We had one of the rooms on the top floor which had a terrace, really lovely to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. The room itself wasn't huge but was big enough with enough hanging space and a good sized bathroom. My husband and I made use of the swimming pool and sauna everyday, just remember to bring a swimming cap with you as you can't go in the pool without one. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

The only downside is that it's not in the centre of town but it would cost more per night if it was. We either got the bus into the centre of the old town, the longest we waited for a bus was 10 minutes or walked which was probably 20 mins to the outskirts of the old town which isn't really a big deal when the weather is so lovely. You can buy packs of multiple bus tickets at a shop close to the hotel.

Great location just a 15 minute walk from the Science Museum, Oceanografic and hemisferic. Lots of great restaurants locally too. Breakfast was good but choice was a bit limited. Room was lovely and clean and beds were really comfortable. Pool was lovely and bigger than expected and heated. I booked this trip for my daughters birthday and on her birthday the manager and the hostess came out with a doughnut with a candle and gave my daughter a happy birthday picture which was really lovely and thoughtful.

Room was smaller than expected but we didn't mind. Breakfast was a bit limited on choice, Only 3 hot food options per day and mainly meats and cheeses with a few croissants and cakes. We had a quadruple room with bunk beds and a double bed so we had our own space which was great,

Proximity to city was good and in a relaxed safe neighbourhood. Rooms were clean and bathrooms well appointed, good water pressure for showers and clean towels daily. Housekeeping faultless. Some receptionists very fluent in English some not great but all were helpful. Didn’t find out till day before travel that the pool was closed for maintenance which was very disappointing. Breakfast buffet was nice however I wax disappointed with the scrambled eggs which were hard and inedible. A choice of freshly prepared boiled, fried or scrambled would be a positive step. However a very nice place for a short stay… a solid 8/10

Perfect location, the hotel is between the city center and the beach. in a street with lots of stores and a cute bakery next door which is very cheap! We first got a room on the top floor and we did not like it as we always have a top floor room. The staff member immediately gave us a suite! Super service! Very clean, breakfast was nice and cosy!

No parking, try to park at blasco ibanez if you don't use your car. It is free there

The hotel is well situated, midway between the old town and the modern museums. It was very straightforward to visit both areas. We had a large room with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. We had a good bath/ shower and everything was super clean. We needed advice about how to reach the tourist areas and Patrick was a star - he really helped us - thank you Patrick!! The breakfast was fine and the staff were really helpful.

The bath is quite slippery to get out of when standing - I think I would put a grip bar to help people get out when they have a shower.

The staff made our stay so much more pleasant, so attentive and genuinely wanting to help, the hotel is very nice and clean with a comfortable bed, everything worked as it should, and onsite parking is brilliant and so easy especially for a busy city, we would highly recommend this hotel. Lastly go for the breakfast it's very good quality and very nice with plenty of options and very cheap (9 euros Nov 24) it will prepare you for the day touring the city.

Everything was fine no negative comments

Breakfast was ok cooked breakfast limited scrambled egg Bacon then each day a random third choice Maybe beans or mixed rice or veg ! No mushrooms no tomatoes so no real veggie option Also didnt appear very freshly made ! Cereals and continental choice good

The pool area was very tired Rooms were good but lacking a kettle for tea or coffee Bathroom again very tired a few cracked tiles cheap shower unit Depending on time of day a lack of hot water for a bath.

Breakfast was super!!! There was so much choice. The room was clean and the bathroom was really big. Staff was helpful and thumbs up for the cleaning crew. The bus station was in front of the hotel.

We had room 10, next to the parking access. Sometimes it was really noisy when people came in or got out. It wasn't a nice view eater. The pool really needs renovation, it's old and needs more maintenance.

The room was a great size, the AC was very quiet which was great at night, and the staff was incredibly helpful at all hours. We really enjoyed our stay !

When you're a guest at the hotel, it's a bit ridiculous to have to wear a swimming cap for the pool and sauna, and having to pay for the cap too.

Everything was to our liking, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and well equipped to our needs. Would absolutely recommend to our friends.

The breakfast was quite tasty but there was no variety which caused us to be less excited about it by the 5th day of our stay.
