Very pleasant and comfortable place with a very good management Location is super No extraneous odours/smells and very well maintained and cleaned; warm and dry Linen and towels were of good quality Studio room appeared to be spacious enough WiFi is stable and good signal and easy to connect All the staff members were polite and attentive people The kitchenette was provided with a very useful cleaning set helping to keep the kitchenette clean and tidy; there was not much cookware, but it was still enough to manage. The cups and plates were of good quality and quantity. The staff also provided daily cleaning of the room.

Our room was advertised as having a balcony, but in fact , it did not . There was just one window, however it was almost from the floor to the ceiling. Therefore, for those who really need one, it is recommendable to make a special note about that. But for us it was not disappointing at all. There room was also not exactly as on the pictures advertised, but equivalent. There was a lack of a closed wardrobe in the entrance area. But it was understandable since it is akin to an aparthotel, and it might be impossible to provide individual pictures for each individual room.

Modern and comfortable place. Friendly service most of the time! Beautiful view, and very good but quiet location! I must say I felt like I wanted to stay living in Valencia, and major reason is due to an almost perfect service! Thank you so much Palau reception staff❤️

The cleaning service was decent, meaning the apartment was not visibly dirty at any point, but it was a frequent chasing and looking the cleaning staff for having new towels and basic amenities for the bathroom. Even if you hang out the room cleaning sign, they were not knocking or even checking if they can start, but their superior directly saying we as clients didn’t notify between their staff working hours (roughly between 12:00-14:00). Short recommendation so you enjoy a perfect stay is: please ask directly the ladies outside to clean your room and do not trust on leaving the cleaning sign. The breakfast could be better, but it is not bad for renting an apartment and not a hotel room!

Clean (bed linen and towels were changed daily), quiet, location. Very close to the center and all the sights.. It was a dream vacation in Valencia, and the choice of this location was a successful one.

On the booking.com website through which I booked the room, it is mentioned in the facilities that there is a private parking. In fact, they have some places in the basement of the building, allocated to tourists, but the parking fee is charged. It is chargeable and not free. I believe that this aspect should have been mentioned because the first search criterion for me was free parking.

Very comfortable, spacious studio, and very good bed. Great location.

The staff was mostly wonderful, except for one female receptionist who was exceptionally rude to me on a consistent basis throughout the entire duration of my stay. Whenever I came down to ask her a question she would make an angry face and act as if I was really bothering her and she was doing me a huge favor by speaking to me. Extremely unprofessional and downright unacceptable behavior.

Loved the size of the studio apartment, the bed was extremely comfy, with a full kitchenette, a large wardrobe and sofa. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and efficiently designed. The staff were lovely and available at any hour of the day (or night).

On the morning of the final day we found a silver fish (horrific lil bug) in the drain of the kitchen sink. We also had a gift bag with some jewelry and a valentine's card, this was accidentally cleaned up from our room and is still (2 days after leaving) missing. The cleaning staff are lovely, and while I shouldn't have to say this, if you have anything valuable, please do not leave it out when the staff come to clean.

Nice hotel in a great location next to the park and very close to the city centre. Apartments are very spacious and have a small kitchenette for cooking. Various paid parking options available - on the street in front of the hotel, hotel private garage or public garage next door.

* One of the cleanest rooms I've ever been * Interior is in very good condition, functional and comfortable. * Sound isolation between rooms seems to be ok. Only could hear muffled voices from other rooms and the obligatory door slamming in the morning. * Big shower, although water temperature wasn't that easy to regulate. * Fridge with small freezer compartment * Various lighting, bright or dark enough if needed * Room gets totally dark, once window shutters are down and you cover the microwave display * 24 hour reception

* Room was facing the front and was surprisingly noisy because of the poor window sound isolation. You can hear all of the traffic passing by, almost wouldn't matter if the window was open or not. It was better during the night with less traffic, but I still had to use ear plugs. * The blanket was wrapped in two separate sheets not connected to each other or the blanket. Once you start moving in your sleep, the sheets would move off and you end up directly in contact with the blanket, which is not ideal from a hygiene perspective and a bit disgusting. Why would you do that and not use a single piece duvet cover? Although I have to say that the bedding itself was spotless clean, so it was not bothering me too much in the end.

Area size and cleanliness of rooms. Facilities provided. Staff were more than accommodating to be of help. Palau Aoartments are in a great area, close to Turia Bus metro, bike rental and shops as well as great restaurants were all within easy reach as well as non-ending beautiful walks. Mestalla just ten minutes away.

A double bed is not two single beds pushed together. Curtains were very light material and almost see through.

The location is great. It is close to bus stations, close to the metro, next to Turia, there were nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and if you like walking it is 15 mins from the center of Valencia. It is also pretty close to the Oceanographic and Gulliver park, if you have a kid those are two great pluses. Also if you'd like to go to the beach, there is a direct bus from the corner of a block away.

The fact that the beds were sliding around, and our daughter was about to slip in between them a few times during the night. She wasn't feeling comfortable sleeping in the baby bed, so we took her in. And there was a suicidal pigeon, that tried a few times to break in, even thou' the balcony door was closed.

The place was nice and clean. The AC worked but was not measuring the correct temperature.

The first room we were assigned in floor 1 was so stinky with cigarette smell. We are traveling with a baby so that was super disappointing. The AC worked well in the 1st room , however we had to switch floors to the 7th floor which was super noisy. The guests shouldn’t be clustered so close in proximity as the noise is terrible. The doors slamming at every hour. In the 7th floor the AC did not work as well. The monitor read “18 C” but it was more like 20 Celcius.
