Great Stay Close to City of Arts and Sciences The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias), including the impressive L’Oceanogràfic aquarium and cultural venues like the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having access to a fridge. The cleaning service was excellent—our room was always spotless. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

Access to the underground parking is limited and paid, but the hotel kindly recommended nearby streets where we could park for free. It sometimes took a bit of time, but we managed to find a spot each time. A small suggestion: it would be great to have a kettle in the room for tea lovers—this was something we missed, as it seems common in many Spanish hotels. There was also a gym available, which was a nice bonus, though unfortunately it had no air conditioning, making it quite difficult to exercise in the heat.

Very central - within 10 minute walk of Oceanographic and the other science attractions. Late night pharmacy and convenience store close by. Immediate outdoor grounds felt very safe, even at 11pm for my partners cigarette break. Very clean, bed was comfy - actually the best nights sleep I’ve had in a few weeks! Couldn’t hear other guests so soundproofing was great, we were level 10 and street facing, it was a little noisy from 7:30 am but more than tolerable. Our room was two singles pushed together, personally, I loved it, this meant he couldn’t steal my sheet! Bathroom was clean, towels cosy and toiletries were fresh smelling and well stocked. Shower was hot with good pressure and there was even a hairdryer and shaving plug. Staff were wonderful, so polite and friendly - very willing to help and answer questions.

Parking! This was incredibly stressful - the location isn’t obvious from the road at all. I wouldn’t recommend taking anything medium to large down there. The spaces are tiny and the turning space…well there isn’t any. Took us about 60 maneuvers to leave our space. €18 to park for 24 hours - we thought this was pretty reasonable considering the security and convenience of central parking. We would 100% return to the hotel , but we’re catching the train next time!

Fantastic room at the top of the building with a little terrace outside, with great views. Friendly staff. Very clean. Loved having a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge. Was like a mini studio apartment. Great location - both the beach and the center of the city are walkable to, and it's very close to the lovely Turia gardens.

The bed was a little bouncy for our liking, but that's probably just a matter of what you're used to. I missed having a bath-tub in the bathroom (but I did know this before taking the room and the shower was good).

Fantastic location - few mins walk to: Reina Sofia Palacio de las Artes and La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Bus stops to town, Bus station, Train station etc. and easy walk to el Pabellón Fonteta de Sant Lluís for sports and concert events. Several local eateries. Very comfortable room with double door which kept down noise between corridor and room. Good shower & bath. Lovely staff - both on reception and at the bar/restaurant areas.

Kettle in the room would have made everything perfect (but understand it's mostly British that miss their tea-making facilities and this is Spain :) )

Nice area close to Palace of Sciences and of Arts, area with restaurants and bars accessible by walking distance, very quiet and comfortable

The parking is very narrow and very stressful to drive and park there, unless you have a small car, furthermore you can’t book it in advance so it is a bit of a lottery to find a place (we knew this in advance but still a problem). Luckily they are blue parking available nearby and free at night but during the day you can only pay for maximum two hours

The hotel was clean, with excellent staff always happy to assist, and the location is spot on. The breakfast was okay with very efficient staff with a good selection on offer.

The only slight downside for me was the NH green offering whereby if you forgo your room clean you receive a free drink at the bar, in Barcelona you could opt in by putting the sign on your door on a daily basis. Valencia you were either in or out, and this is not really suitable when you are staying for 10 days. On the next to last day the staff just left me a drink and did not clean the room.

Hotel was nice and clean with very friendly stuff and SUPERB breakfast. Over the weekend the selection for the breakfast was simply amazing and few bits less during the week... but still very good... The gym is rather small but enough for some basics. The swimming pool is small too but would be enough if you want to cool down a bit... Sauna is also small but would be big enough for few people. The hotel is also super close to City of Arts and Sciences with aquarium. Great position...

The hotel is in great location as just 2minutes away from the impressive Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, and Turia gardens. The rook was big enough with additional table for work, as well as super comfortable beds. Hangers, towels, ropes, slippers and cleaning utensils were all available. Good plus was a coffee machine with usable capsules and a kettle. We really liked it was located 45 minutes walk from the old town, thanks to it we discovered many districts and got to know the city.

The gym and pool area are very small, but that is fine. The gym was a bit too hot which was difficult to use for a workout so some AC would be nice.

Great location, so close to the museums and aquarium. Easy access by bus or walking through the gardens. The facilities were great.

The hotel has a green policy for reducing housekeeping but uses a lot of disposable, single use items. Also, if you opt not to have your towels washed, you don't get any top ups of tea, coffee etc either. A few times housekeeping did a clean anyway despite us opting for them not to. It would be great to see less plastic waste and single use cups in the rooms.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and the checkin was pretty smooth. We arrived earlier than the official checkin time, but could enter the room earlier which meant a lot since we had an early flight and were quite tired. The bathroom was quite big and had everything you needed. Even though we didn't use it much, there is a wonderful terrace on the 11th floor with a nice view. The price was quite good compared to the other properties of a similar standard in Valencia.

The sound insolation on the windows wasn't the best, so it got quite noisy at night. There were no cabinets in the room, rather a big one in the bathroom. We didn't try the breakfast, but the price tag of 25 or 30 euros was quite high for Valencia standards. The location was right next to the city of arts and sciences, but it was a bit far from the city center. At least not close enough to walk, but around a 15 minutes ride by bus.
