I had a room at the back of the hotel and it was quite quiet. I had a room next to the elevator, on the 2nd floor, but there was no noise from the elevator or from the breakfast which is on the 1st floor. The breakfast has the same products every morning, but they are tasty and always refilled. The receptionists are smiling and helpful. Bus 19 and 99 stop right outside the hotel. Las Arenas beach is a 25-minute walk away. And you can take bus 99 to Malvarosa beach. The same goes for the BioParc zoo. The City of Sciences is a 10-minute walk away. It was a pleasant stay!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety to start the day right. Parking was convenient and easily accessible, which made things hassle-free, especially for someone traveling by car. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, handled professionally by the staff. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed hotel experience.

it is a bit far from the city center, so getting to major attractions or restaurants may require a short drive or use of public transport.

When we checked in we were allocated a room on the 2nd floor and the air conditioning was not working. It was 34°., we arrived on our trike (motorcycle) , we we hot and perspiring so the aiR conditioning was important to us. We complained to reception and they sent housekeeping to the room. She looked at the unit and went to reception so we waited in the room. We heard nothing so I went to reception and they said there was nothing they could do today and we could change rooms tomorrow. I don’t think they would have spoken to us if I hadn’t gone to them. We had to sleep in a room that was like a sauna. Not a good start to a 4 night stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything we needed, right next to the science museum. It has a bus stop right nearby that goes directly to the beach. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it.

Very stylish, cosy hotel. Good technologies (conditioner, wifi, etc). Good bar, well trained friendly personnel, good isolation in the rooms, capacity is well calculated (elevators available, big lobby for business meetings that can acvomodate several without disturbing each other), great terrace, bathtub

Good location (half way to the city center and the Beach) the hotel is very clean (10/10), the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is not included in the price, the price of one breakfast is 17.6 Eur per person, which is a lot considering the quality of the breakfast they offer (the breakfast is too modest for the stated price). Also, on the common terrace of the hotel, which is available to guests, it is not allowed to bring food and drinks that were not ordered at the hotel. I didn't like that, because in the morning I want to drink coffee that I make myself, because I don't like their coffee, and there are no terraces in the rooms, so I would like to be able to drink it on the shared terrace.

I prefer the convenience and charm of some other neighborhoods in Valencia like El Carmen or Ruzafa but this location was better than expected. A few restaurant options within a few blocks and a short bike ride to the beaches and a short walk to the beautiful Arts and Science area.

Amazing location, very close to the main attractions. The bus stop right in front the hotel was very useful to reach the city center, Bio Park, etc. The hotel is great, very clean, the room was very comfortable and we had a great view! The staff was very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was good, there are quite a lot to choose from, but if you arrive late you will no longer find things to eat. It seems like a race to clean everything up right before 9.45 which was not ok.

Great location, easy to find and underground car parking available. Within walking distance of arts, science, ocean centre or 20 mins walk in opposite direction to beach. No 19 bus stop close by for station to visit old town or beach. We didn’t eat or have any drinks there as lots of great restaurants/bars in the area plus big shopping centre just a street away.

No water in our room on first night but dud get sorted after a few hours. No fault of the hotel but there was a domestic/fight with very loud shouting in the room next to ours at 3am for about an hour. Police were called so it settled down but we were then wide awake and couldn’t get back to sleep. Reception Compensated us with no charge for car parking.

I can't praise the staff enough. From the check-in to the moment we left the hotel, they were so polite, attentive, and willing to meet our various requests. The whole hotel is very nice - lobby, restaurant, gym, elevators, rooms, etc. Breakfast is tasty. The location is good.

The bathroom looks excellent, but the bathtub had some damage, and the shower door is too short; half of the bathroom was covered with water after I finished my shower.
