I. Have you ever met personnel who look like they are hating their job? So you won't meet them here. I saw smile faces all day and was met just with kindness and willingness to help us and recommend to "must see things". II. The room and room service, new towels every day, bed prepared. Room is nicely design. Nicely, I was crying when I returned home and it didn't look so nice as there. III. Location, it's 15 minutes of walk to Science City, 15/20minutes to the beaches by bus, 10 minutes to centre (by bus), and bus stop is just across the street.

Lift was little bit slower than I would expect, but as the hotel is in the first floor (second floor if you are American and believe, that even the ground is counted as floor), it's manageable.

The hotel is small and occupies one floor. It has a great location for the City of Arts and Sciences with Oceanografic (12 min walk). Lots of supermarkets near by and a metro 10 minutes walk. Historic centre is a bit further (40 minutes walk), but at least two buses going from/to the city centre stop near the hotel (number 4 stops right by the hotel). The beach is also reachable by bus. The rooms are newly refurbished and clean. The mattress is ok. The walk in rain shower is amazing! The water pressure is great and shower is very spacious. The room has double glazing, so little noise comes from the road outside. The staff is really friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. There is a minibar which I used as a fridge for my own stuff. There is free filtered water supply. I didn’t take breakfast, so can’t comment on it.

The bedding was had a stain which apparently can’t be washed out. Wish it was newer. A shelf right above the bed is a bad idea: you can’t really seat in the bed. I hit my head twice on the first day and had to be extra careful all the following days (and I am 5’2). The plug is also located above the bed: one needs a long cable to charge. The emergency light is right above the bed and very bright. If you like total dark, then get a blindfold. The air conditioner is blowing right at the bed (it wasn’t hot, so I didn’t use it, but would really mind direct blow if I needed to use it).

Great little hotel that is in a non-touristy part of the city. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro stop so it's still easy to reach most other locations. The staff were probably the highlight as they were super friendly and informative about everything. The room itself was comfortable with all the amenities we needed, good wi-fi, and great sound isolation to the street outside. The bathroom was also very generously sized.

The hotel is located directly between the centre/old town of Valencia, and the beach. Depending on what you want to visit during your trip, this might mean the hotel isn't the best located for you as many sights won't be in walking distance.

Very big rooms, it was quiet, although the windows are pointed to the street. Breakfast was fine, simple but fresh and tasty, every day almost the same. Personnel was the best, very friendly, customer oriented and always wanting to help you with something. Big elevator. The position is great, 100 m to the bus station, 100 m to the supermarket, 100 m to the cafeteria. Spanish area, spanish people, nice street.

Great location, 10 minute walk to Cuidad de la Sciencias y Artes. Bus stop to get you to the beach literally 10m from the hotel. Metro station and bus that would take you to the old town in walkable distance of few hundred meters. Hotel staff if very helpful. I have used an app recommended by the hotel to find places to dine and visit and did not regret it. Free refill of water available in the lobby 24/7.

Good location, friendly staff, nice room, breakfast ok. Bus 92 outside hotel takes you to the beach directly in 15 minutes. Bus 4 and 92 going into the city is 150m away. But need to buy Valencia Tourist card at 25 euro's for 72 hours or Suma AB zones 72 hours for 12 euro's which is quite difficult as VT only on sale in 4 places, Suma I had to go to Metro Station with long queue.

Bring key card with codes to access lift or open gate as the gates be can closed as early as 830pm.

Room was big, bathroom comfortable and equiped. Bed is comfortable, there are enough el. sockets in the room. Check in and check out process is easy. All personel is nice. Wifi worked great. Breakfast is basic but good, coffee is so-so, not my preferable type. At any time you can recharge your bottles with fresh cold water, and also you get one to have in your room. My son couldn’t drink tap water because he claims it has some strong taste so this refilling was very important for him( but my impression of tap water is normal)

Not a lot of natural light, there is a window in the room but it is faced to building atrium. Location is nor central and we didn’t mind that BUT prices qould be adjusted according to that.

The staff were amazing: helpful, warm and welcoming. They answered all our questions about Valencia, gave us personalised recommendations, chatted with us on rainy afternoons (shout-out to Valerio), and made us feel more like friends than customers. The room was great: big, clean and looking freshly renovated. The bed was large, comfy and good quality (with a firm mattress), with convenient night-stands, overhead shelves and easily accessible electric sockets. The shower was huge, with both overhead and hand-held options, and great water pressure, perfect for a relaxing shower after a day at the beach. We were very happy with the location as well: there's a bus stop just across the street for getting to the old town and the beach, metro to the airport is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. There's a big supermarket, a laundromat, a pharmacy and a green grocers just a minute away.

Our bedroom windows faced the tiny inner yard so it was a bit dark, we needed to keep the lamps on even during the day. There was a bit of construction going on in the building (in June 2024), so sometimes it could be a little bit noisy - not very loud but a bit annoying, nothing that should scare you off unless you're planning on spending a lot of time in your room during the workday. The pillows were very firm, it would have been nice to have a softer alternative. But overall it was absolutely worth the money, and the staff and the friendly atmosphere made a huge difference.

Absolutely wonderful place! I highly recommend this hotel as one's accommodation in Valencia because it meets all the imaginable criteria you might have: affordable, not far from the city center, very clean, spacious, friendly and kind staff, stylish, you name it. The hotel team is doing amazing job keeping the place in a great conditions, very neat, very clean. There is nothing I can possibly mention as a disadvantage, that's a perfect place for your trip!
