The hotel literally backs onto the seafront and a plethora of very good restaurants.

The location and area is a party destination with very loud dance music that sullies the ear all day! To get any peace we had to move quite a considerable way down the beach. Part of our stay included Fri. and Sat. This was when the party music really kicked in, lasting until 6.00 am. Horses for courses of course, as if you were at the dance venue, I am sure the music was not loud enough!

I have stated here before, hence booking again. My mum was due to come with me but she was poorly so didn’t travel. I went solo instead. Perfect location for the beach and the beach bars, restaurants, marine club and marina. Cleaners in everyday, spotless y clean. Staff are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble. Last time I went I had a sea view room, I had an internal one this time which was fine for a few days, but next time I will definitely book a sea view room. This wasn’t a problem and didn’t bother as I only slept there. Great proximity to bus stops into Valencia and only €2 The staff booked me a taxi as I had an early flight so need it for 3am. The night reception guy (with long hair) came to knock on my room at 2am too to make sure I was up as I’d asked for a call to make sure I didn’t sleep through my alarm. I sat in reception for the taxi and he went out before me when a taxi arrived to make sure it was the right one for me. Can’t wait to stay again. Thanks so much.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy, fast wifi and cheerful staff, the cleaning lady was incredibly nice as well. (there is AC but we did not use it, we got big and small towels, shower gel and soap, toilet paper). Very easy check in and out, the sea is really close and the area itself is full of restaurants and busy places.

The window opened to a closed space between 3 rooms and the airflow was basically nonexistent. The TV only had 1 channel available. We had to look for extra blankets in the wardrobe since on the bed there was only a sheet (outside temperature was around 15 celsius so it is good they had some in the wardrobe)

The hotel was located essentially on the beach. It was close to lots of gorgeous restaurants on the beach front. The buses and trams are located within walking distance (<5mins) Staff were very friendly. The room was kept very clean. I didn't have a room facing the beach, but it had a lovely balcony to watch the sunset. I noted previous comments about noise levels, I didn't have any issues during my stay, although I did bring Earplugs just incase. Overall very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was close to the beach. There was a wonderful cold buffet breakfast with everything: tortilla española, jamón ibérico, lots of fruit, granola, tea and coffee. Check in and out was easy. Friendly staff. A good restaurant around the corner (Tapas Bar).

My room was facing an enclosed patio space and was very dark. Mold in the air conditioning which triggered allergies.The neighborhood isn’t very nice: near the port and very run-down. A long walk to a not very nice supermarket.

The location.

We checked -in 14:00 the staff told us the the room is ready they gave as the keycard & went to room 118 and we went there. Its unclean 🥴 the bed sheets ,towels of the last guest are still in the room 🥴 and I went to the lobby to told the staff the the room is not proper and he just give other key🥴 he not paying attention to what i'm saying. And I saw a housekeeper she communicate to the lobby the why they give us a wrong room.🥴 I went to the lobby again and the staff they dont even feel sorry about it.

I liked the comfiness of the bed, the sea view from the balcony, the bathroom/shower, the tv with the ability to cast from your phone.

The wifi was incredibly slow for being such a modern hotel. The hotel made it clear that mosquitoes may come in if you have a room with a balcony and that mosquito repellent was available upon request, but I think they need to prioritize putting up devices that can repel mosquitoes in every single room. It shouldn't be up to the guests to decide whether or not they don't want to get bitten by mosquitoes. Prevent the problem from happening in the first place!

The room, while plain, had everything I needed. Street parking was much easier there than in most of Valencia, & it was very close to the beach & many restaurants.

The metal shutter on the room I was in didn't work, so I had bright light from the room across the way. It would have been nice to have a kettle & small fridge, but these things had not been advertised with the room. It was good value for money.

Extremely good value for money - definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of the size of the room, the comfort factor and amenities available. Specifically, the bathroom was high quality in terms of cleanliness, fixtures, and the shower water pressure and temperature control (which I have found to be less than satisfactory in many premium properties). 24hrs reception with very helpful English speaking staff. Breakfast available was also great, with a very good spread and quality again for the price. The location is great if you want to spend more time at the beach ... it's RIGHT next to the beach. A bit distant from the old town and picturesque touristy areas, but easily reachable by public transport.

I removed 1 star on 2 aspects: 1. There was a foul smell in the room. They sprayed some room freshener everyday which helped, but did not cover the smell fully 2. There was no real window in my room, though there was a window opening into a very small courtyard / fully enclosed balcony kind of space, so to be fair there was some natural light coming in to the room.

I really liked the accommodation being close to the beach it was right in front of it Also, it was possible to store the luggage a little while in an extra room free of charge before departure/ after check out which was very helpful. The room was very clean, pretty and has been cleaned daily.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway, so when people were shutting their doors loudly or speaking outside you would hear that at night or at day if you are trying to sleep, so I recommend ear plugs to avoid that.
