We had booking somewhere else that was a disaster and we had one day to find something else. This place offered a fantastic price and it was a miracle that it was available. The place completely exceeded our expectations, it was fantastic, clean, modern, our room was made up every day leaving us with coffee pods and fresh water. This was far the best place I've ever been during my abroad visits, if I ever come back to Valencia this is the only place I'd stay at and I'll recommend this for everyone. Not to mention, everything is in walking distance. This place made our stay unforgettable. Huge bonus, that check-out time is at noon, but if you flight is in the evening, you can leave your bags in a locker in the hall until 23:00pm on the day of your departure. We were more than satisfied, thank you for this experience. :)

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location in the old town, just a short walk from the metro station that can take you to the airport, also plenty of bus stops nearby. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. The hotel is located on a quiet street and we were able to rest without being bothered by noise outside. The lockers available on the day of arrival/departure were spacious (we left 2 backpacks + one 10kg suitcase without an issue) and very handy - we arrived early and were able to leave all our luggage prior to our check in time, same for our departure day. The staff were extremely helpful - our room was cleaned every day, and the staff were extremely helpful when I managed to lock my luggage in a locker and forgot the code for the locker.

We were in a double bed room, which was ideal for a short stay however might be a bit of an issue for people who are travelling with a lot of luggage due to limited storage space. There were plenty of other room options however.

Perfect location, super close to all points of interest but still on a fairly quiet street. It's so easy to get around from here! I'd also add that it's super easy to get to the accommodation from the airport, as the airport metro takes you to a metro stop that's just a few minutes away. You're good without a taxi even with heavy luggage like in my case, and ofc it's much cheaper. Communication and support from the property (and especially Arantxa) were amazing - although there is no reception and you don't meet anyone, they reply literally within a few seconds, 24/7. Very clean room, comfy bed, easy self-check in, the location...This place is a gem!

The location was great and was a relatively quiet street with a few shops, so not next to loud bars or anything. The room was modern and well decorated. There was a fridge that was handy to keep cold drinks in and there was a coffee pod machine, so you could make drinks. Check-in is all online and was quick and easy. There is a phone in the reception area where you can phone a member of staff if you have any issues. Our room was cleaned early, which allowed us to check-in early. There are lockers that are big enough for suitcases, so that you can keep your stuff there before you check in and check out - if needed.

Paper cups for the coffee machine and only one coffee each a day. One decaf option would also be nice. Also the use of paper cups, feels wasteful and doesn't allow you to make your own hot drinks later (if you buy your own coffee etc). The doors had a bit of a gap,so if people were noisy you could hear them - as the lobby area is right outside your door.

Very good location, close to many sights but in a quite street. It was easy to communicate with the staff and they were fast in responses and helpful. We liked the virtual reception, entering with code, etc., so many automation which were easy to use. They have lockers where two cabin bags can easily stored. It helped use our time without bags before check in and after check out.

Noise isolation is not too effective between the rooms, we could hear the residents above us on the upper floor.

Perfect location in the old town, really close to the metro station, bus station, and sightseeings. There are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants near the hotel, but despite this, the street itself is pretty quiet. In our room we had a nice view from the window to the small, quiet street. The hotel itself looks pretty modern and new. The room was cleaned every day, which is a big advantage.

The bed was a little too small for two people, and the mattress was not as comfortable. The coffee machine was not working, so we were not able to make a coffee in the morning.

Great property in an amazing location. The street is quiet with minimal noise but located close to downtown, Turia park and the metro. While they don’t have a lobby they do offer luggage storage which is great! A huge perk for my friend and I who wanted to explore the city.

The only hesitation I would have to recommending this property is the ease of keyless/ remote entry. We had an issue with our code and while the staff were so friendly and responsive, I just envisioned my expat elder parents trying to deal with codes and electronics. It may not be the place for people that do not have easy access to technology or WiFi/ data.

Very clean, comfortable property in a brilliantly central location in the old part of the city. Fabulous shower and a very comfortable bed. Very quiet considering how central and convenient it is for all the city’s excellent public transport and places to visit. No breakfast but there is an excellent and very reasonably priced breakfast available at the hotel which is literally opposite. There is no reception but the owners are very easy to contact and make checking in etc very simple.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel rooms are large, made in a simple but very effective way. The bathroom is clean and spacious enough to have available area for everything you may need (from hairdryer to good space for a shower).The room was spacious, with an big window facing on a lateral and very quiet street, the bed is really very comfortable, with pillow selection. The coffee machine was good to let us have a coffee for free the day of the arrival. The hotel is placed in a nice position in city center, in a walking distance from the main cathedral, the metro line, with the possibility to have a taxi dropping you off at the main door. The hotel doesn0t offer any possibility of breakfast, but the door in front the hotel or 50m far in the same street, there are amazing opportunities to have breakfast. I would come back again for sure. We arrived late in the night and contacted the property in advance to have info about the check in and stay, The hotel does not have on-site personnel, but they're available 24/7 and they provided us enter codes and details to have our stay smooth and very confortable

Everything was good

The room was nicer than expected, especially with the big balcony doors. The cleaning lady was very nice. We liked the automated system with codes, which made it very easy to move around. Having an A/C is a big plus. It was very close to many attractions.

Having a coffee machine was a big plus, but we wish they refilled the pots each day or had some coffee pots available in the lobby to get some.
