smelled like pastries every morning. I guess the balconies are available only for the two apartments on the 8th floor.

I was disappointed that there not enough space to hang any long garments in my room , I had paid extra. Also,they got my room mixed up with my friend's too on arrival and I was given the room with the courtyard first by mistake ( oversight due to not checking names although we had given passports). I found a hair in the bathroom of this room( the one meant for my friend) and they dealt with it promptly then I switched back to my real room but she then had to repack everything. Not to be prejudiced and it is of course very sad sad but there was a homeless man sleeping directly outside the main door they let me know he didn't have the right to be directly in front of the door.This isn't ideal as I had to be extra vigilent.

- the location - very friendly and professional staff - large comfortable clean bed - my room and bathroom were big. (Perhaps because it was adapted for wheelchairs?) - clean room - quiet interior room

- only one person at reception during each shift. Hence, queue in a hot small space with limited a/c. - the smell of moldy carpeting throughout the hallways - cleaning of both inside and outside of toilet - barebones hotel - no frills whatsoever.

The proximity of the hotel was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Melissa's local knowledge was particularly excellent. Clean and functional room. Bright and clean breakfast area with good quality continental breakfast provided. The room was clean and functional. It was also very quiet, especially considering the hotel was situated on a busy main road.

The base of the bed was sticking out inches beyond the foot of the mattress. As it was made of metal you had to be especially careful not to stub your toe when passing by. The area between the foot of the bed and wall was quite tight.

The staff, and cleaning crew were very nice. The room was always tidy. Staff was always helpful and friendly!!

Elevators broke often. Also, the name of the hotel is not very visible. Its small and there is another name that is more prominent so its confusing.

Rooms were nice. Location right in the city centre. Paid parking is available across the street. No point in validating the packing ticket - there was no one at the parking to show it to. Really nice beds and bathrooms

The elevator did not look like trustworty. I chose to use the stairs more often, as when we arrived, there were people stuck in it and I definitely did not want that experience.

Great location with city center near by, shops, mall, restaurants, everything in short distance , friendly staff, clean room, nice bathroom, nice design of the room with plenty of storage options for its size

It was pretty hot inside, the A/C was blowing fresh air but not cold enough and the themorstat was pretty useless as only on/off function was working. The temp inside was around 23/24 while outside there were days with 20 and 30 max. It was unpleasant for us. I also think the breakfast could be improved by adding vegetables, there were no vegetables only fruits.
