The apartment is quite big. It has everything you need for living. The beds are comfortable. The apartment has got two balkonys. Bus station is near by. The bus ride is 0.40 eur if you buy the card before in the tobbaco store. Just under the apartment there is a bike rent store. There you can rent a quality bike for 12 eur per day. The personal there is very kind.

It is a little loud in the mornings because there is a breakfast bar just under the apartment. One of the bathrooms doesnt have the vent so it is a little bit smelly.

I had an good stay at these apartments! The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The terrace is very nice – a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location on road to sea side. All necessary stores are nearby, also bike rental, caffeteria. Walk distance to Turia canal, City of Arts. I highly recomend. Spacious rooms.

Bed in living room not so comfortable. For one or two nights is ok, for more days or for older people not suitable.

We appreciated that Ismael met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and told us about the apartment. We accidently left a necklace there and messaged him the next day to ask for it, and he helped us get it back the next day! We were so appreciative of that.

Would highly recommend these apartments. They are in a great location between the old city and the beach, served well by public transport. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We will return.

Nice, spacious apartment, friendly host. Room for family and a dog. Comfortable space, modern design.

The dishwasher and air conditioner could have worked better. We had to wash certain dishes twice to get them clean and the main room did not always get to the right temperature.

The location is perfect, about 2km from the Oceanographic and about 1.5km from the center. It's very comfortable, and well-equipped.

It could be cleaner, providing more towels and soap too.
