Definitely the most highlighted advantege of the apertmenet it's location, the beach just few hundred meters, or even the sience museum is within walking distance (~2km), the old town is about half an hour by bus. The apartement is easily can be reached by public transport as well and have an outlook to palmtrees and towards to the harbour. Shops, restaurants are easily available. Our plane was arriving in the morning and they were flexible to let us move in earlier. It was a big surprise (we didn't know that) because the guy who handled over the keys was my high school classmate :).

On the arriving, half a day the heating was not working, we had to find out how to fix it (it would be better, to check and fix it before somebody come). The guy who handled over the key was help us to fix it. Some of the nights was a bit noisy due to the street life. The windows were a bit old and didn't close properly, which resulted in less effective insulation.

Amazing location, very well equipped apartament and very clean.

Both the flat and the building keys need to be jiggled for a minute before you can enter the doors. I got used to them during my 6-days stay, but for the first few times, I thought we are stuck out. Although overall it was a quiet location, every morning at 5.30 - 6.00 AM a different bin lorry would come by the window to collect the rubbish. Kind of annoying as it wasn't too quick.

The property exceeded my expectations in terms of location and availibility. The host communicate very easy, the property is large enough and the view is extremelly pleasant..It is very well equipped with everything you need, even much like washing machine

The apartment is so well positioned and close to the beach, with a very nice view in a nice neighbourhood. The host was very supportive and let us leave the luggage at the apartment ahead of checkin. We really enjoyed staying here. It is a good place to experience living like a local.

The apartment is located very close to the port and beach, so you can walk to the beach in 10 min. Bus and Metro station are close. The apartment is simple, but comfortable and clean. Restaurants and shops available nearby. The host gave us all instructions that we asked for, he was very nice. In general we were very pleased! Good apartment!

It is a little bit noisy in the night beacause of the restaurant nearby.

Location of the apt is perfect. The beach is not far and the city center is also easy to reach.

Location near beach, great ittle back street cafes and restaurants. Apartment had a great feel. Would recommend it

The location was excellent with a view of the marina. It was close to the beach but easy access to city by tram. The area, Cabanyal, has excellent restaurants and nightlife and we followed David's recommendations.

It is a city location so the usual noise of the city applies and that was ok.

Bathroom is a bit small.

The owner was very nice and helpful when we had problems. It was very easy to communicate. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 bed for two people) plus the sofa which turns into a sofa bed, so there was a lot of space. There was the metro just outside the door.

We had a lot of problems with the AC. It didn’t work for a few nights, which made it terrible to be in. We couldn’t sleep right because of the heat. The one night it worked there was water dripping from it.
