I had a wonderful stay at Mon Suites Jardín de Ayora. The location is excellent, not too far to the city centre and old town where most of the attractions are, and only about a 30 minutes walk to the beautiful Malvarrosa beach. The apartment was very clean, modern, and felt like new. It had all the amenities you could need, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus in the summer heat. The staff were also fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

The appartment was big, quiet and clean. All is new and functional. The apartment staff is friendly. The location makes it possible to walk to city center, beach and also to the Oceanografic park if it is not too hot (this time was too hot).

There is no information on Booking that this summer (2025) are closed the subway stations Amistat, Ayora and Maritim, this way you must transfer on Arago station to bus 32 or 32C. Be careful this way if you are looking for apartment directly on subway from airport this way. All apartments are in ground floor, part of them is to street, part of them to the inside block park. Our apartment has window directly to the street and trash containers which smells, this way we can not open the window (we recommend to us staff for another apartment).

The room was clean and cozy! There was a fully functional kitchen with a fridge and a microwave! The blackout curtains were blocking the sun perfectly, so you can sleep up until noon without a chance of being awaken by the sun. The bed and the pillows were perfect! Staff were friendly and perfectly did their job!

The air conditioning definitely wasn't working well, and it didn't get even close to the selected temperature. The room was on the ground floor.

It's a very spatious, clean room, perfect for family that wants to travel and cook for the kids not eat out. They are also accommodating if you need a cot, which was good.

Check in and check out times are really bad, if you get to Valencia early you have to wait. They were accommodating to our request of checking in early but it's subject to availability and it was only 2 hours earlier that we managed to enter the room and with a small baby it's complicated. Also when doing the check in they should clearly say that they require a document with photo for all, I showed my local green NIE document and they wouldn't accept it because "it was not correct" which is really a lie because I used it for check in at other hotels and no one ever mentioned this, they should be clear on requests .

My stay in this apartment in Valencia was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect — the apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was excellent: close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet very quiet and peaceful. I really appreciated the attention to detail — from fresh towels and a well-equipped kitchen to the overall cozy atmosphere. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia. It was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. It’s about a half-hour walk to the beach and around 50 minutes to downtown, with numerous bus stations nearby for convenient access to the city. The kitchen is well-stocked and organized, with sufficient cutlery. Towels can be changed at any time, having a washing machine is a plus

The cupboard lacks sufficient shelves for storing your clothes. We stayed for six days, but they only offered cleaning services for stays longer than a week. In my opinion, cleaning should be provided at least every three days.

Mon Suites Jardín de Ayora is a great place to stay in Valencia! It is new, very comfortable, stylish, clean and very well located - close to a metro station (direct connection to the airport). Our apartment was perfect for a family of 4. It was very clean and nice. There's everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. The staff is very kind and responsive, they give their best to make guests feel like home. You can leave there your luggage after check-out (till time for departure), which is a big plus. I'll definitely choose Mon Suites Jardín de Ayora if going to Valencia again, and I reccommend this place!

Really helpful reception. George was very helpful . First place I'd stayed at in Valencia that gave a useful tourist map. I really like this! Room was very clean. Plenty of clean towels. Useful kitchenette. 30-35 mins walk to the beach/marina. Close to Turia Park - this is lovely for 1. Exploring Oceanographic and Science Museum etc. I'd say one day to explore this if you have children. 2. A lovely walk the Old Town and main sites by walking through Turia Park. We did this on another day and visited Gulliver's Park en route. There are buses and metro, but we decided to just walk everywhere as we like to see as many sites as possible. All very walkable with our family.

It's very hard to tell when booking - however, from the pictures I thought I had a bedroom separate to living space. I prefer this with young children so they're not woken up. Bathroom shower drain prone to blocking.

Fabulous place to stay, and conveniently very close to the metro. I especially appreciated the full kitchen so I could prepare my own groceries, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was very pleasant and easy!

My room was on the ground floor near the lobby, which was too loud at times. I'm glad I brought earplugs because someone's kid was yelling in the hallway and the sound really carried right into my room.

Everything was great! The apartment is new, it was very bright,clean and spacious, very silent for sleeping in the evening. It's fully equipped with everything you need (like a hairdryer,an iron, a wasching machine,coffee maker, a dishwasher...).The location is far from the center, but close to Ayora metro (3min) and Maritim metro (8min).The stuff was extremly kind and helpful for everything we asked, and they helped our stay in Valencia truly memorable. Highly recomended this place!
