The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel. And the big patio is an absolute oase. We liked the location, near the charming Cabanyal district and the beach. I’d recommend to rent a bike so you can easily navigate between the different areas. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have any more bikes for rental, but they cooperate with mo-bikes for bike rental.

Unfortunately our room had a littlebit a mold smell. The street was very noisy, especially since there’s a construction across the street (obviously the hotel isn’t able to do something about that). But in the meantime, try to ask for a room on the other side of the building.

The place of the hotel is really good - only 15 minutes to the Marina and the same to the Arts and Science Museum. The style of the hotel is kinda local, there are space to sit and work with your PC or to have a dinner or glass of wine in the inner yard. Room was cleaned every day, the staff - really helpfull.

Would be nice if the staff would speak English a little bit better... The breakfast was always the same and sorry, boring, toast with some topping, cereal, juice. After two mornings we went to a corner bar to have some eggs or else. One more thing - very small sink in the bathroom - it was almost impossible to wash hands or face in it.

The friendly receptionist made it possible for us to check-in early and she gave us good tips for bike-rental. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Lindala breakfast is very tastefull. The garden/terrace looks great, although it was a little bit too chilly to sit there in January. There are a few very nice bars/restaurants in the neighborhood and it's in biking distance from the beach and Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències / Turia park.

Accross from the street they are building, so we did hear that in our room. But it didn't bother us that much, since we were up early and slept with the windows closed.

The room was spacious enough, it had where to put your all your stuff comfortably, it was clean, the staff were really nice, it is a 15 minutes walk from the closest beach. The bathroom was spacious enough too. The breakfast was great and not very expensive and the restaurant at all was very good. We came early so we left our luggage which was quite convenient. The closest metro station (which leads to the airport - No 5) is 6 minutes walk away.

There is a building site just accross the street which woke us up really early even on Saturday. Sunday they didn't work :) Maybe it will be also useful if the hotel rented beach towels, just as a suggestion, not as a minus.

Great hotel, interesting concept, very helpful and responsive team at the reception (24h open), big, comfy and clean room, good location, AC in the room. The team from the reception got in touch even before arrival and responed on all questions very quickly. That was a very nice introduction and first impression, which they only confired and reinforced in person.

Could not stay longer. Only the room was positioned in such way that you can not really see much of the sky. No big deal, since there is so much to see in the city, that you won't spend much time in the hotel anyway.

Breakfast is great as are the other meals. All the food is simple, fresh, and tasty. In the morning it is generally quiet, but for lunch and dinner, it is quite busy with people coming in from outside and the space is lovely with both inside and outside spaces to socialise and enjoy. The staff is very friendly and generally speaks English and Italian in addition to Spanish.

The bed just had a sheet and no blanket or duvet. I am sure they would have provided one if i'd asked (which I didnt)

Great design and wonderful atmosphere. Lots of great homely touches in the lounge and dining areas. Wonderful covered outdoor dining area. 15 minutes walk to the beach and loads of trendy restaurants and bars nearby.

The bedroom lacked a few things. No glasses or cups in the room. No facilities to make tea or coffee. The building opposite is under renovation and it’s not a great view. Plus building works started early on Saturday morning.

Perfect location, not in the immediate center so a bit more peaceful area but very good bus and metro connections to everywhere. The staff was great. Tidy room and looks like the pictures. Great breakfast and the hotel has also a restaurant downstairs. Extremely good value for money.

I would have liked to know about the huge construction work on the other side of the road. I saw it was mentioned in some previous reviews but I imagined it was over already. Something that big should be mentioned on the description or something. It was impossible to sleep after 8 o’clock.

I love the rustic interior design of the hotel. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent and powerful.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a fridge in my room. It would have been really nice to have one. However, my parents and brother and his girlfriend had one in their rooms. Their rooms were downstairs and mine was upstairs. Not sure why downstairs rooms had fridges and not the upstairs. Apart from that, I’ve got nothing bad to stay about the hotel.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the Belgian lady at the reception. 15 minute walk to the beach. Metro 10 minute walk to get to the city. Restaurant downstairs for breakfast was very handy. Chap at the restaurant with glasses was a great host in the morning for breakfast. Room was clean. Good shower. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be good. Ideally a small fridge.
