A few meters of f the beach. Beautiful view. There are lots of restaurants around and the hotel is easily accessible by public transport or Uber. Big balcony with table and chairs and a clothes air. The room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed, sofa, and smart tv. The air conditioning was extremely pleasant, too. We had good WiFi, too

We were only given one towel, so I had to ask for another one. There was no tea towel to dry the dishes. There is not a lot of space for cloth hanging. The door going onto the balcony was extremely hard to open. The table was rusty The shower door didn't close properly either, and a shampoo option would be good. Because of the hotel location, it is extremely loud at weekends and be prepared to hear music booming till all hours of the morning. Even though the hotel has a beach view, the hotel entrance is not directly on the beach. You must walk around a few restaurants to access the beach.

The balcony and the amazing beach view its providing (I got the third floor suite). Very nice for your morning coffee. Separate room from the living room. Great for holidays at the Valencia beach. Many restaurants and coffee shops right under the hotel, with many options for food and drinks. Nice and safe area.

The room needs a renovation at some point but everything works fine (kitchen is renovated recently). Far from the center but taxis are cheap so there is no need to miss this view just to be closer to the commercial or touristic center.

The apartment has a very decent size, comfortable beds, well working air conditioning, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and a very pleasant shower. It's located right off the beach front, with several restaurants around and a very lovely area. Well served by bus lines and supermarkets, it gives you comfortable staying and option for

The neighbourhood is very much like a suburb area, with residential buildings, even though it's a safe location to walk at night time. The breakfast offering was great, but I felt that it was overpriced.

Hotel is in a great location for the beach and bars but not much else around. Some of the restaurants won't let you eat there unless you are a guest of their hotel. Music in the bars in the port area is way too loud and no other bars for older couples or families. Great beach but lacks toilet facilities and the beds & parasols are very expensive. The chiringuitos offer a great selection of snacks and drinks.

Good connection with airport (metro line 5 from airport and 6/8 tram lines, 45min. total). We've enjoyed our stay in guestroom #1 on 3rd floor. Unit has large balcony with nice sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. No ketller but there is moka pot. We've (family with teenage girl) been in November, in working days, so weather was very nice, perfect for walking and discovering of the city. Caffe bars below the unit were quiet, almost without guests at night. Worth for money (290eur/4nights), we would come back again.

There are some minor issues. There is low wi-fi on balcony. Cutlery is not enough (could be improved easily).

We got a suite with balcony overlooking the beach, there was easy access for public transport to the city centre & Oceangrafic Science & Modern arts, also the shopping mall opposite these attractions, the suite had a kitchenette but was well equipped, there was a lovely promenade, also restaurants & bars on the seafront, all the staff were extremely helpful & friendly

I liked the location. Very close to bach and restaurants. I also liked the staff that was very helpfull. The checkin was also very quick and I was surprised that the room was ready earlier.

We booked a family room and we were expecting a small balcony at least to get the beach towels try faster. We could use the common patio but I did not liked the idea as I did not want to bother anyone else.

One minute walk from the beach with access to lots of restaurants. Excellent transport links to the rest of Valencia. Staff very helpful with advice about transport tickets. Apartment clean and modern.

We didn’t realise there was no kettle but there was a coffee maker for the hob, used the microwave so no problems.

Overall nice stay, modern look of the room, quite clean, everything what’s needed was there, fully equipped kitchen, kind staff members, possibility of holding up your luggage after check-out.

One night very laud music from the beach club was quite disturbing and the other night I believe it was a security person from the hotel who was sitting in the office with opened window talking on the phone nearly shouting. SadIy I had to get up at midnight and go to the mid floor and ask for silence. Most of tv channels didn’t have signal so not much to watch in the evening or even listen to the news in the morning. Every night I was bitten by some bugs (not mosquitos). Found one cockroach in the kitchen cupboard.

In a great location. Good quality breakfast for the money. Walk to the beach. Eat and rest at nearby restaurants. Enjoy the whole day and night. Easy to transport to attractions. Safe, clean environment. Helpful staff.
