Great place to explore Valencia, booked 3 stayed 5 nights ++ Got a room in 7th floor with spacious terasse <3 + Helpful / friendly and relaxed, young taff + Great location, city beaches / marina near by + Metro just a short walk, Bus in front of hotel + New building/Hotel, great condition of everything + Super clean and well maintained, calm vibe + Breakfast absolutely good for this price Would definitely recommend / come back, like to go to Ibis for no "negative surprises" (you know what you get), but this place certainly overdelivered and exceeded the regular Ibis Budget experience. Actually stayed in another (regular) Ibis Hotel in Valencia, and this Ibis Budget was much better. Good Job, Gracias!

The hotel staff has been very friendly, the location is very good (bus station and bike rental station right outside in front of the hotel). The room was very good for the price, the towels have been changed daily without us having to ask for it. The window does open enough for air to come in and you can set the air conditioning to minimum 20, which I'd say it's enough because it chills the room very fast.

Not something related to the hotel, just a heads up for anyone wanting to book if they plan to go to the beach everyday. I would not recommend it because there's no space to dry towels/clothes. Other than this everything has been amazing.

I absolutely loved all the staff - happy, super helfpul and very friendly people. The atmosphere in the hotel was very warm, I felt like surrounded with people who love and care about the place. I didn’t expect that in a big chain hotel! I needed to spend time all day working in the comkon space after the checkout and there was no problem with that, I could use all the facilities. The room was great, clean, comfortable with amazing terrace and view (also a great surprise!). Breakfast had healthy options and very good coffee at a reasonable price.

I don’t have any dislikes, all was good. Maybe just coffee after breakfast could be cheaper but that’s not a big deal.

The room and facilities were modern, clean and inviting. It's great value for money considering there's also breakfast included (quite basic but good enough to get your day started!) Location was great for us - an easy 25 minute walk to both the beach and Cuidad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Lots of bus links nearby too which is another 30 minute bus ride into the main city centre. The room is fairly small but not really an issue as we were out and about most of the day.

The bathroom flooded slightly when we used the shower - slow drainage and there was a slight gap under the shower door.

The room is very small, which is clear from the description, so it was my choice. You get what you pay for. For me, the location was important - next to the port. Everything is new. Almost the entire room is occupied by a bed with a comfortable mattress. Very large TV. Convenient and normal-sized for small room, shower. Nice staff.Everything was great.

I didn't like the breakfast. There aren't even any scrambled eggs, nothing warm. Bread, jamon, cheese, plastic tomatoes and cucumbers, cereal, juice from a bag. Not worth the money. Choose a cafe nearby for breakfast. It is very inconvenient to use clothes hangers, as they are not removable.

There was very little shelf or storage space to put my belongings, which made it a bit inconvenient. What really surprised me was that there was no hairdryer in the room — I had to request one separately at the reception. Also, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, which I found quite uncomfortable and impractical. One more thing I noticed was some mold in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.

ibis budget Valencia Centro Puerto is cheap, compact and cheerful. I had such a wonderful four-day stay there. It has everything you need in regard to a clean room, with a comfy bed and more than adequate bathroom (and a good sized TV for watching the Euros). A totally cost-effective stay. The communal facilities are great too - there's a good sized breakfast/workspace and an outside terrace too. The staff are wonderful and helpful, especially Maria, Clarissa, Laura and Juan. They really went out of their way to be helpful - a credit to ibis and Valencia. The location of the hotel is good too, about 20 minutes walk to the the dock/beach, 30 minutes walk to the science centre and about an hour to the old town. You can also rent a bike via the hotel too. To top it off, you get a superb breakfast. Completely unexpected and delicious. I was thinking it would be a coffee and a croissant but it was the continental works.

the property was close to almost everything within walking distances (supermarkets, bus stops…), room was clean, temperature was perfect, the girl that welcomed us that afternoon (she was wearing glasses) was really nice and friendly and gave us tips for the night :)

there was no fridge in the room, and we were told check out was at 12:00 pm but someone walked in to our room at 10:43am… my cousin or i could’ve been changing clothes or coming out the shower… and that was destabilizing to us :(

The bus station is just in front of the hotel, therefore easy to get on a bus towards the downtown. The hotel staff is nice. The reception, Antonio, impressed me most by delivering expertise in a most proactive manner. He is so good at knowing client needs and meeting client needs. He tracks the status of even a minor issue raised by client and keeps doing the best attitude. Quite responsible, understanding and smart!

Lift did no work for 2 days…

The hotel was good overall. The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, but very crowded at 9-10 am, so if you want to prepare food in peace go earlier! :)

The room smelled bad unfortunately since we got to it the first time. You can't open the windows (which I get because there was not any option for bugs or mosquitos to get into the room) but air conditioning wasn't enough and the fresh air was non existent.
