We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. There is a very relaxed atmosphere and all the staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. They are very discreet,helpful and professional. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Super comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety of lovely fresh fruit, fruit juices, yoghurts, cereals, teas and coffees and cooked food. All the food is excellent quality and very fresh. We had two evening meals in the hotel restaurant which were so good , especially the salads, pizzas and hot food.We also loved the situation which is a 10 minute walk from the amazing City of Arts and Sciences and there is a variety of really good restaurants nearby. We would recommend this hotel very highly and hope to return there on our next visit.

We love this beautiful hotel! We spent the most unforgettable moments of our stay in Valencia. Perfect cleanliness in the room, fantastic location of the hotel from the city of Science and Arts, from the beloved Mercadona, from shopping centers and supermarkets, from many museums. But the most important thing is the people! Professional, friendly and helpful staff! Only respect!

There are a couple of points that I prefer to remain silent about, because the staff responded to my requests instantly.

The main thing about this hotel was the location. The location was immaculate. 15 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the city. The 19 bus is right in front of the hotel making it very easy to commute into town and beach. The main attractions( oceanographic/city of arts and science) is a quick 10 minute walk away and cute cafes nearby for breakfast. The room itself is old fashioned but for the price I think you get what you pay for but even though it’s not modern it has everything that you would need for a stay. The place was clean and comfortable . There’s also a rooftop pool. I went in may and had the pool to ourselves and had sun loungers as well . Reception and all staff were very lovely and helpful

The air conditioning temperature is set to general so we were unable to change it. As we were from Ireland , 25 degrees would be vvv hot for us and we were unable to make the aircon blast colder air. And as mentioned the place is very old fashioned in decoration but wasn’t really a big deal for me Apart from that it was honestly great

Great location, very clean and tidy hotel. The rooms were always spotless, and the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) were fully stocked and regularly refreshed. The staff were polite, and the rooms left a very pleasant impression overall.

Some important information about the hotel’s services seemed to depend on which receptionist was on duty. One staff member told us that to use the pool we needed to pay €10 for towels and €50 for breakfast, while another explained more clearly and told us that if we had our own towels, no extra charges applied. Also, our room key kept malfunctioning and had to be reprogrammed multiple times — though it seemed the actual issue was with the lock, not the card. Lastly, the pool looks much larger in the photos than it really is. In reality, it’s quite small and very cold.

Everything! Great location for little eateries and some great touristy spots. Located close to the Hop on Hop off bus which is a superb way to see everything and get your bearings. The pool was small, photos quite misleading, but fine to cool off. The staff were incredibly helpful too, especially as we needed emergency A&E and they directed and assisted us so well and with compassion. The rooms were lovely, very spacious and had everything we needed. Lifts were super quick too - makes such a difference! Deffo worth a stay here and would recommend highly.

Excellent location to the beach and all tourist attractions and 5 minutes walk from two shopping centres fabulous room huge bed friendly and helpful staff, they saw when we checked in from my partners passport it was his birthday they didn't say anything and when we came back to the room that evening there was a birthday card from the hotel two cakes two forks and 2 glasses with a little bottle of Prosecco, we asked for a late check out which they gave us until 3 as we had a late flight and also didn't charge for it

We like the location, although it is a (cheap) bus ride either to the centre/old city or to the beach. The Arts and Sciences centre is a 5 min walk away. We were able to find free parking on the street. There are restaurants nearby, but remember some of them are closed on a Sunday.

You'll need transport to get to the beach or old town. Or a long walk. (Remember, there's no Uber in Valencia. But there is Cabify, which is similar.) But the bus system is great.

Excellent location, two minutes by foot from La ciudad de las artes, not so far from the beach, with a place where to rent bicycles and scooters in case you want to explore around. Breakfast well furnished for all tastes and tolerances. Room really clean. In the bar there are churros with chocolate / coffee with cake everyday for 5 euros.

Shower was a bit messy, either taking shower or a bath the bathroom would become a small swimming pool as the glass of the shower/bath too short to prevent the splashing. Also, the card to get into the room was not working 8 times on 10, so every time you had to go to the reception to ask for a new set.
