Staff was the highest strong point of our stay there, which really says something because the entirety of the experience was amazing. Upon arrival we were amazed to find the state of the hotel. It is situated on the beach (which we knew before renting), but the location is actually prime with amazing restaurants right on the board walk and especially the hotel restaurant directly underneath. Rooms were surprisingly large, as was the interior of the hotel itself which was such a welcome surprise. All was well until around 2 am on our 2nd of 3 nights there, when an electrical fire started near the top of the building. Guests were evacuated promptly and emergency services were called immediately as we all waited outside. The fire was nothing major and while waiting hotel staff took care of remaining guests by providing water as we got the all clear message from firefighters and police. Staff of El Coso took the time to inform us that we would be spending the night at another hotel nearby as cleaning of the rooms took place. We were informed the next morning we would not be able to return to our room due to the pervasive smell of the electrical fire, which lingered into our clothes. While we unfortunately lost hours of our trip and most of our last day of vacation, they put us in amazing apartments with an overview of the beach and apologized for the inconvenience. If we had the chlice to choose again, we would most certainly choose El Coso and the amazing staff.

Brilliant location - overlooking the beachfront, with links to the Metro trams and buses only minutes- walk away. Super friendly staff - our luggage ended up not arriving at the airport along with us and the staff on the front desk lent me a phone charger! Good selection of fruit and pastries at breakfast, with loads of eateries nearby too. Good shower and large bathroom. Would highly recommend and happily stay again.

In no way a criticism, but we were given fresh towels every day, even though we'd have happily used ours for a few days to save on laundry!

We needed a place close to the port for the ferry to Mallorca. This place was perfect and we could have our dog with us. The apartment was very roomy and with a beautiful view. Also lots of restaurants nearby so that we did not need to drive anywhere. It was clean and well-supplied.

We stayed at a very quiet time. During the winter months, the boardwalk traffic is light so the noise is not loud but I am sure the summer months are louder. The only thing that was irritating to me was the email I received saying that we needed to upgrade our room choice because we had a dog. It said we needed to pick an apartment which I had done already. Lots of confusion with this. All was fine in the end.

The room was comfortable and very spacious. Although we couldn't get the heating to work, the staff sorted it for us. The dinner was excellent, the breakfast only average.

Driving to the location was a bit hairy, and when we arrived there was a works Christmas party going on. So it was all a bit chaotic, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. Because of the party, the parking arrangements weren't as simple as we expected. but it all worked out in the end. At night there was a night club with audibly loud music (400 metres approx distance) that went on until 3.30a.m. Not the hotel's fault, but something to bear in mind for light sleepers!

The location was absolutely fantastic—right across from the beach! 🏖️ The staff were exceptional, especially Mariana from housekeeping, the receptionist, and our waitress Neil. They were always cheerful, helpful, and made us feel truly special. Excellent service all around—thank you! The breakfast was generous and had everything we needed. Rooms were clean, well-organized, and the towels were changed daily. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Almost perfect! Very luxuous, modern design, clean, great bathroom and a lot of furnitures. Right in front of the beatch.

The only thing was that out of the window there were other room's window and a noise like the engine of the air conditioners... and a smell of humidity or something else which doesn't depend on the cleanliness rather than the location of the room. I would also suggest to allow to turn on only one light only of the bed and to leave some paper and a pen on the desk, but it's just somethin additional to make it perfect.

Stayed in the two bedroomed apartment, with terrace & sea view, on the 3rd floor, (El Atico). The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious & well equipped. The view from the terrace is amazing & so therapeutic to wake up to 🌊🏖💙😎. The location is perfect, El Coso is on Las Arenas beach. Beautiful safe beach , with beds & shade/ umbrella (€8 each for the day). A tram & bus stop are just across the road, that go directly to the City Centre/ Old Town and also go to & from the airport, for a very reasonable rate €5.80 per person. El Coso receptionists, Maria & Zundry ( hope I’ve spelt this correctly) are so friendly & helpful and speak quite fluent English. Thank You girls for your kindness. As always, I had a very pleasant stay. I can highlight recommend this accommodation for a beautiful holiday in Valencia, with the best views. 🙏🙏😎😎💖💖.

The location & the staff were so lovely, the continental breakfast was delish & plenty to choose from :)

We had booked the Junior suite with sea view, the layout was a little strange as the room was so narrow, the bed was first on the right & the TV was directly opposite, the sofa was next facing the blank wall & not possible to watch TV from, the window with the sea view was the entire width (narrow) of the room but there was no comfy chair to enjoy it from, we tried to turn the sofa but the room wasn't wide enough...

Everything, the panoramic sea view, the beds, the cleanliness, the beautiful buffet breakfast included in the room price which had a large array of fresh fruit, fruit juices( including delicious freshly squeezed Valencian Orange juice), breads & toast, cereals, granolas, seeds, natural yogurt, fruit coulis, cold meats , cheese, hot meats, tomato press, pastries & croissants. This can be enjoyed while looking into the beach/ocean. El Coso is my favourite place to stay in Valencia, due to all of the above & the lovely staff, so I keep returning 🌊🏖💙💝.

We stayed here for 1 week with a 3 years old child. Great location, walking distance from La ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Direct buses to city center, bioparc and most common attractions. Great beach walks, plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. Very nice staff, went above and beyond to satisfy our needs (Lucas from the restaurant was particularly kind and professional). Good size room with nice view.
