Breakfast is really great, there's everything you need (eggs, fruit, cheese, ham, etc) and everything is local and really good quality produce. We especially loved fresh orange juice. Location is good, 20 mins walk from city center. Room was spacious, with comfy beds and pillows.

The room doesn't have kettle, for a hotel of this level that should be a default. We ran out of hand soap on day 2 and it was not re-filled even though the room was cleaned every day and we additionally asked at reception.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable, quiet. Position is quite good and close (5-7 minutes walking distance) to bus and metro stops. Beds were very comfortable.

We had two room in total and in one of them it was not possible to properly control the temperature of the air conditioning system. This was automatically turning on during at the minimum temperature (19 degrees) even if we turned it off before leaving the room, with the result that the room was a little too cold in the evening. We told the receptionist about this problem and we were told the problem was fixed but, unfortunately, it was not.

I came here in order to visit Valencia for a few days with my family. Price is very reasonable. Breakfast is normal with a lot of options. Personnel was very helpful and polite. Room was big and they kept it clean. It is not in the old city center nor so close to the beach. But still it is situated just 8 mins walk from Aroga metro station. The area is safe even during the night when we were coming back from old town. Because I also used my car, it is very convenient their 24/7 parking. I really recommend it.

The bathroom was fantastic. We want to buy the same mirror for our house now! The room was spacious, obviously recently renovated. The beds were big and comfy. The breakfast buffet was great, giving you a lot of freedom to build your own sandwich and with an assortment of local delicacies.

The room walls are a bit thin. You can definitely hear your neighbours coming and going, conversing even, which can be very annoying late at night or early in the morning.

So we got a massive family room with very large beds and a sliding door between the 2 bed areas . There is a carrefour right opposite and also a shop next to the hotel . The bus stop is very close by. The valencia football stadium is at a walking distance . It is a short ride by bus to the central touristy area . They had a decent breakfast menu .

We ordered some sandwiches to the room which came after an hour ,it was cold and dry ,I think the order was forgotten and they only delivered it when i called and checked again .

The room was clean and had the necessary items to make an enjoyable stay (creams, shaving kit, good shower, etc). Breakfast had a good selection on offer. Hotel is close to some good attractions (Science Museum, Arts, Turia Garden). A walk up through the garden area and your close to the city centre with a good selection of shops and restaurants. Some good restaurants close also.

Hotel bar closed early - but not much of an issue for us.

Value for money. 25min walk to city centre. local bars, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Turia bed river and park 10 min walk if you like nature and parks.

Main avenue a bit noisy but we had a room on the top floor so with the door close no bother. Mattress a bit soft for me, but some people might like that. Other than that very good stay, I would recommend it.

Modern bedroom (very comfortable bed); great selection of food for breakfast - evening menu is also very good. Good location - short walk to el Palau des Artes and only three stops to Calle Colon from nearby Arago which is about 10 min walk from hotel. Stayed there a couple of years ago during Fallas and decided to return again for this year’s fiesta.

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable and clean. Had nice shower with creams and gels etc. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is close to attractions (Science Arts Museum) and about a 30 minute walk to the city centre. Had fridge, a coffee making facility would have been nice to have too.

Wifi was temperamental. Rooms not completely soundproofed. There was no Coffee/tea making facilities

We had the junior suite on the 4th floor, a very nice big corner suite with huge windows. Bedroom was cosy with very comfy bed. Living area very nice too, with minibar, TV, comfy armchairs and also with an office desk. Very spacious bathroom with more than enough toiletries, towels etc. Breakfast was excellent, an amazing choice. Location top and walking distance from city centre 20 minutes. Also the number 4 bus just at the next corner does a great city ring from hotel to centre to port...and back!
