After going through the registration and confirming my reservation, I was contacted by a representative from the property. To my surprise, I was asked to input all my registration details once again on an external website. This raised concerns, but I proceeded. On this external site, I was required to provide my personal identification documents and credit card information. Unfortunately, this step led to unexpected consequences. A payment system I was unfamiliar with deducted 150 euros from my account as a deposit. I now find myself unsure whether these funds will be refunded, leaving me quite apprehensive about the security of my personal and financial data. Furthermore, the condition of the apartment I booked was far from satisfactory. It resembled more of a hastily converted storage room rather than a comfortable living space. The problems were numerous: a broken air conditioner remote, a cracked toilet lid, inadequate shower drainage, and a malfunctioning microwave. The unit's location on the ground floor compounded my concerns, as the door didn't appear secure enough.

The only advantages are the location, good/fast Internet connection and sufficient light in the room if you need to work.

The room was very dirty. The cleaning before us was done formally. The window on the pictures above the bed is a fake window! It's a model "window" with a lamp inside, not a real window! Basically it's not a place for a living - it's an old office or warehouse to pretend it's an apartment. But in fact you will sleep in a very dirty office premises, with very weak air-condition (refilling is required), with lots of technological noises you can't switch off, no windows (the one near the door is basically not usable, since everyone in the street will be looking at you). There are also some ants inside. The mattress is smaller than the bed. The host is not speaking to you, does not reply any messages at all. They take deposit 150 euros and in the end they say - either make us a good review, then we return it fast, or you shall wait 2 weeks for us to refund. So all the good reviews are made this way I guess. Be warned!
