The room and facilities were modern, clean and inviting. It's great value for money considering there's also breakfast included (quite basic but good enough to get your day started!) Location was great for us - an easy 25 minute walk to both the beach and Cuidad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Lots of bus links nearby too which is another 30 minute bus ride into the main city centre. The room is fairly small but not really an issue as we were out and about most of the day.

The bathroom flooded slightly when we used the shower - slow drainage and there was a slight gap under the shower door.

The room is very small, which is clear from the description, so it was my choice. You get what you pay for. For me, the location was important - next to the port. Everything is new. Almost the entire room is occupied by a bed with a comfortable mattress. Very large TV. Convenient and normal-sized for small room, shower. Nice staff.Everything was great.

I didn't like the breakfast. There aren't even any scrambled eggs, nothing warm. Bread, jamon, cheese, plastic tomatoes and cucumbers, cereal, juice from a bag. Not worth the money. Choose a cafe nearby for breakfast. It is very inconvenient to use clothes hangers, as they are not removable.

ibis budget Valencia Centro Puerto is cheap, compact and cheerful. I had such a wonderful four-day stay there. It has everything you need in regard to a clean room, with a comfy bed and more than adequate bathroom (and a good sized TV for watching the Euros). A totally cost-effective stay. The communal facilities are great too - there's a good sized breakfast/workspace and an outside terrace too. The staff are wonderful and helpful, especially Maria, Clarissa, Laura and Juan. They really went out of their way to be helpful - a credit to ibis and Valencia. The location of the hotel is good too, about 20 minutes walk to the the dock/beach, 30 minutes walk to the science centre and about an hour to the old town. You can also rent a bike via the hotel too. To top it off, you get a superb breakfast. Completely unexpected and delicious. I was thinking it would be a coffee and a croissant but it was the continental works.

the property was close to almost everything within walking distances (supermarkets, bus stops…), room was clean, temperature was perfect, the girl that welcomed us that afternoon (she was wearing glasses) was really nice and friendly and gave us tips for the night :)

there was no fridge in the room, and we were told check out was at 12:00 pm but someone walked in to our room at 10:43am… my cousin or i could’ve been changing clothes or coming out the shower… and that was destabilizing to us :(

The bus station is just in front of the hotel, therefore easy to get on a bus towards the downtown. The hotel staff is nice. The reception, Antonio, impressed me most by delivering expertise in a most proactive manner. He is so good at knowing client needs and meeting client needs. He tracks the status of even a minor issue raised by client and keeps doing the best attitude. Quite responsible, understanding and smart!

Lift did no work for 2 days…

The hotel was good overall. The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, but very crowded at 9-10 am, so if you want to prepare food in peace go earlier! :)

The room smelled bad unfortunately since we got to it the first time. You can't open the windows (which I get because there was not any option for bugs or mosquitos to get into the room) but air conditioning wasn't enough and the fresh air was non existent.

Firstly, the staff are very kind. They helped us with the available options for transportation, also they prepared us a breakfast because we had to leave early. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. There was a big TV. The bathroom was also clean. There was a shower gel in the shower. The breakfast was amazing! It was well selected, there were sweet and salty options and all of them were delicious. Also, the location is very good. There is a bus station in front of the hotel and the main buses stop there.

The location is fantastic, especially for those who enjoy walking to their destinations. The beach is a 20-minute walk, the supermarket is just 5 minutes away, the bus station is a mere 1-minute walk, the metro station is a 15-minute stroll, and you can reach bars in 20 minutes and clubs in 20 to 30 minutes. Even getting to the Oceanographic would take you about 25 minutes. 😊 The room was wonderful, small but perfect for a good night's sleep, allowing you to continue your tourism activities in Valencia. The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly the young man who is of both Cuban and Spanish heritage. He provided us with plenty of recommendations and always had an amazing attitude. Please convey our greetings to him 😎.

Nice compact no frills hotel. English spoken. Lovely staff providing 24 hours help on reception (the young woman who helped me was brilliant). Access to hot drinks 24 hrs for €1.50, not that they are that great, but it gives hot water and there is the use of a microwave (which I wish I'd known!), or there is a bar/restaurant next door. Clean room and bathroom, comfy mattress. Shower gel, hand soap and towels provided. Nice private smoking area with chairs and tables. I found it close enough to the port/beach and the Arts and Science park, but also only a 12 minute walking distance to the Metro station Termicasa which takes you to either the Jardins del Vivers and the bus station areas, or the city center and the main train station. I found it easy to find. Perfect for my overnight stay.

I would have liked a kettle in my room and the list of facilities should be better advertised. None of the facilities were mentioned on check-in either. I could have eaten a hot meal had I known there was a microwave. From inside my room I could hear the lift in operation, as well as the person next door moving about, and each time they dropped something (like their shoes on the floor) I was woken with a start. After an hour of that I had to put in ear plugs. The pillows were very light and soft.

The breakfast, you have a really good choice. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the park nearby where there are loats of attractions as you walk along.

The fact there is not a least a small fridge, for the summer could be very useful. Also the pillows are too thin.
