We stayed in a deluxe double room with a balcony which was a perfect size, clean and fab bathroom. Location was perfect, close proximity to all the tourist attractions, great restaurants and bars local as well. Easy directions to locate the room as well, even though the 24hr reception was located about 5 mins walk away this was not a problem,. Check in easy as well, even though digital.

It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack in the room, with just maybe the wi if code and city map, info etc. Breakfast was ok, maybe more of a selection of pastries would have been nice, especially as the bakery is literally around the corner. Also maybe a safety deposit box in the room.

Location was brilliant, right in the heart of the old part of Valencia and near many main attractions. We got a room with a balcony (which might have cost a bit more, I don't remember), and in fact got two small balconies, which were lovely to have. The room was a good size, had air conditioning, and a large bathroom. Breakfast was good value. Very highly recommended.

Not a complaint about the hotel itself, but we walked there from train station Colon at night, and Google Maps directed us down some dark and slightly scary streets, and we were approached by one stranger. So consider your route if walking to the hotel at night. However the streets immediately around the hotel felt very safe.

Great location we stayed in the cozy room embajador in a deluxe double room with balcony in the second floor which was accessible with a lift. The room was spacious with lovely interior very clean with a large countertop in the bathroom. The bad was very comfortable and quite big. It was great value for the money.

Just a few recommendations, a water kettle would be a great addition, as well as a coffee machine and an extra garbage bin in the room since there was only one small one in the bathroom. unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Excellent location in the city center. Clean and tidy room, very good breakfast, asked for, and got, twin beds. Couldn't ask for more..

The wet room was VERY wet, after a shower the floor was flooded and therefor couldn't really be used until it had dried! Also, a kettle would have been nice.

Location was great, only few minutes of a pleaseant walk to the center. Around many nice restaurants and coffee shops. It was our first visit to Valencia, hopfully not a last one. Appartment was very comfortable and clean, however we had some difficulties to find it first. But then we manage to locate the main reception and the person- night receptionist walk with us to the appartment. It was a very nice touch. Inside of property is stunning and felt very very safe

The reception wasn’t in the building and I think the hotel should reach out to you before to make you aware. We walked to the main hotel then realised after a while of trying to get in that the reception was 7 minutes away. Normally we wouldn’t have cared but we did reach out to say that our checkin was at midnight and I diddnt really like trekking with all my luggage at that time back and forth

Location of excellent an added bonus is the Carrefour express at the end of the street and a lovely little plaza in the other direction

Room a little small no where to put suitcase or washing kit. Blinds torn, wallpaper peeling. Would benefit from a little TLC

A great location in the heart of the old town but tucked away in a quiet side street. Huge comfortable bed and a great shower. Easy to access the property once we’d sent our passport details via email 24 hours before our arrival. We didn’t see any staff apart from a cleaner.

The bed was enormous - too big for the room! We’d rather have had a king size bed to allow more space around the bed. It would have been nice to have had a small fridge and kettle so that we could make drinks.

The location is perfect, very short walk to any downtown landmark! Huge bed and very comfortable, heated room and big mirror. Very good value for price. The staff was attentive and helpful.

They don’t provide parking options so we ended up parking at the central market parking (24€/day).

the bathroom was really nice, so was the big, comfy bed. the room has a rustic feel to it which adds charisma, and a small balcony overlooking the street.

the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the room next to us was separated by a thin (paper?)wall. I think the whole unit was separated in the middle to make space for an additional room. I could hear everything - every single thing - happening next door (snores, coughs, tv and other stuff) which really annoyed me. If I had intended to stay more nights I'd have definitely asked to switch rooms. Don't expect to get much privacy.
