The room was spacious and comfortable with a minibar available. Ensuite bathroom quite big and well-equipped . Excellent variety of products for breakfast, with the added advantage of a rather cheap menu for supper. Staff courteous and helpful. The hotel location is midway between the old city and the "city of arts and sciences". Taxi service in front of the hotel and buses run just round the corner. Metro station is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Internet service could improve. Also for the caliber of the hotel, one would expect TV stations in languages other than Spanish to be available

The location of this modern hotel couldn’t have been better placed to explore all that Valencia has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful - thank you to you all (staff) for giving up your Christmas to work. The breakfast buffet was superb! For Christmas Day, I joined a hiking group, and we ventured to near Teruel. It was warm and sunny and the views just magnificent! On the 26th, I visited the Fundacion Bancaja where there was an exhibition of the work of Picasso and his muse, Jacqueline, and on another floor of the same museum was a fabulous show of the work of Sorolla - Valencia artist, master of light. There is a huge number of activities in Valencia, and the best thing is the proximity of the hotel - everything is in walking distance.

It would be pleasant if the hotel provided the means to make an early morning tea or coffee. Although, I am aware that many Spanish hotels do not provide this facility, so I brought my own travel kettle and a cup. Problem solved!

Front desk staff were friendly & smiley - a good sign. The hotels location suited us well, arriving by nice car on a road trip, the basement secure parking was great - Bike rentals too from the parking garage were great for exploring the Turia Park & Science Park etc. Evening Eating out options for all budgets all within walking range Breakfast choice & quality was great. Fresh water in the room each day was a nice touch, room came with a fridge too - Good. Big bed (requested at booking) was really comfortable. Roof top pool & solarium were a nice distraction too !

Thin walls to rooms & not very good soundproofing didn’t leave much to the imagination, no doors to rooms seemed to close quietly for some reason.....Breakfast room coffee not great.

The beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious (if a bit weirdly proportioned) and the floor we were on was very quiet. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Location was good; nearby bus route and not at all far to get into the main park which brought you up to the old town and down to the arts & sciences area. We walked most of the time.

The shower lacked pressure, but worked fine. Bath / shower combination was a little dated. There was no kettle in the room (I expected this to be the case and the bar staff were very good about giving me hot water for tea, but just to note for anyone expecting one). The location was good, but if you're inclined to walk like we were, it lends itself to a fair bit of trekking around. Fine for the time of year we were there, but might be tough in the summer months.

Pretty standard, but convenient business hotel. Friendly and supporting staff, Quiet rooms and comfortable bed. overall great value for money.

Breakfast requires an update, because it is too basic for a 4 star hotel. Same for the dinner restaurant: some more creativity in the menu would be appreciated, as it is very basic. Also the decoration in the restaurant requires an urgent update: "cheap" appearance; some small changes, for example smooth lightening and some more attention to chairs, tables and decoration would make a world of difference. To me a MacDonalds restaurant is more cozy.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

My stay was generally fine, but I was disappointed with the flooring in my room. Some of the wooden panels were missing, which gave the room a worn-out feel. It could definitely use some renovation to improve the overall experience.

Bed was the most comfortable bed i ever slept in my life, haha! So big! I missed my husband during the night as he was so far away, hahahahaha! Charlotte upgraded our room, thank you!!!! The location was great. We stayed 1 night and were able to see "5 top things to see." We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment. The hotel has complimentary things like toothbrush and toothpaste and slippers - very convenient. Parking was included in price, so this was a bonus. View from room 1008 was great. Recommend the stay!

You could hear people in the rooms below and above. That's the only minus.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating! The room was clean and the mini fridge useful for my son's formula. The location was perfect for work and also leisure right on the edge of the big park 10 minute walk from the science and art centre. The complimentary bathroom supplies were a lovely touch and very useful.

The bed although huge was a little bit too hard for my preference but it was not too bad. The pool is deep all the way around (170cm) so for us with a little baby it was not ideal not to have a shallower end to be able to stand and hold him.

Such a lovely and comfortable hotel with a plenty of room for 3 adults. I found it to be in a good location with the Turia Gardens two blocks away. Lots of cafes and bars around and a supermarket on the next block. It was about a 25 min walk to the Mercat Central de Valencia and the same to the beach.

The room has great sound proof windows so no outside noise but unfortunately not so good internal sound proofing. We could hear the family above us talking and walking around early morning and late at night.
