The room was lovely and clean. The air conditioning was a godsend in 38°C! And worked away quietly when we needed it during the night. The location was excellent - near a bus that went to the beach or centre city. Near food shops, restaurants, bars, washeteria, etc. Only a twenty five minute walk or a bus ride to Oceanographic and museum, which had a large shopping centre near them. Red bus also stopped at hotel and there was a taxi rank outside. Only 26 euro to airport by taxi. And the breakfast was wonderful!

A few of the details we had found on booking.com were out of date or incorrect. Obviously, the reference to booking a slot at the pool was not correct. Also, the television in the room only showed news channels, and the reference which said you could pay for additional channels at reception was also not correct.

Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Parking space on premises. It is not that walkable to the “attraction areas”, everything is like 25+mins walk. But the area is safe, so did not mind that much. You can also grab a taxi in front of the hotel. Buffet breakfast had good selection. The pool is small, and in the afternoon gets a little crowded. They have a bar and food in the area, which is nice. They also have a restaurant in the hotel, I did not know about it, but is a good option if you don’t feel like walking long distances. The area does not have that much options for restaurants or bars.

They had power problems. The air conditioning was not working properly. They said it was because the hot weather outside. They did offer to change us to another room, but the problem with the air conditioning was the same.

Room 437 I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and would like to express my appreciation for the attentive service provided by the staff. Housekeeping was particularly efficient — the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were consistently provided. The reception staff were courteous and helpful at all times, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.

I believe there is room for improvement regarding the condition of the room. The parquet flooring and bathroom fixtures appear dated, and the bathroom door does not close properly. Additionally, the television is quite old and not in line with what one would expect from a 4-star establishment. Enhancing these aspects would significantly improve the overall guest experience and better reflect the hotel’s rating.

Staff all brilliant. Very helpful and had very good English to communicate with us. I booked 2 rooms and we were given joining rooms it was one of our birthdays whilst we were staying and we received birthday gifts with cake which was so lovely and a complete surprise as we never told them about the birthday. Bedrooms very clean comfy beds and toiletries were provided in the rooms.. shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Great location to explore the inner city and a 10 mins max taxi to the beach which costs €8... Will definitely book again next time thank you for the great stay

Finding the entrance to the underground car park as it's not near the main entrance... Perhaps the reception could have this on a printed map to hand out to customers in future...

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was small but very comfortable and exceptionally clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast was perfect — a great variety of options, fresh ingredients, and served in a bright, spacious dining area. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely stay again!

The only downside was the distance to the beaches. It was a bit far to walk, so we had to take a taxi, which cost around €13 one way.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a minibar available. Ensuite bathroom quite big and well-equipped . Excellent variety of products for breakfast, with the added advantage of a rather cheap menu for supper. Staff courteous and helpful. The hotel location is midway between the old city and the "city of arts and sciences". Taxi service in front of the hotel and buses run just round the corner. Metro station is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Internet service could improve. Also for the caliber of the hotel, one would expect TV stations in languages other than Spanish to be available

The location of this modern hotel couldn’t have been better placed to explore all that Valencia has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful - thank you to you all (staff) for giving up your Christmas to work. The breakfast buffet was superb! For Christmas Day, I joined a hiking group, and we ventured to near Teruel. It was warm and sunny and the views just magnificent! On the 26th, I visited the Fundacion Bancaja where there was an exhibition of the work of Picasso and his muse, Jacqueline, and on another floor of the same museum was a fabulous show of the work of Sorolla - Valencia artist, master of light. There is a huge number of activities in Valencia, and the best thing is the proximity of the hotel - everything is in walking distance.

It would be pleasant if the hotel provided the means to make an early morning tea or coffee. Although, I am aware that many Spanish hotels do not provide this facility, so I brought my own travel kettle and a cup. Problem solved!

Front desk staff were friendly & smiley - a good sign. The hotels location suited us well, arriving by nice car on a road trip, the basement secure parking was great - Bike rentals too from the parking garage were great for exploring the Turia Park & Science Park etc. Evening Eating out options for all budgets all within walking range Breakfast choice & quality was great. Fresh water in the room each day was a nice touch, room came with a fridge too - Good. Big bed (requested at booking) was really comfortable. Roof top pool & solarium were a nice distraction too !

Thin walls to rooms & not very good soundproofing didn’t leave much to the imagination, no doors to rooms seemed to close quietly for some reason.....Breakfast room coffee not great.

The beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious (if a bit weirdly proportioned) and the floor we were on was very quiet. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Location was good; nearby bus route and not at all far to get into the main park which brought you up to the old town and down to the arts & sciences area. We walked most of the time.

The shower lacked pressure, but worked fine. Bath / shower combination was a little dated. There was no kettle in the room (I expected this to be the case and the bar staff were very good about giving me hot water for tea, but just to note for anyone expecting one). The location was good, but if you're inclined to walk like we were, it lends itself to a fair bit of trekking around. Fine for the time of year we were there, but might be tough in the summer months.
