I stayed at this apartment in Valencia for a work trip, and it exceeded all my expectations. The place is incredibly comfortable, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished with elegant décor. Although it's not far from the sea, the apartment remains peacefully quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is ideal: tram and bus stops to the city center are right outside the building, making it very convenient to get around without any hassle. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warmth and professionalism go far beyond what I’ve experienced in many other accommodations. It really made me feel at home and well cared for. Highly recommended whether you're visiting for work or leisure!

The location was 10 mins to the sea, 5 mins to the Cabanyal tram, and 20 mins to the Maritim metro. The apartment was very clean, the kitchenette fairly well equipped with saucepans, an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The sheets and towels were good quality and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the cute little bedside reading lights. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was powerful. The heating worked well for the cooler February nights we experienced.

There could have been a few rugs and table lamps to soften and cosy up the somewhat severe hard concrete floors, gray furnishings, and harsh overhead lighting in the sitting room.

No customer service , but it was expected

The appartment has a modern style with decent kitchen equipment to prepare your meals. Beds are comfortable, so is the bathroom. Appartment is located near the coast and there is a bus station right in front of the building, to get to the city centre. The owners of the building are highly responsive with their help through the booking chat.

Maybe the floor plan could be turned around to have a natural light on your bed. There is also a city's problem with the sewer smell, so sometimes, when you don't open the windows, it might get smelly in the room.

The staff were really lovely. Miranda and Anna were very helpful and cheerful. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Facing out to the road we thought it would be very noisy but the traffic quietens down a lot overnight and it didn’t disturb us at all. And it has a little balcony you can pop a chair and watch the world go by! The bus stops into Valencia that we were right outside the door which was great!

Host at Reception was very helpful. Communication ahead of time was easy and welcoming! Facilities all worked, the WIFi was fast and steady. Restaurants and shops were nearby. Public transport bus was in front of apartment, Metro nearby. The room, the beds and shower were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach a 10 min walk from the hotel. The Maisonatte style room on two floors is a nice feature - keep in mind though: bags must be carried upstairs into the bedroom. The bathroom is downstairs. If you have problems with stairs, you may want to look for a room over one floor without stairs. Overall very pleasant - next time I would plan my visit there without a car. The room prices were higher than usual due to the upcoming Marathon in Valencia.

Parking was difficult. The nearest public parking was 8 min walk away. The maisonette style room upstairs, where two bedrooms were located, had only one little roof window that could be opened. The big window was blocked and could not be opened. Although the air condition worked fine, fresh air afficionados would not like that.

It was very clean, quiet and the kitchen was fully equipped. The appartment was a little outside of the city but with good connection to public transports. There is a bus stop infront of the appartment which brings you right to the city center. Also bikes can be rented around the corner. The next metro station was a 15 minutes walk away and the beach only a 10 minutes walk which was amazing. There are two supermarkets and a local market with fresh food nearby.

We missed some more towels for the kitchen and the bathroom floor and there was a strange smell in the room. Otherwise everything was great :)

The beds were very good and comfortable, the location of the apartment was also good. All facilities worked well, and contact with the reception via WhatsApp was very quick. We were also able to check in earlier.

The tap and shower water contained a lot of chlorine, which was a bit less pleasant, but I think this is the case throughout Valencia. Other than that, no drawbacks.

The location was great, we enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood had markets that were close by and lots of restaurants and cafes. The room we well stocked with ever needed and staff provided us anything we asked for.

The stairs to the sleep area were a surprise and didn’t have a handrail and there was a slight sewage smell.

Everything was great.. we received in time the key and all necessary infos regarding the ap.. the receptionist was helpfully and great and understandable of our needs🙂

We stayed 8 days and , in my opinion.. at least once of 3 days the towels should have been changed automatically by the clean person.. not a big problem as we forgot to ask this🙂.. but the person should do it …
