The apartment has a very decent size, comfortable beds, well working air conditioning, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, and a very pleasant shower. The neighbourhood is very much like a suburb area, with residential buildings, even though it's a safe location to walk at night time. The breakfast offering was great, but I felt that it was overpriced.

Good connection with airport (metro line 5 from airport and 6/8 tram lines, 45min. total). We've enjoyed our stay in guestroom #1 on 3rd floor. Unit has large balcony with nice sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. No ketller but there is moka pot. We've (family with teenage girl) been in November, in working days, so weather was very nice, perfect for walking and discovering of the city. Caffe bars below the unit were quiet, almost without guests at night. Worth for money (290eur/4nights), we would come back again.

There are some minor issues. There is low wi-fi on balcony. Cutlery is not enough (could be improved easily).

Hotel is in a great location for the beach and bars but not much else around. Some of the restaurants won't let you eat there unless you are a guest of their hotel. Music in the bars in the port area is way too loud and no other bars for older couples or families. Great beach but lacks toilet facilities and the beds & parasols are very expensive. The chiringuitos offer a great selection of snacks and drinks.

We got a suite with balcony overlooking the beach, there was easy access for public transport to the city centre & Oceangrafic Science & Modern arts, also the shopping mall opposite these attractions, the suite had a kitchenette but was well equipped, there was a lovely promenade, also restaurants & bars on the seafront, all the staff were extremely helpful & friendly

I liked the location. Very close to bach and restaurants. I also liked the staff that was very helpfull. The checkin was also very quick and I was surprised that the room was ready earlier.

We booked a family room and we were expecting a small balcony at least to get the beach towels try faster. We could use the common patio but I did not liked the idea as I did not want to bother anyone else.

Overall nice stay, modern look of the room, quite clean, everything what’s needed was there, fully equipped kitchen, kind staff members, possibility of holding up your luggage after check-out.

One night very laud music from the beach club was quite disturbing and the other night I believe it was a security person from the hotel who was sitting in the office with opened window talking on the phone nearly shouting. SadIy I had to get up at midnight and go to the mid floor and ask for silence. Most of tv channels didn’t have signal so not much to watch in the evening or even listen to the news in the morning. Every night I was bitten by some bugs (not mosquitos). Found one cockroach in the kitchen cupboard.

One minute walk from the beach with access to lots of restaurants. Excellent transport links to the rest of Valencia. Staff very helpful with advice about transport tickets. Apartment clean and modern.

We didn’t realise there was no kettle but there was a coffee maker for the hob, used the microwave so no problems.

In a great location. Good quality breakfast for the money. Walk to the beach. Eat and rest at nearby restaurants. Enjoy the whole day and night. Easy to transport to attractions. Safe, clean environment. Helpful staff.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! we had stove, pots, pans, microwave, hairdryer, fridge, two tvs, two AC, staff were so nice and ordered us a taxi to airport. super market was like a 3-5 mins walk away and tobacco shops too. restaurant next to hotel with great food at drinks and view. will stay here again

nothing I read some reviews about there being no lights in the corridor but there are lights you just have to turn it on and it’s at literally every corner.

Excellent location, well equipped room. I loved having a kitchenette, table and chairs, separate sleeping and sitting area.

There were some ants in the room.
