Location is great, walking distance to the city of arts and science, Guilliver park, Oceanarium and caixa forum. Easy to move around, 10 min walk to a metro station, good access to buses to travel to the city centre or sea side. We needed kitchen facilities to prepare food for our little girl so this was great. The kitchen had everything that we needed and it wasn't too busy. Plenty of room in the fridge. All very well organised. We had very good night sleeps despite the room facing a busy road. We booked a room with an extra bed for our little girl which she found very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were always clean. Staff came twice a day to tidy up and clean the shared spaces. We had a problem with electricity in our room and they fixed it immediately. Staff are helpful at solving any issues if you tell them. The coffe place Gartxi Café next to the hotel provides superb breakfast. We went there every day. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets around.

They never came into the room to clean in six days that we were there so by the end of our stay the floor was quite dirty. The floors tiles are the originals of the house so they are a bit stained but I did notice that they clean the floor often. The floor in our room was not very clean when we arrived. Our daughter's socks ended dirty from day 1. The extra bed is a bit too high so we were always worried about our 5 year old daughter falling off the bed. However, this did not happen.

Clean, fresh en nicely decorated rooms in a charming building. Two well cleaned shared bathrooms on each floor, and a small shared kitchen, including a stove, oven, toaster, coffeemaker and large fridge. Most rooms have a small balcony, and there is a shared courtyard and communal seating areas on both floors. Within walking distance of the old city centre and the beautifull buildings buildings in the turia park.

Was nice cozy and beautiful apartment, the light in the room was warm yellow which i honestly don't prefer, but anyway i enjoy it very much , peoples were nice and friendly also the personal, place was good near be you can rent a bicycle what was very good and also not expensive.

Just some few little things which don't take a big roles

location is nice .. 15-20 minutes walking from city centre and 8 minutes walk from the airport metro line . clean room and sheared areas . for budget travel is one of the best options around .

the room I had have a little nice open air balcony but smoking is not allowed even there . why ? . if the other rooms near have noises you will definitely hear that .

The rooms were perfect for me and my friends and when we wanted to enjoy our evening it was great to hang out at the accomodation

There wasn't really anything to complain about, the price was amazing for the amount of time we spent there

Very clean, convenient location, great patio, quiet for the most part, and the decor makes you feel like you’re staying in a boutique hotel.

There seems to be a disconnect between management and the cleaning service. The woman who cleans was having a loud call with management and it seemed she was upset I was still in my room so she couldn’t do the sheets. I had not requested room service at this time and it was still morning. I would have liked to use the patio more often but it’s locked when the maid isn’t there. Additionally, there was a group of young girls staying in the apartment above mine and they would get in late at night, and slam doors, jump up and down and move furniture around at all times. It was hard to sleep before they settled down around 1am. There were two other loud Spanish groups staying there while I was there, but they weren’t up too late.

The hostel vibes are good. We got a clean, aesthetic room for 4 people. Clean bed linens and nice look. No complains, we got a steal deal for 2N as compared to other last minute booking prices we saw online. The host was a kind lady who ensured cleaning of the shared bathrooms on a regular basis.

The location is not close to the city center. We had to cab up to get to places.

We liked having access to the kitchen and fridge. Also good was some common areas to sit as our room was small. It was nice to have a balcony off our room as the Terrance closes at 2 pm.

Had trouble with the air conditioner operation. Staff not on site when needed. Some posted information would have been helpful.

Excellent accommodation the rooms were very spacious thus making my stay during the motogp race weekend comfortable. The location is excellent close to the historic centre in Valencia just 15 minute walk away. There is also two metro stops close to ghis accommodation. The staff were very helpful and nice to talk to. They helped immediately when I had some difficulties entering the first time.

The rooms are pretty and it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and private bathroom.

It was overall a bit dirty. We were kicked out of the room 5 mins before check out time. The room was facing a busy street so it was loud. The communal terrace was nice to use however not well looked after.
