Junior suite was not as big as I expected but had all corresponding extras/details and turndown service. Rather quiet room (maybe we were lucky with the neighbours), pleasant smell, spotless and spacious bathroom. Staff very polite but friendly. Just the right combination. Overall it is worth the money, I will come back.

Unpleasant smell in the lobby (sewage) Maybe offering a sunshade in a beach city like Valencia (specially for summer months) could be considered. The sensor lights next to the bed can be a bit inconvenient sometimes.

It’s very stylish boutique hotel, it has new furniture, big bathroom, big mirrors and super confortable bed. Also was nice to have a speakers in bedroom. Very friendly staff with eyes for details. We were having our anniversary and have the possibility to try the spa and we must recommend this for couples. There is a rooftop that allows sunsets with view over Valencia with a nice Aperol in the hands. In general a very nice experience.

Location was great, close to the “ Old Town”. Close to the bus stop to get to the beach. A couple of great bars and restaurants close by. Staff couldn’t do enough to ensure the stay was comfortable and welcoming. Bathroom towels and bottled water replenished daily, nice touches of chocolates in the evening and even a bottle of Cava to celebrate our stay. Would definitely come back.

Well the lighting controls are difficult to figure out 🤣, I’m sure we could have asked but after a week we got used to them coming on and off randomly. I’m sure they are there to ensure they light when you get out of bed to visit the loo, but they had a mind of their own!

The location is ideal for the old quarter and all the sites and raztafa the main shopping and restaurant area. The staff are fantastic, polite, helpful and are the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are modern, well appointed, clean and very comfortable. My son was particularly impressed with the pillow menu. Is recommend the breakfast, there’s plenty of variety and the coffee and fresh breads, and fruit are brilliant. The dinner menu again was varied something for everyone, beautifully presented and great local produce. Wine list has something for all tastes and price points. The roof top bar and cocktails is an added bonus. Bar tenders can make cocktails off the list but the listed ones are great. Spa gym is small but well equipped and was sufficient for our needs. Local taxi from airport was €23 and took around 20 minutes. Would throughly recommend.

Hospitality of the reception: I've requested a quiet room way in advance. We stayed just below the rooftop and one of the evenings there seemed to be an event. Typically the bar was open until 10pm, but the music didn't stop until 11.30pm, despite calling reception a few times. The morning after I've came to explain to reception and one of the guys just said; oh yeah there was an event. Basically not even acknowledging the lack of communication or whatsoever.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, very well equipped, well located and the staff very friendly and forthcoming. The attention to detail is incredible and lots of small touches made my stay even better than I expected. The only point of complaint was the quality of the WiFi, which was very flaky in my room. At best it worked but was slow, at worst it didn’t work at all. This is a shame especially because everything else about the hotel is superlative.

The hotel was really good, centrally located, the room was spacious with high ceilings, the bathroom and equipment were modern. There were a lot of snacks on arrival including macaroons and a bottle of cava which was a nice touch. The towels and bed were comfy. The staff was lovely. The things we disliked were minor but maybe harder pillow options as the soft ones gave me neck pain, it can be a bit loud from the street but quiet after midnight and the drain a bit stinky sometimes. But overall it was a great experience and I would stay again.

- The windows are thin and there's a lot of street noise. However, that's not a surprise to me for a hotel in Europe in the city center. The hotel is nicely redone but I suppose they kept the original windows. The hotel did provide both sleep masks and earplugs though, so I think this is a lovely way to compensate.

High-class hotel.. Top quality everywhere. The staff at the front desk were very good, all spoke excellent English. The breakfast is good value at €23 because, again, quality rules - everything fresh and very tasty, a joy to slowly savour at the start of your day. Obviously, if McDonald's is your idea of the perfect breakfast, then skip - the quality and taste would be a severe shock to your body! I also really liked the gym - small, but has a bike, rowing machine, treadmill and weights - enough there to work up a decent sweat and a good appetite! The location is also excellent, more or less slap bang in the centre of the city. Valencia itself is beautiful. On Christmas day, we were mentally prepared for silence and shutters. Wrong! The city was thronged, whole families out enjoying the winter sunshine with the main squares closed off for walking meaning that the dominant sound was the beautiful murmur of happy human voices - a brilliant Christmas present in itself..Lots of restaurants open. And there's the Museum of Arts and Science, itself a fantastic example of art and science in action - it's superb. Don't miss it!

The one negative - if you choose this hotel for the wellness facilities, then you should phone to make sure it's free at a suitable time for you. We actually never managed to get a slot which was a pity ( we were there over Christmas so it was busy) The only other thing I didn't like were the lights which switch on and off automatically in the toilet - great idea but you're invariably left going about your business in the dark because the lights only stay on for maybe 30 seconds. Defeats the whole purpose!

Staff were extremely friendly. They were able to make great recommendations. The cleaning staff were also friendly and hospitable. The room was extremely clean - one of the cleanest I ever saw. The air conditioning worked great. In 80 degree F (30 C) weather I was able to cool room to 66 F (19 C). The AC remained on even after leaving the room so every time you would come back from a hot day at beach or walking around, one can properly cool off and shower to get ready for the next adventure of the day/evening.

I found the bathroom/ shower small. The toilet and shower were in a separate room from sink and mirror. The shower had a swing out glass door that one would have to dance around to get in / out and to grab your towel as it was hanging right outside, behind door. Perhaps a slider or a curtain would function better in this space. For how clean and nice everything else was I will gladly dance around this glass door, but might be trouble for a clumsy person or someone with mobility issues.
