We love this beautiful hotel! We spent the most unforgettable moments of our stay in Valencia. Perfect cleanliness in the room, fantastic location of the hotel from the city of Science and Arts, from the beloved Mercadona, from shopping centers and supermarkets, from many museums. But the most important thing is the people! Professional, friendly and helpful staff! Only respect!

There are a couple of points that I prefer to remain silent about, because the staff responded to my requests instantly.

We like the location, although it is a (cheap) bus ride either to the centre/old city or to the beach. The Arts and Sciences centre is a 5 min walk away. We were able to find free parking on the street. There are restaurants nearby, but remember some of them are closed on a Sunday.

You'll need transport to get to the beach or old town. Or a long walk. (Remember, there's no Uber in Valencia. But there is Cabify, which is similar.) But the bus system is great.

Excellent location, two minutes by foot from La ciudad de las artes, not so far from the beach, with a place where to rent bicycles and scooters in case you want to explore around. Breakfast well furnished for all tastes and tolerances. Room really clean. In the bar there are churros with chocolate / coffee with cake everyday for 5 euros.

Shower was a bit messy, either taking shower or a bath the bathroom would become a small swimming pool as the glass of the shower/bath too short to prevent the splashing. Also, the card to get into the room was not working 8 times on 10, so every time you had to go to the reception to ask for a new set.

Very close to walk to the oceanographic park and the art and sciences museum. Beside a bus stop that had a regular service to old town one way and the beach the other way. About 30 minutes each way on the bus. Bus fares 1.5 euro so cheap. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection available at breakfast. Big shopping centre nearby. Excellent tapas and Japanese bbq restaurants nearby.

Thought the photo of the pool on the roof (which was a big factor in choosing this hotel) was misleading. Made the postage stamp size pool look much bigger than it was in reality. With 4 people in the pool it felt crowded. Almost no space around the pool to sun bathe or relax.

Hotel in a good location close to turia garden and city of arts and science etc and it's a lovely 40 minute walk through park up to the city. Also walkable to beach and valencia football ground with plenty of restaurants in area. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of choice for breakfast and food in bar is nice, recommend the pitza.

The pool area is good for a cool dip after sightseeing all day, not the best sunbathing spot, maybe time of year but sun only on pool in morning ! Hotel rooms a bit dark and possibly need a bit of attention to bathrooms but clean.

Excellent breakfast and the breakfast room was spacious and comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Simple but very convenient hotel restaurant. Position perfect for our requirements. Hotel on a frequent, short bus route into the city centre. Close to an excellent linear park leading into the city if you want a good walk plus fabulous modern music and science venues. A short bus ride to the port and beach.

Would have liked a kettle in the room - but tea, coffee and other drinks always available from the hotel restaurant.

We visited Valencia during a weekend and booked Hotel Valencia center. Great location with a shopping center close by and the Museu de les Ciències in a walking distance from the hotel. It was easy to take the “Red buses” or regular buses into the old town. The room junior suite was clean and well prepared upon arrival and we could park our car in the garage. The breakfast was excellent with great variety of food and we took a quick dinner at the hotel, tasted very well. On my 65:th birthday the front desk staff delivered as a complementary gift with a bottle of Champaign and strawberry pastry to my room. We really enjoyed this gesture from the hotel. We can definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Valencia.

To enter and exit the garage is very narrow so do not bring any oversize car, we had a Volvo V60 and we just made it. All alarm sensors was activated. Our bed was hard, prefer a softer bed.

The hotel is exceptional from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of cold cuts, English breakfast items, different types of croissants, and cereals, including a kids' breakfast corner. The room was very clean, and the reception staff spoke English fluently. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to access any part of Valencia. The rooftop pool is very nice and includes a sauna and gym.

Tea or Coffee making facilities in the room can be a good add-on. Bathroom sink in Room 717 is clogged, which makes it very unhygienic. Rooms can look much better with a bit of a touch-up paint.

Located very close to the bus stop which takes you either to the beach or to the city center, the hotel is clean and spacious, very generous late check out at 3pm for free depending on availability, comfortable bed

Very loud air-conditioning in the room, almost no vegan options for breakfast (no fresh vegetables, etc), no free water in the room-you have to pay for water bottles through mini bar which is crazy for a 4* hotel, the pool is very deceiving in the pictures-in reality it’s extremely small (for 6 people or so)

The hotel was very modern and clean, the pool was a bonus too and there was a fridge in the room. The hotel is located near to the Arts and Science park and the 19 bus gets you easily to the city centre or the beach (and runs through the night). The room was fine, pretty standard but that's all we needed and the reception staff were very helpful. The pillows were incredible too- which is rare!!

They didn't have any tea/coffee facilities in the room nor did they give any complimentary water (which for a 4* hotel you would expect as a minimum).
