Location was great for the beach, just a short bus trip to the old city. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around. Didn't feel too touristy, which we liked. The place is new, bed, shower and facilities in the room was spot on.

If the room is street facing, as our was, the bin collection on the Sunday morning was a bit loud as were the late night revellers, but the noise wasn't so loud to keep us awake. Just a small gripe, I didn't bring shampoo and conditioner, as I expected there to be at the property, there was shampoo, shower gel and body milk, but no conditioner, so take this. There were little toothbrush and shaving kits as well, nice touch

The room looks as good as new, is comfortable, well facilitated and close to the port. Quite far from the city centre though.

Unfortunately my fairly late booking due to renovation activities became quite useless when the workers in my valencian flat decided to postpone work. Although I didnt book with a cancellation option, I suggested shifting one week with one extra day and paying extra too. The room was available and Booking said it was OK if the accomodation agreed. Well, they didnt. I should have directly booked with them for better cancelation options. Instead of trying to create a win-win for everyone, it was a cold shower. Rules won over service.

Great location, supermarket just around the corner, about 15 mins walk to the beach, just 10 mins walk to the metro to get into Valencia centre. There were also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious, air conditioning amazing in the hot weather! The apartment was keyless, just needed a code which was good as we didn’t have to remember to carry a key around. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, fridge and safe, everything we needed. The cleaning lady was very friendly, nothing too much bother. It was our first time staying in serviced apartments, really added a nice touch to have fresh linen/towels, toiletries, coffee/tea available. The area itself felt safe to walk around anytime, there seemed to be a lot of investment going into the local area and new things opening soon. All of the staff we met were very friendly, welcoming and eager to know if there was anything that would make our stay better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I was in the area!

I travel a lot, but this is one of the best experiences ever. Spotless clean, spacious, comfortable, huge bathroom, easy communication, 2 minutes to metro station and 10 minutes to the city center. The hosts were highly responsive and even helped me print some documents I needed for my work. Every day, my room was perfectly cleaned and the supplies were refilled: pure water, tea, coffee, cookies, bath essentials, clean linens and towels... I read in some reviews there was some noise in the streets, but I stayed for 7 nights, and I did not hear any noise, the hotel is very well soundproof. Check-in is convenient and easy. Wi-fi is perfect. Walking to the beautiful beaches and the City of Science and Arts (must see!), no transportation is needed. This is the place I will return every time I am in Valencia!

Very clean, everything included what we needed.

There are two details what we did not appreciate. 1. In spite of promising that we would get the access details the previous day before arrival, we got it only few hours before arrival, when we were already on our way and it was difficult to check the correspondance. 2. We got an email after our stay from the property kindly asking a to rate them over 9. I don’t like the fact that they put pressure on us for a good review. We do our review independently and objectively (as it is the case here) without any pressure and trigger.

Happy with our stay here, close to the marina and metro station. 4 stops on the metro and you are more or less in the city centre. We pre booked our parking at a garage 10 mins walk away for 27euros for 2 nights. Good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely bar facing the marina (Baromar Lounge) and a fish restaurant on the other side of the road. The Turia gardens are less than half a mile away so you could walk through the park into Town.

The only downside was our room was on the side and had another building close to us, unsure if anyone was there, so we kept our blackout blinds down for most of the time.

This is really a wonderful place to stay. Everything is so new and modern and clean and comfortable. The mattress was fantastic. There is a Nespresso coffee station in the room with all the fixings and daily cake and crackers and fruit juice. There is daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies if you want them. And the two managers are just so helpful and easily available to answers questions and deal with any issues. Really, I don't think I"ve ever been so well taken care of in any hotel before. And it's all within walking distance of Valencia's Port area and neighbourhoods. Such a great way to see the Semana Santa Marinera in Valencia

Kudos to cleaning staff! There’s no reception but we got instant help via hotel’s whatsapp account. We are very happy with the room and the shower/toilet. There is enough variety of coffe/tea/free snacks in the room and they got refilled. We left our luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out.

The building in front of the room window is reducing the natural light in the room. The neighbourhood was not the best. 2 out of 3 days we woke up to people fighting on the street, at very early hours of the day.

The property was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is close to buses and trains so it is easy to get to all the major points of interest. It is also an easy 15 minute walk to the beach where there is a large number of restaurants and bars. The people who manage the property were great to deal with, were readily available to help and very courteous. This is a very new property and is well maintained. I would highly recommend this place to stay at if you are visiting València.

The fact that the bathroom was on the lower level whilst the bedroom was upstairs was my only issue.

Noisy, almost no noise isolation from other rooms neither from the street so even though our room was not facing the main street and I was sleeping with earplugs, I woke up multiple times each night due to motorcycles, drunk people outside, or loud bangs from other apartments.
