Nice, friendly, welcoming staff. Easy Check-in. Nice room, if a little small. Room cleaned daily, fresh towels and linen. Decent continental breakfast, always plenty to eat. Fresh fruit and cakes as well as bread, meats, cheese, etc. Staff very knowledgeable of local areas and provided recommendations for local restaurants. The location was fantastic, close to the City of Science and Art, and it was easy to walk into old town. Close to buses for station and nature reserve.🙂

Although the room and hotel were clean, it did feel a little tired. Bed was also too low, which was bad for the back. However, it was comfortable.

I liked the location of the hotel in City Centre close enough to walk to various attractions. Nice welcome on arrival. Given map of city and shown areas for attractions and area for eating. Got shown to room which was appreciated. All staff friendly. Room is comfortable and enough for short stay. Breakfast is Continental and good start to a day. Directly opposite the hotel you can enter Turia Gardens almost 9 kilometres of green space used for walking running cycling and various sports or just chilling out. A vibrant yet calming area well used by everyone A special spot in beautiful Valencia.

No matter how careful you tried to be the bathroom floor got wet when taking a shower as the glass panel only covers 3/4 of shower with remaining open. Nothing else.

The breakfast was very good at the price, the personel were fantastic and friendly, they even started breakfast 2 hours earlier on a Sunday, due to Half Marathon runners staying in. Room was a pleasant size with a great fridge and some coathangers. Shower was wonderful. Location right by the Jardí del Turia park, which is a perfect spot for exercise, or to get away from the city itself. The entire centre of Valencia is in walking distance as well, and very close to a nice area with plenty of great restaurants.

Walls were paperthin, so earplugs were a great accessory. Unfortunately the reception is not 24/7, so getting help was not super easy. That also meant, no major help could be given after the DANA storm floodings, with regard to how best to go anywhere (this is then also due to the fact authorities were terrible at distributing information!!)

My daughter and I stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and all the staff members were extremely friendly. The price, which included breakfast, was unbeatable. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, featuring an excellent Spanish tortilla, yogurts, cereals, fruit, cheese, suasages, and freshly pressed orange juice. Since my daughter had an early flight to Germany, the staff kindly proposed her to prepare sandwiches on the previous, which we stored in the fridge in the room.

However, the room was quite basic; for instance, it lacked a larger mirror which would have been appreciated. Parking was available around the hotel but finding a spot often required some luck.

The breakfast is really good, and a great start to the day. Freshly squeezed juice was fantastic and a nice range of cheese and meats as well as a good choice of breads and pastries, and a toaster. The staff are friendly and helpful and let me leave my bag there on the day of departure. I appreciated the interior design, as it was super-boutique stylish and modern, enhanced by beautiful plants and exciting lighting and signage. Nothing jarred- all was well thought-out. The location was great- near the centre and right next to Turia gardens, and on bus routes.

The room was a bit stuffy and I would have liked to have been able to open the sliding window onto the small courtyard, just to get some fresh air, but it was blocked- perhaps they do not want people to think they can blow smoke out. Although the room did have air con anyway. The TV only seemed to have 2 channels? Not clear about the TV.

I left it quite late to book a hotel in Valencia in peak season but I was glad to find this place. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk from the Palais des Arts, and although it was farther into town, taxis can find the hotel easily. The room was a bit small but clean and with a powerful shower, and the staff were very helpful. There are some good supermarkets nearby if you want to save money on eating out.

The room was fairly small but it wasn't a major problem and breakfast is not served until 8, but there are plenty of good supermarkets nearby.

Location, included breakfast and very helpful staff! We lost our cellphone at our previous destination, which was found and then by mail forwarded on to this hotel. But due to holidays, and our schedule we missed the delivery, the owners here made sure to forward our package on to our next destination. They helped above and beyond by tracking the package and gifting us overnight service to our next destination. Mui Mucho Gracias

Nice boutique hotel with a refrigerator in the room. Excellent customer service. Provided helpful city information with a printed (!) map, how old fashioned cute. Early check-in. Great breakfast options with fresh orange juice (even gluten-free bread for me!). Super location to explore Valencia for our first visit. Did store our luggage after official checkout time, too.

For two people I found the 15 m² rooms were too small. Since we were out most of the day it was ok

Amazing property, it exceeded our expectations. Clean, polite and accommodating staff, great location. They cleaned the room every day. We had a gread time at this hotel. It’s close to Ruzafa where I found amazing places for drinks and food. Also in the vecinity Ciutat de les Artes i Ciences, a place we realy wanted to see. Even had breakfast included which we forgot. The free orange juice was incredible. Overall, would really recommend!!

The staff were AMAZING - José María is the kindest host, when we arrived he got out a map and told us where the best restaurants were and how to get to all the sights. Also, the girl that we had serving breakfast all week was lovely, cheery and helpful - letting me store my oat milk in the fridge for breakfast throughout the week. The hotel is very cute, nicely decorated with lovely colours and our twin room was really spacious with a little hallway that had a couch, table and tv - like a little lounge are which was lovely. Wardrobe storage was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable - good amount of sockets as well. The breakfast was a really great continental, Spanish-style offering with bread, cheese, meats, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and jams and tomato spread to make tostada con tomate , as well as freshly-squeezed orange juice and a perfectly good coffee machine. The hotel location was great for Russafa, to walk to the Mercat de Colom and the old town, or to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, and is across from a nice section of the Turia Garden. It’s also perfectly located for the bus to the beach or Albufera. Loved our stay and would highly recommend - hoping to come back and stay soon!

The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and had air conditioning, great storage and was just a cool room. The only teeny letdown was the bathroom as although it was decorated with pretty tiles and had great water pressure, good mirror and a shelf (could’ve maybe done with two), the tiling in the shower cubicle was in need of some TLC with fresh grouting and silicone as there was a bit of mould (to be expected in a damp, hot room). However, this didn’t take anything away from the stay and we absolutely loved the hotel, staff, breakfast and location.
