Junior suite was not as big as I expected but had all corresponding extras/details and turndown service. Rather quiet room (maybe we were lucky with the neighbours), pleasant smell, spotless and spacious bathroom. Staff very polite but friendly. Just the right combination. Overall it is worth the money, I will come back.

Unpleasant smell in the lobby (sewage) Maybe offering a sunshade in a beach city like Valencia (specially for summer months) could be considered. The sensor lights next to the bed can be a bit inconvenient sometimes.

It’s very stylish boutique hotel, it has new furniture, big bathroom, big mirrors and super confortable bed. Also was nice to have a speakers in bedroom. Very friendly staff with eyes for details. We were having our anniversary and have the possibility to try the spa and we must recommend this for couples. There is a rooftop that allows sunsets with view over Valencia with a nice Aperol in the hands. In general a very nice experience.

Location was perfect. Rooms were exellent, spacious enough and clean. Aircondition worked perfectly. Beds were comfortables (I.e. bed does adjust to your body, and not other way round your body must adjust to the bed). Service in reception was excellent including tips to find good value restaurants.

Eventough everything was close to perfect, you can always improve. In this hotel there was space for improvement in terms of service during the breakfast. When you access to restaurant, you were always well noticed and guided to the table. Fairly quickly they were asking what I want to order. As I didn’t know it yet, the next time to ask took time and I did need to fairly hevily wawe my hand to be noticed. I ate six breakfasts and this was the case at least three times.

The hotel was well located on a quiet street. The hotel was well-appointed with a rooftop bar, a lobby bar with restaurant, a gym and spa. The rooms were nicely decorated with a lot of extras— a real hairdryer, hair straightener, beach bag and blanket. The products were from Clairins and each evening we were left with a special product. At check in, we were given a welcome drink. The first evening we were also given a cava and macaroons.

I had a single room with a king bed. With 2 small suitcases, we had sufficient room. However, with larger suitcases, it would have been a tight fit.

We stayed at Hotel Estimar in Valencia for five nights, and while the hotel itself was comfortable and well-located, what truly made my stay outstanding was the incredible service from the staffs—especially Alex and Jaime. During my stay, I unfortunately experienced food poisoning - when we went back to the hotel after the dinner, I started to feel really bad. It was a difficult situation, but both Alex and Jaime went far above and beyond their duties to make sure I was okay. Alex and Jaime were available through the night, regularly checking in on me with genuine concern, offering assistance and even helping me get what I needed. They showed an exceptional level of kindness and care that I will never forget. Their support made all the difference during a stressful time away from home. Thanks to their compassion and professionalism, we know that we won’t be staying anywhere else the next time we visit Valencia. Hotel Estimar has earned a loyal guest thanks to Alex and Jaime—true stars of the hospitality world. Highly recommended!

Amazing and lovely staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect/ Location was perfect, very central, short walk to all popular locations and less than 5 minutes from metro station to get to the airport. Fabulous breakfast buffet with a la cart options as well and very good coffee!! Lots of special extras, ie little gifts to the room each day, that made the stay even better. Cannot recommend this hotel more.

No wardrobe in the room. Only a small rack with one drawer.

The hotel is in a great location - central to all the major tourist spots but in a quiet street opposite a University building. The rooms are nicely furnished with thoughtful touches such as a pillow spray, water and a coffee machine. The beds are super comfy and there is a choice of pillows. The breakfast is excellent - a lovely buffet alongside a choice of freshly cooked hot dishes. Every member of the team who we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was as advertised. The hotel was very high end, exceptionally clean. Staff were outstanding, always helpful and trying to make our trip as pleasant as possible. It was a special trip for my son’s wedding and they went above and beyond to make it special. Staff like Samuel, Jamie, Laura front staff and from the housekeeping, Dyanna, who was absolutely amazing.

There is not really anything I didn’t like but if I was to wish for something more it would have been a Spa that was bigger and was available to guest freely or at a lower price. It was expensive for short slots of time. And so to be able to have a good spa session you of had to spend at least 100 euros. For half an hour. But it was fine as we were there for a wedding. It just would have been nice to be able to relax and unwind in the spa before the wedding:)

Amazing Hotel. Excellent location minutes away from the old town and central market. The little touches in the rooms were some of the best I have ever experienced. We had a "sleep kit" with eye masks and earplugs, a bottle of bubbles, foot cream, hand cream, chocolates even biscuits with the Wifi code on! Incredible!

The rooftop bar service was appalling. We went twice and both times the waitress was extremely rude and thoroughly miserable. The first time there was a private event and there was NO service. We had to go to the bar - not a massive deal - but were greeted with a sneering, barking waitress who obviously was proper stressed. I even tried to help clear some glasses to help her and was still sneered at. I thought maybe it was a one off but the second time it was exactly the same - even with no private event on! Let the Hotel down!

very nice breakfast room- large good choice (some products/juices not up to expected standard),very nice helpful attending staff, some things could be better communicated/organized - but all in all very nice experience. Nice rooms a little small and not the nice expected view- but with little attentions from the Hotel all along our stay and their friendliness made up for everything! Roof terrace a gift at night, you could even have diner in the Hotel bar/breakfast room - and it was very good- Jaime advised and served as so good

Communication and organization of details could be improved as well for the Hotel as for beach visits (cleaning was OK but not perfect- certain things we found out but at the end of stay because the explaining leaflets were only put in the room at the end -like possibility to ask for toilet brush if needed... no comment! No facilities to hang up wet things in bathroom or elsewhere, not easy to handle when coming in from beach. A bad persisting smell in the room and entry of Hotel even in front of breakfast room- had to get used to it.
