Very close to the beach - the back of hotel leads straight on to it. Nice room, very sunny in afternoon through 'balcony' doors. Has a safe. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Numerous restaurants and bars nearby - several of them very good.

The air con was way too cold - the thermostat didn't work properly, so we had to cycle it on and off throughout the night. (We didn't complain as presumed pointless to.) But I've had this issue in multiple hotels, so I've not downgraded rating especially because everything else was very good. NB The 'balcony' isn't big enough to sit out on, but the doors open wide and can sit in the room in the sunlight so that was not a problem. (There were two homeless people on the street but were no bother to us - and we found the area to be very safe - people left their belongings when they went in the sea, though nowhere is crimefree so advice still be careful. The room has a safe too BTW)

The hotel decor is gorgeous, it was very clean, superbly located on the beachfront, the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and dinners were incredible. We enjoyed our meal so much on our first night we returned to the restaurant the next evening! This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stopped in and we would recommend 100%. Also it was very accessible, with a lift and direct access to the beach. Thank you to all the management and staff for making our visit so memorable.

Fabulous sea view room. Very spacious with a large bathroom and excellent shower. Very clean and the view was spectacular. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by the noise of thumping music from the nightclub on the beach, which at weekends is open until 4am. Even with all windows and doors closed and ear plugs in we were still unable to get a good night's sleep. I don't think this is so bad if you have a room at the back, plus I feel sorry for the hotel as this is completely out of their control.

I travelled with my mum who needs special assistance, she was taken care of so well the receptionists were all so lovely thank you so much especially Irena, for being so patient and so helpful in every way possible! Thank you to Francine the waitress she was such a delight and pleasure to deal with. All of the staff were amazing and the room was spotless after the cleaners! If we needed anything there was never a problem and we were seen to as soon as we needed. From the location to the weather and the value of money for January it was great and everything you need is nearby. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will be back as soon as we can for sure! Thank you again, Catherine and Rosie!!

Great Hotel, immediately on the seaside. Extremely friendly staff, good service, good food, nice design. would definitely go again.

Rooms are not properly isolated against noise from the adjacent rooms, if people were showering or talking loud, you could hear them. Obviously intimicy with my wife was not possible ;-) Airconditioning did not work due to pre-season, so we had to open the window, but while we were sleeping, staff was moving the tables and chairs and made a lot of noise by doing that every night. They did not lift up the tables and chairs but dragged it over the floor making squeeking noises. Also at 5 AM in the morning 4 men were talking loudly just below our window untill I went to the balcony and asked them to be quiet. Obviously the Hotel can't do anything about that.

Very nice location on the first line to the sea. Excellent breakfast with a restaurant service with the sea view. Using Valensibi bikes was about 30 min to ride to the city center. With bus it would take up to an hour. 24 hours reception with very kind ladies. Very careful cleanings of the rooms. All essential services you would expect from 3-4 stars hotel. The hotel even has a small area for toddlers to play.

Breakfasts could star earlier (8:15 is too late for many, especially those who come from the central Europe). More expensive stay than in the city center, but the closeness of the sea compensates it all.

The hotel was really clean and decor lovely. We had rooms over looking the beach which were well worth the extra money. Breakfast was adequate. The roof terrace bar was a great space to chill and enjoy a drink, however, a bit disappointed it closed early so could not have a drink before heading out to eat on the Monday night. All staff very accommodating except the lady on breakfast service on our 2nd morning - such a shame as the lady on our first morning was very attentive and really lovely.

Location was great, very close to the beach. Staff was nice and polite, minibar in the room. Despite the reviews, was not so noisy because of the beach club, we slept very well! Room looks just like in the pictures! Overall experience was good!

I would bring some improvements to the breakfast, more variety will be welcomed for the guests that stay more than 2-3 nights. Prices in season too high, 300€/night…

The room was spacious, clean and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The aircon was fantastic and although you can slightly hear some of the club music at night, the soundproofing really does cut it out to the extent that it doesn’t really bother you. Lovely bathroom too. Very convenient location for where we needed to be. The staff are super and so helpful 😊

There was no room service and despite putting laundry as a service, when i enquired i was told laundry is done externally and they take more than 48 hours and when they called they were told the laundryy person couldnt come to collect laundry .i informed hotel they need to be transparent about this and remove from services offered.The . Breakfast was very basic..not value for money
