Location was good, in close proximity to the Science museum and 3 blocks away from a lot of restaurants. A nice breakfast restaurant was only 250 meters away. The old part of the city was a 25 min walk. The appartment was spacious and all equipment was available. The host was great, welcomed us and was available for all kinds of questions during our stay.

The appartment was somehow outdated (not that that mattered for us) and the beds were quite hard and small (for someone like me who is 1.92). Also there was not much ventilation in one of the bathrooms.

Great value location in the heart of Ruzafa, my favourite neighbourhood in Valencia. Everything is accessible by foot, although if you're traveling with kids or elderly people, I'd recommend the bus which can get you everywhere; downtown, to the beach and even over to the zoo. The accommodation itself comfortably slept 6 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip.

Not a lot really; the walls are a little thin perhaps so you can hear other people in other flats, and of course you need to be careful if you have kids that they keep the noise down! But this isn't uncommon.

The apartment was perfect, clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was also lovely having an en suite bathroom. I didn’t realise but there is also a lift which was perfect after a days walking. Juan the owner was also very good , welcoming us to the apartment and showing us around it. He was also very helpful with any questions I needed about our visit to Valencia

Great location to the parks, science museums and aquarium. Juan is absolutely amazing and always answers questions for us promptly. The apartment had everything we needed. Great value!

Upstairs family is loud. They stay up very late to midnight sometimes and you can hear them walking around and moving chairs.

This is a lovely, large home with a well appointed kitchen. We were warmly welcomed by Juan with a thorough tour of the facilities.. The beds were comfortable, and we could easily walk to all of the sights we wanted to see.

The water pressure for the showers is disappointing. As you can see, this is one tiny factor given the rest of the excellent assets.

Juan was super helpful, telling us about the location, how to use the bus system, where to buy the best value tickets. Having a washing machine was great and the balcony for drying meant clean clothes all week

The apartment is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. It is very spacious, comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped. We will allowed to leave our luggage there before the check-in. The best part is the location, it couldn't be better. It is next to the park and The city of arts and science, very close to the city center. There were many shops, restaurants and public transport options nearby. We will be happy to stay there again!

The apartment is very well located, close to Oceanografic but also historical center of Valencia. It was big with a lot of facilities, very good internet, two bathrooms and TV in every room.

Clean but maybe a little more attention at details

Spacious. Close to bus stops. Within walking distance to the aquarium. Parking. Juan, the host, is great.
