Soho Boutique Turia is optimally located in the city center. Multiple restaurants and shops are within a few steps. The breakfast was perfect with a small buffet. The room size was an average European room. The public parking garage is located within a 3-minute walk (pre-book for excellent prices). The drop off and streets to the hotel are narrow and 1-way, but a reserved coned space is designated for guests. The AC worked well on the hot August days. The office and breakfast staff were very accommodating. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. Overall, a great stay!

Great location, very clean, rooms bigger than they look in the picture and the staff were very polite and accommodating. We got a cot bed for our two year old as requested and when we asked for a bigger sheet it was provided straight away. The location is great as it’s quiet but walking distance from old town, very close to buses and metro which are both very easy to get around on even with a big pram and there’s a number of great coffee shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s quite a posh area. Breakfast selection was small but good quality and variety.

Wifi access required you to give your personal email which I don’t like and think is an imposition on guests. The shower was a little hot/cold/hot/cold although my partner didn’t find that to be the case so could be it was just like that at lower pressure. If I had to be really picky I’d say it would’ve been nice to have a high fibre cereal or muesli option at breakfast. Overall it was great, good value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed for four nights in the hotel. The room was very pretty with a very comfortable bed and mattress. It was all very clean and tidy. The rainshower was great as well. The bed was made up (almost daily) and fresh towels were brought. I was on the backside of the hotel so there was absolute silence during the night, which was great.

For security reasons i wasn’t able to connect my phone to the TV (to watch Netflix e.g). Otherwise the score would be a 10. Also, the last two mornings there were guys working in the hallway at 08.30 which disturbed my sleep

Smaller boutique hotel well located a short walk from the historical center, but with many great restaurants nearby. Nicely appointed rooms, spotlessly clean, amazing bathroom with large shower and in our room (although not requested) a fabulous soaking tub! The bed was literally the most comfortable I've ever slept in and they offered several types of pillows which is a nice touch. We only ate breakfast there once , but it included everything one could want and is available for an additional €12 per person. All staff were really helpful. The room was amazingly quiet although we visited during the Fallas celebrations where there are a lot of fire crackers and fireworks going on both day and at midnight all around town, but we weren't bothered by it. Highly recommended.

Prices are on the higher end of scale, but honestly worth it. No complaints.

The room was spacious and the bed was reasonably confortable. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed that. Reception staff were nice

Our room had a very sour damp smell which we reported to the front desk, it would go away and then come back. We were in level 1, id avoid this where possible as there was a utility cupboard right next to our room that staff were accessing quite frequently which unfortunately led to distrupted sleep. As well as the noise from the lobby.

Comfortable, nicely decorated large clean rooms. Great hot shower.

Parking is listed on their website; however, it is offsite. The parking was fine but thankfully I had confirmed this in advance and made a reservation because I don’t think the hotel staff would have been able to explain the parking to me. They should put this information on their website. Hotel staff were not overly helpful compared to other hotels where they could provide basic, tourist information because of the language barrier.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel. The stuff is super friendly and always helpful. Location is amazing. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. We got 2 rooms and stayed for 10 days, and it was a great choice for a long stay.

We loved everything except a few things : 1. would be great to have a complimentary bottle of water every day, not only upon arrival. It’s a very small compliment and I think, the hotel should have provided it, especially considering a very hot weather outside. 2. So weird was not having a toilet brush in the bathroom. It’s just a basic hygiene tool that must be in each bathroom. 3. Cleaning wasn’t perfect, sometimes we still had dirty spots left on the floor or on furniture after the cleaning or the coffee cups weren’t washed. Except that, everything’s else was amazing. I would still choose this hotel for my next trip to Valencia:) just would be great for the hotel to consider these small details!:)

The staff were lovely, the hotel was in a great location central to everything and hotel was very clean / pretty. It was in walking distance to all main areas of Valencia and when we arrived the staff on reception kindly explained how to get to places and recommendations for food etc. super helpful!

Never had breakfast at the hotel, although the food looked good and the dining area seemed pleasant and relaxing. We prefered to explore the various options close by.

Unknowingly, we arrived on the last day of a festival which attracts up to a million visitors. As a result, and no fault of the hotel's location, we experienced great diffuculties getting to the hotel. As it was unexpected, it was organized chaos to us. The take-away was to always investigate what's going on before going.

The staff were really lovely, very friendly and super helpful. They gave me great advice about the city, how to get around, where things were etc. They also recommend Bar X for tapas which I ate at twice, it was so good! I loved the location of the hotel too, lovely, upmarket area and near some really nice, bars, shops and restaurants and easy access to the rest of the city and public transport.

I was missing a bottle opener in my room and I never got given one to keep, which was slightly annoying, I had to use one and give it back. Also for the price of the room it would have been great to have a bathrobe and slippers and maybe more useful items, such as razor pack, shower cap, toothpaste etc. Also I found it very hard to control the temperature in the room, it seemed the same the whole time, quite cold, no matter what I did! But the temperature in the corridor on my floor (floor 5) was boiling! Finally, as my room was cold I had to use two duvets which were on top of the wardrobe, but they were not in duvet covers.
