Wonderful atmosphere, location very handy since it’s just a few steps from all great architecture made by Caratrava , ciudad des arts. And we walked through parts of Turia gardens and to centro. Magnificent views from the cocktail bar on the 9th top floor . The best breakfast buffet we’ve had ever. Really recommend weather it’s a family , romantic for couple . It’s great for both . We will come again

The mattress a bit too hard for me body but nothing really to be annoyed with

Very nice hotel with walking distance to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències and Oceanographic (10 minutes walk trough a stunning architectural and cultural complex and park) We were there at the Spanish power shortage, but head of reception and all other staff were really kind and tell us what’s going on. They also provide us complementary sandwich and beverage for our daughter because everything (including all markets and restaurants) were closed due to power shortage. Rooms are spacious and very clean. King size bed is large, comfortable, and offers excellent rest after a full day of walks (we did 25,000 steps per day). Exceptional rooftop bar, but the pool was closed. Last night we eat a dinner at hotel restaurant Senyoret and all food was delicious (we ordered vegetable paella for 2 people and beef steak). Also breakfast was excellent with variety of different dishes, salamis, eggs, fruit, pastries, etc. You have public bus outside of hotel (line 19) every 10 minutes to historic center (estacio north) from were you can walk trough whole city

Cocktails at rooftop are expensive but the view from there is astonishing. Pool at rooftop was closed. Elevators are quite slow.

Location is great, close to bus stations that take you to the beach or city centre. You are also 5 min away from the City of Arts. Our room was big and clean, with the typical Spanish bathroom where you can see through the glass. We had cleaning services every day, a small pool on the rooftop and a 270° bar with great views. I was afraid the bed will be rough and we will not sleep but fear no more, we had the best sleep ever. The welcome package gives you plenty of towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, water, coffee and tea. We had dinner and breakfast and they had great options for both. We didn't use a car as we had the bus card but there was parking close.

There is a kindergarten behind the hotel so if your room faces that part, you will hear some noises if there are classes.

The rooms were clean and spacious and really comfortable. The location was a good mid point between the beach and the old town, and if you didn't fancy the walk there is a bus stop right outside the hotel... We got the Valencia card, but you can just use your bank card to tap on for €2 per trip. Perfect location for anyone visiting the science and arts complex.

The pool was small, and we didn't end up using it as it was pretty busy; we also weren't given any information and initially assumed it was closed but found it after a day or two. Whilst the views in the bar are great, drinks are on the pricier side compared to the many bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Very good location, nearby bike share, bus stop, Turia park, museums. Still walkable to the city center. The room with views had a truly gorgeous view. Rooftop bar was very good, a bit sad the weather was not that good, but still ok. It's a bit pricey, but ok for the location/views. Room was good, it was cleaned every day. Staff was very nice. Breakfast has a vast selection of food and beverages, always nice staff, cute robot. Tasty overall. It's good to arrive by 9:30, before the rush hour.

Slippers in the room would be a nice touch, but that's just a small detail. Those typical hotel ones you steal every time take no room or weight in your luggage anyway, just wish I brough them with me. :D

Breakfast. Twin wash basin. Big room.

Air conditioning didn't work, we had to open the window to stay cool, which meant alot of loud noises between midnight and 4am. We asked for breakfast ad hoc which was explained clearly on arrival. However when we approached reception in the morning (as advised), we were told we had to pay in full on entry. This was contrary to the advice given on arrival. The staff said they would "wavier it this time", which indicated they didn't know what they were talking about it or... they know and wanted extra euros from their guest. (If the latter then it is worrying.) Ultimately, it's conflicting information and I hope management can give their staff all consistent information on breakfast pricing.

This hotel is located about 2km from downtown Valencia. We were allocated a room on the 6th floor with a superb view of the Arts and Sciences Complex, an easy walk away. The No.19 bus stops right at the front door so you can get into the city centre in 15 minutes for €1.50. We parked the car under the hotel. Quite expensive but very convenient. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner but breakfast was excellent. Btw, I’m from Australia, not Hongkong. The morons at Booking.com can’t seem to correct the error in their system

The room was comfortable and well equipped (minibar, coffee machine and safe) but the design is ridiculous. You enter the room through the bathroom with no privacy whatsoever. The toilet has a glass door but the bathroom is completely open to the entrance. Oddly, there are two large sliding door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom if you wish, but a glass window means light from the bathroom can disturb someone sleeping in the bedroom. The open plan may make the bathroom feel larger but the design is completely dysfunctional.

Blackout curtains, comfortable bed and pillows, very good breakfast. Reception stuff is very nice, baggage storage is well organised.

They could give small bottle of water every day, not only once when we checked in. Because there is no vending machine or something on the floor to buy water and no shop very near. Shower and toilet is not very well separated from the room (there’s a sliding door) and transparent, so if you are not travelling with a family (I was with my colleague) it’s not very convenient. Shower is located the way that who enters the room from the outside, will see you taking a shower. Elevators are slow and it always took long to wait for the elevator.

Property at very high standard, and personnel extremely professional. Customer treatment was outstanding. Property in very good condition Excellent breakfast, matching its reputation It has extra facilities compared to similar hotels in valencia e.g. roof terrace, small swimming pool, small gym

Gym does not have ventilation and strong rubber smell, it has only basic equipment. Roof terrace could improve e.g. synthetic grass, lack of ventilators Small incident while checking out (likely lack of training of receptionist)

We had a short tour of Spain which included visits to Madrid, Seville, Valencia and Barcelona. This was our favourite hotel. Staff were excellent and helped us identify where we could get some electric scooters. The roof top pool and bar was a hit with our kids. Breakfast was very good. You are walking distance to the Science and Arts area. The centre of Valencia is a short Uber away. We are already looking to go back to Valencia and would stay here again.

Nothing I can think of.
