The staff was very kind and helpful. the room had a wonderful french door looking out on the street which was fabulous. It was a tiny bit cramped as I was working on the computer but it suited me fine. Breakfast was lovely, really nice options.

It would have been awesome to be facing a different direction, but I was very happy with the room. I would have liked a list of things I could walk to. Also I didn't find many restaurants within walking distance but then, I didn't know what to look for. I had only arrived in Spain so I don't know what it's normally like. There was the recent flooding etc so I think things were a bit more agitated than usual. A lot of homeless, arguments in the street and such. That may be normal. I was not feeling my best so I didn't venture out as much as I would have liked.

This Hotel is an absolute gem! Don't chose it though if the kind of hotel you want to stay in is a corporate non-characterful hotel with 15 people on reception running around all the time. This hotel has a gentle, relaxing feeling that you are being accepted into a family house. The staff were exceptional from the moment i walked in. Even the breakfast room is small and quaint, with teas and a coffee machine and toaster, but with the outstanding offer of homemade cake.. oh yes, that was VERY nice!!. It was one of my concerns that there wouldn't be a breakfast as it doesn't really mention it, but to be honest this was just perfect! I originally chose this hotel because it was close to the Triathlon i was competing in; next to the port/marina, but in all honesty this is a good location to gain access to most parts of the city. After the Triathlon I walked around to the main city centre and the usual Science museum/art museum, both of which are accessible walking through the beautiful park running through the city, but you could easily get a bus or taxi if you don't want to walk, or use the local city cycles as there is such a great network of cycle lanes! I would definitely book here again!

The only problem I experienced was that the Wi-Fi wasn't that powerful in the room i stayed in, or at least in one half!. The TV is a smart TV which needed it. However i didn't really have time to watch the TV and therefore i didn't mention it until the end of my stay. I know that they will look into it as they were already checking the signal from the booster they had installed as i was checking out!

Great location! Friendly and professional staff and breakfast was pretty great! The check-in is in the second floor and all around it smells great. Room was really clean and well kept. Our room had a balcony with a nice view. Has nearby parking at no cost from 8-8. It wasn't far from Oceanographic and Saler mall which has a supermarket. Plenty of restaurants all around. I would recommend this place big time and would stay there again if we return to Valencia =) Thank you friends! Greetings from Florida!

The room is great, very bright and the bed is very comfortable. Although the building is a bit old, the hotel is completely renovated inside. The coffee was very tasty and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

If I have to say something negative, it is that the coffee and reception area was available a bit late for those of us who go there for work. The room was a bit noisy as it was close to reception. But as I was only in the room for a short time, it was not really important.

A really pleasant stay ❤️ From the very beginning, the hotel service was simply outstanding. Even though one of the ladies claimed she couldn't speak English, she did really well and we were able to communicate! Facility was very clean, and the elevator was a nice convenience. The hotel is located in a nice, quite safe area, and the windows overlook a charming square with a fountain surrounded by palms and orange trees. P.S. we still dream about that citrus cake we found in the cafe room 🤩

A small disadvantage is the distance from the nearest metro station (the proximity of the marina definitely compensates). Unfortunately we had some small issues with the shower spilling water onto the tiles in the bathroom

The location is good. There are great eateries around it and special mention of Fran Martinez Bar. The staff was very helpful. I couldn’t get the person’s name in the evening, but she went out of her way to ensure that I could enjoy a good cup of cappuccino by bringing the milk even though it was late and close to her departing time. The room has amazing views. The bathroom is a sheer luxury!

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was available in a lovely airy room. Bed comfortable, room clean. Close to bus and metro for city centre.

I wish I’d stayed nearer the centre because I needed a siesta and time to cool which meant a couple of trips into city each day (30 min each way).

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They really make you feel at home. They have a fantastic little card filled with tips and recommendations of places to visit. It was spotlessly clean too. Shower was amazing too - so powerful. We were also able to check in early when we arrived which was a bonus.

Only downside was people came back in late / early in the morning and were very loud. Obviously not the hotel’s fault but as it’s only small, you could hear them walking up and down the corridor.

I must say that everything, the location next to the sea, the friendly staff, very clean and comfortable place, the room was so cozy that for sure we will be back. At the moment of the check in they gave us a qr with pretty good references to look for specific things in the city. They have a very good breakfast offer that’s included in the price of the room, and the dinning area have a beautiful view to the outside.

Great room, has a little noise because over restaurant, the location ok, but is far from central older part of the city and main attractions, the beach still a good 20 min walk for good restaurants and beach accessible, breakfast was good!

Just alittle out of the way to major city venues! Ok for beach !
