The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful to us. We had a little baby and they helped us every day to heat up formula and solid food. The door of our first room could not close. They moved us to a bigger room and waived our parking fee. This really showed how they prioritize customers.

The hotel an entire facility in general was very clean, safe, and well kept. The staff is absolutely wonderful, including the restaurant staff at El Bar. Pablo the manager was so kind, all the desk attendants, and housekeeping staff were awesome and had great recommendations for transportation. Food quality was high and very reasonably priced, made starting the day with kids very easy. It's not right in the city center, but walking there only took about 25 minutes. Was very close to Oceonagraffica and Gulliver park for those with kids. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our stay in Valencia was made even better thanks to this amazing hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the city – from must-see attractions to local hidden gems. His recommendations were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Valencia. Highly recommended!

Right next to the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias (you literally just need to cross the road to get there!) and very well connected with the historical centre of the city, there’s a bus stop in front of the structure. The staff was the kindest! I can not express how deeply I appreciated their attention to the guests. They even made our room get cleaned every day, without us needing to tell them. I’d also like to compliment the cleaning service stuff, they rock! Our room smelled like freshly washed clothes😂 it was so comfortable getting in it after a long day walking. Last but not least, I highly recommend trying their restaurant!! We ordered dinner there and everything was abundant and delicious. Well done! 👏🏻

Great room size. Very clean. Breakfast was perfect with small buffet plus a la carte toast menu. Staff were superb. We also ate at the bar in the evening due to good range of vegetarian options (rare for Spain). Well priced food and drink, multi-lingual menu and excellent service.

A little lacking in room storage but fine for a few nights. No USB plugs so take an adapter if you're from the UK. One plug socket by the bed did not work so had to unplug lamp to charge phone.

The comfiest mattress I have ever slept on (mostly firm, with a little give). The location is ideal, 5 minute walk to La Ciudad de las Ciencias y las Artes and a few bus stops. The staff were friendly and helpful. At check in, two staff members at the front desk helped me to get a lay of the land and offered me a map and suggested great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and advice.

The bathroom was small and counter top space for the sink is very limited. Perhaps they should add a small table/drawer under the sink to make the space more efficient.

Super nice & cozy Hotel just a few minutes walk away from La ciudad de los artes y las ciencias and the Turia Park. Really great location! We had a big double room with a huge balcony! Pablo the Manager and his whole staff were sooo nice, helpful, kind & lovely and always there for a quick chat 😊 thanks also for the Crew "behind the scenes", everything was always clean and requests have been solved immediately! Restaurant downstairs was delicious. but there are also a lot of other Restaurants and Cafés nearby. we will definitely come back! 😃

Just one little thing: there were no possibilities to hang your towels in the bathroom. maybe this could be optimized for the future. 😉 but besides that, everything was perfect!

The hotel is very conveniently located and well organised. It is walking distance from the Ciudad de Sciencias and the park (must see). There are lots of places to grab a bite nearby, also groceries. There is a large shopping center a bus stop away. The bar downstairs is very popular and affordable for breakfast and lunch. However, I can heartily recommend for breakfast La pasteleria de Mama just behind the hotel. Best of all was the service though. It was truly 5star! Everything we asked was provided, every day the room was cleaned and the reception is 24/7, offering also storage for our luggage. It made all the difference for us!

The room is pretty basic, there is no wardrobe. There is no kettle to boil water and only one chair. There is a terrace but we have to climb through the window to enjoy it. There are many families staying and it can get noisy in the mornings.

We arrived in the evening in the dark and trying to find the location of the rooms on a busy street was a MAJOR challenge . Likewise finding the attached car park which was along a pedestrian precinct tucked behind the apartments was impossible to find without the assistance of a staff member ( perhaps the manager ?)from the front desk . Alvaro on the front desk was very helpful too

NEW We were renting an apartment for 2 nights, the main priority being proximity to La Cuitat de las Artes y Ciencias. The neighbourhood was nice and safe, a lot of families and small non-touristic cafes offering local and international food. The room was large and quiet. Bathroom was clean, fan - standard but also enough. El Bar downstairs had a decent local and international menu + something for the little one. HOWEVER, our stay was made truly remarkable by PABLO! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A super stellar employee, he was always very helpful, caring and attentive, despite of being very busy. Gave our son extra stickers and stuff to draw. Helped my husband finding a quiet corner to make a call. Loveliest guy ever! We are grateful for the experience and will recommend Rooms Ciencias to everyone who asks. Maybe also to someone who doesn't. Pablo for President!
