It my second time in hostel and I am quite content at all. Good price and quality.

Unfortunately staff didn't informed me that I should change room from second night due to some works there. I was a bit surprised and confused when I saw cleaning lady with my private staff in hand. She explained my why she was doing that however receptionist should let me know about that situation before.

I recently stayed at the Urban Youth Hostel, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring the city, but what truly made my stay memorable was the incredible hospitality, especially from the Cuban security guard. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile that made me feel instantly at home. Throughout my stay, he was always there, not just ensuring the security of the hostel, but going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. His friendly demeanor and willingness to chat made it feel like I was staying with friends rather than just in a hostel. He offered great local tips, shared stories from his life, and was always eager to help out with anything we needed, whether it was directions or just a friendly conversation after a long day of exploring. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great time, and he truly added a special touch to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just a bed, where the staff actually care about your experience, then Urban Youth Hostel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope the Cuban security guard is still there to greet me with that same warmth and friendliness!

Good 4this price, Clean, food temperature and ventilation, silent unless someone open the windows, cheap laundry & dryer, lockers until 3pm. Good fast attention on the bar, cozy hall and funny patio on the back to make phone calls...

First night only have an upper bed, but I ask them to find me a lower for next day, they agree to leave that note. Next day was someone in practices who said basically she did not care for my request and gave it to a newcomer, when I asked why, she replyed: we don't do it cause it's not good for us. Meaning not caring for guest? We don't care for guest, I found it very rude and despreciative at the end, never heard that before working in hotels for years...

Location is perfect, 500m from metro station Maritim which is directly connected to the airport. The staff is very kind, both the receptionists and the barman. Coffee is good and the room was clean enough to be an hostel. Room is small, but it is enough to cover the basics.

It is not hotel's fault, but the guests were very uneducated. The rules stated that nobody is allowed to make noise so to disturb the other guests post midnight. However, on saturday night, people yelled and slammed doors until past 1am, and same the morning after at 7am again. Again, it is not hostel's fault, but given that the reception is open until 8pm, if you have nobody that ensures rules are respected, than rules are useless (in my opinion). So, if you are planning to stay in here on saturday night, be aware this might happen.

This place rocked!!!!! My first ever hostel with a friend, and it’s walkable to the beach, the city center, and all metros! The place was so super clean with privacy shields on the beds and a locked right beside it! They even had a place to leave our stuff for the day when we checked out! Lovely and such KIND staff as well!!! I wish I would have gotten their names to shout them out! The bathrooms were also amazing! Felt very safe and slept amazing here!

Close to bus/metro stops. Direct way to airport around 40min. Beach by foot ~30min. Room was big like for hostel with private toilet/shower in 6 females dorm. Lovely balcony to street view. Towels could be rent for 2€. Like it lockers, open/close with your room card. Have a lift. Kitchen good, basic things to cook the food. Big thanks for staff, especially the guy a name Edu. He was very nice and friendly (helped me to get a winter blanket). 🤩😁

The beach could be close😉

I found it a bit expensive (60€) per night considering that it’s a hostel but unknowingly I booked my trip to Valencia during this crazy festivity called “fallas”, so the city was packed and price were very much influenced by this. Otherwise the rooms are big, I really liked the lockers with persona magnetic card opening, big bathroom and really appreciated the common bathroom.

The staff was great. The owner put me for free to another room as I found it difficult to sleep on the to.bed where AC blows on you constantly. The place is clean and has a nice cafe with super cheap food a d coffee foe 1.50 euro. Place is clean and nuce to rest or go to.the beach.

The location is actually not great. You can get to the city by metro in 15 min, but it takes another 10 to walk and wait for a metro. So on average you have to count an additional 35 min. Once, I almost missed my tour as I didn't get on time to the metro, and the next one was in 15 min. Also if you are on the top bed the AC is blowing on you.

Very friendly staff and very clean. Not in the best area as a tourist but a short walk to the metro to get into the tourist center. Easy to get from the airport as well. Lots of food and supermarkets around and the kitchen was really well supplied.

Bed wasn't that comfortable and water pressure in toilet really bad. Not their problem but should be noted.

This didn't even look like a hostel bedroom. It was quite big, the bed was huge, there was a big balcony with chairs so you can relax, the bathroom was amazing. The shower was very spacious. They cleaned the room everyday. The staff was amazing. Very easy to reach by metro. Really good for the price!

I think there should be some type of security at night. Not all the guests are nice. At 4 am a group of guests stayed for 20 minutes screaming in the hallway. I also found some hair on the floor, but not a big deal
