Nice view from the window, comfortable bed, clean towels and bed linen. Good WiFi Close to supermarket and 2 shopping malls. Nice location if you would like to go to oceanographic and city of arts and sciences. It is between the city center and the beach , 40 minutes by walk to the centre and 30 minutes by walk to the beach

when I came to the room, there was dust on the furniture. but the next day everything was cleaned. the door to the toilet fits loosely, you can hear all the sounds. empty mini bar (only 2 small bottles of water)

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Hotel's location is brilliant for shopping, tourist attractions, restaurants and park into town. Reception Staff very knowledgeable. You can reach Valencia city centre or the beach within 20 minutes on the bus. Various bus stops/ routes just a couple of mins walk from the hotel. About 20 mins taxi ride from Airport. Breakfast was a self service buffet - plenty of choice. Our room was very comfortable - Junior Suite - 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom/ living area with minibar ( no charge for first use). Great aircon which was needed as 40c some days! Wifi connection easy and great signal.

Hotel needs to promote the Floor 9 restaurant/ bar more. The view of the city is amazing from the restaurant and is a hidden gem. We couldn't find a menu online to check out, so didn't eat there. Pets are allowed - alot of yappy dogs. Fortunately we were not staying next to one! No gym - although there is one in the shopping centre - don't know if you can become a temporary member - loads of running routes in park about 2 minutes away. If this hotel had a swimming pool it would be perfect.

The location was incredible, especially when traveling with pets, since the Turia Gardens are 2 minutes away and the hotel is on top of a pet-friendly mall with many terraced restaurants and pet-friendly retail stores. We brought our golden retriever and stayed for about 2 weeks, and never had a problem with our dog. All the guests and staff loved her. You also have access to some of the best museums in Valencia, and the beach is a 30-minute walk. We liked our hotel room; it was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was good, and they take special requests in the kitchen for your eggs, among other breakfast foods. My only dislike was that the TV in our bedroom was the size of a computer screen. I don't know if when they ordered them, they thought they ordered in inches and received centimeters, but the screen size made it impossible to watch from our bed, and we didn't have any closer seating in our bedroom since it was a pet-friendly room. We basically didn't have a TV in the room, which was a little upsetting. We laugh about it now because it was comically small, but not as advertised.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during a short visit in Valencia and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is part of a shopping centre with a gym and restaurants. But the best thing is the view and proximity to Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies. The sky bar was unfortunately closed during our stay but the view from the reception level was still beautiful. The hotel is close to the metro station and bus stops from which you can get to the old town and the beach. In the area there is a park where you can go for a walk or a jog. The staff is nice, the breakfasts are tasty, the rooms are simple but comfortable. I can recommend the hotel, I would happily stay there again

The room was clean and pretty quiet which we.liked. Room view was excellent. We had a early morning flight and the staff made us a breakfast bag. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around.so you don't have to leave the area for basic amenities.

The hotel ia pretty far from the center and the metro station is kilometers away..Be prepared to walk a lot if you want to see the city. We asked the staff to arrange a taxi for us for the day of the departure. The staff told us the evening before and in the morning that a taxi had been ordered. No taxi showed up and we had to quickly order it ourselves so we made our flight. I would not trust the staff to do these things if I would visit this hotel again.

The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Excellent view. The location was excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, and tourist sites. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast of high qulity.

The staff's English is a weak point, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant is often too crowded, so you may have to wait for entry and a free table.

The location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially at the restaurant. They were also very helpful to book us cabs and give us information as required. The room was big enough for us with a 4 year old child. The access to the main attractions and the mall directly was a highlight. Very easy to manage shopping and get around the block..

Most of it was good.. but for sake of imodovement - The room didnt have had coffee/tea or even a kettle. For a 4 star hotel that was not expected. The bath tub was smaller than usual..

The room was spacious, it was quiet and we had a nice view as we were located at the 7th floor. The location is very close to the Oceanographic. Also there are shops nearby and the location is close to bus stops and 15-20 minutes by foot to the underground station.

The smell we felt every time we entered in the room, probably the smell was from the bathroom. After we opened the windows and refreshed the room we didn’t feel the smell any more. Also in the bathroom there is a need to repair the sanitary facilities from the shower and bathing tube as they didn’t work properly.

Very good location,clean(which is very important for me), good service and options for breakfast (definitely Thursday variety of the food was bigger due to more people arriving,I assume,but even before breakfast was very good and you could choose whatever you would like too. Maybe I would add more veggies ;) ). Very friendly staff. You have everything nearby

They forgot to transfer the information between each other that I had a later check out. But that doesn’t ruin the impression about the hotel.

Very nice hotel! The staff is polite, kind and understanding. Location is simply the best, near a metro station line directly from airport (15-20min). There is a mall in the first four floors, so you have food, coffee, shops and supermarket right next to you. Also the begging of the park - Turia gardens is 5 min walking from the hotel. We had great view from our room - directly to city of art and science. The room was big and clean. Everything about our stay was perfect!
