​We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Boutique Balandret, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel's location is a huge plus, offering direct access to the beach and a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. ​Our room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast each morning, which set us up perfectly for the day. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service from the entire staff. Everyone was so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Valencia and highly recommend it.

The hotel's in a great location near to the beach so you get a real holiday vibe if you go out front, but out back you can head into the winding streets and explore the vibrant locals' bars and restaurants too. We loved the upstairs terrace for relaxing and reading in the mornings. A special shout out to the red haired receptionist with glasses (I'm so sorry you weren't there on checkout for us to ask your name!) who was super-friendly and helpful with advice about visiting central Valencia, and couldn't have gone to more trouble when I was landed with an unexpected work project while away. She found me a quiet conference room to write in and was a credit to the hotel.

The breakfast options were a little disappointing compared to many other places we'e stayed at, and breakfast staff weren't always the friendliest. We enjoyed having breakfast on the outdoor terrace.

Very close to the beach - the back of hotel leads straight on to it. Nice room, very sunny in afternoon through 'balcony' doors. Has a safe. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Numerous restaurants and bars nearby - several of them very good.

The air con was way too cold - the thermostat didn't work properly, so we had to cycle it on and off throughout the night. (We didn't complain as presumed pointless to.) But I've had this issue in multiple hotels, so I've not downgraded rating especially because everything else was very good. NB The 'balcony' isn't big enough to sit out on, but the doors open wide and can sit in the room in the sunlight so that was not a problem. (There were two homeless people on the street but were no bother to us - and we found the area to be very safe - people left their belongings when they went in the sea, though nowhere is crimefree so advice still be careful. The room has a safe too BTW)

Very nice boutique hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable. We loved the roof top lounge and the red sangria.

A near by beach club playing EDM starting at 9am on Monday morning and going till dawn. I cannot believe a club blasting music that loud is legal- and I mean the entire beach can hear it. It’s like an all day RAVE event. Don’t get a room with a view if you cherish your sleep. The inner rooms were mostly insulated from the bass beat.

The hotel decor is gorgeous, it was very clean, superbly located on the beachfront, the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and dinners were incredible. We enjoyed our meal so much on our first night we returned to the restaurant the next evening! This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stopped in and we would recommend 100%. Also it was very accessible, with a lift and direct access to the beach. Thank you to all the management and staff for making our visit so memorable.

Nothing it was perfect.

Fabulous sea view room. Very spacious with a large bathroom and excellent shower. Very clean and the view was spectacular. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by the noise of thumping music from the nightclub on the beach, which at weekends is open until 4am. Even with all windows and doors closed and ear plugs in we were still unable to get a good night's sleep. I don't think this is so bad if you have a room at the back, plus I feel sorry for the hotel as this is completely out of their control.

I travelled with my mum who needs special assistance, she was taken care of so well the receptionists were all so lovely thank you so much especially Irena, for being so patient and so helpful in every way possible! Thank you to Francine the waitress she was such a delight and pleasure to deal with. All of the staff were amazing and the room was spotless after the cleaners! If we needed anything there was never a problem and we were seen to as soon as we needed. From the location to the weather and the value of money for January it was great and everything you need is nearby. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will be back as soon as we can for sure! Thank you again, Catherine and Rosie!!

Great Hotel, immediately on the seaside. Extremely friendly staff, good service, good food, nice design. would definitely go again.

Rooms are not properly isolated against noise from the adjacent rooms, if people were showering or talking loud, you could hear them. Obviously intimicy with my wife was not possible ;-) Airconditioning did not work due to pre-season, so we had to open the window, but while we were sleeping, staff was moving the tables and chairs and made a lot of noise by doing that every night. They did not lift up the tables and chairs but dragged it over the floor making squeeking noises. Also at 5 AM in the morning 4 men were talking loudly just below our window untill I went to the balcony and asked them to be quiet. Obviously the Hotel can't do anything about that.

The hotel was really clean and decor lovely. We had rooms over looking the beach which were well worth the extra money. Breakfast was adequate. The roof terrace bar was a great space to chill and enjoy a drink, however, a bit disappointed it closed early so could not have a drink before heading out to eat on the Monday night. All staff very accommodating except the lady on breakfast service on our 2nd morning - such a shame as the lady on our first morning was very attentive and really lovely.

Very nice location on the first line to the sea. Excellent breakfast with a restaurant service with the sea view. Using Valensibi bikes was about 30 min to ride to the city center. With bus it would take up to an hour. 24 hours reception with very kind ladies. Very careful cleanings of the rooms. All essential services you would expect from 3-4 stars hotel. The hotel even has a small area for toddlers to play.

Breakfasts could star earlier (8:15 is too late for many, especially those who come from the central Europe). More expensive stay than in the city center, but the closeness of the sea compensates it all.
