The location is fantastic, just opposite of the ceramics museum, and at 300 meters of Piazza de la Reina and the Cathedral. The hotel is cozy and clean, with a lot of staff at reception; linked with a popular restaurant where it serves breakfast. The room was large and bright, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean; I had the impression it did not have ventilation. The shower and sink were very modern, but the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the sink was not efficient - not deep enough for washing properly. We found in the room 2 complimentary bottles of water, and a kettle with complimentary teas and coffees. The reception staff was kind to keep our luggage for half of day after check out.

Our room was in front of the elevator and we could hear noises from the elevator and the neighboring rooms. Wifi not great. We found the price too high for what we got.

Excellent location and knowledgeable staff

Bar closed early when it would have been nice to come back after dinner for a nightcap. No iron in the bedroom although they did offer a very reasonable laundry service which isn’t always convenient. Tea and coffee making facilities would be an advantage.

Location, style, clean and safe

We asked for the key to fully open our balcony (like in the advertised photos) but was told not allowed for security reasons. When I complained to Bookings.com they rectified immediately and got the doors unlocked. We had to request the robes which were included in the price and description Single beds were pushed together upon arrival so we had to move them apart and arrange the bedside tables ourselves Requested kettle was in our room but no mugs/ cups so we had to request those separately

Loved the character of this hotel! Staircase amazing ! Loved sitting outside looking at the most amazing building ever with a sangria in hand! Breakfast well presented with something for everyone and a good coffee machine! Reception staff so helpful! Would definitely return! Loved it.

breakfast, there was more than enough. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and accurate. Location very good because it was nearby bus stops and metro. The beds were good. Check-in check out went smoothly.

We took dinner for 1 time, it was a poor dish for a lot of money. The staff in the restaurant (waiter) gave little attention to us and talked too much (to loud) to other guests. He did not gave us the feeling of an appreciated guest. The rooms were a bit noisy but we have slept very well.

Location was exceptional for exploring old city, easy walking distance to majority of sites. The facility was spotless and staff very knowledgeable and accommodating, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. A stand-out was Jose from the cafe who anticipated our order for a second coffee after the first day! An added benefit was the extraordinary building located opposite the outdoor cafe area, a visited historical site. And the lovely tree-lined street also added to the ambiance.

The one negative is that they don't offer complimentary coffee either in the rooms or at the cafe. Breakfast is a surprisingly steep 18 euros which seemed out of line with other pricing in the city., and to offer at least one complimentary coffee in the morning seems reasonable. And though minor, the seating area at bottom of stairs offers only 3 chairs, when 90% of the time at least 4 people are waiting for cabs, etc.

Superior room did not have robe, slippers, iron as detailed on booking.com. Double room was a twin - beds pushed together with separate bedding rather than ziplock. No coffee facilities in room. It was at the time of la fallas festival, but £1049 for three nights excluding breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Location is fantastic, room was comfortable and cleaned every day, didn't bother with the breakfast as there are many cafes nearby. Staff were very helpful.

Noise from the rooms next door...you can hear everything which is a shame , otherwise a very nice hotel.

It was so central to shopping, restaurants and the main tourist spots. It had lovely decor and a nice outside seating area with a view of the ceramic museum.

When we arrived first there were two single beds and they said that this was standard. They did move us but said it can only happen of there is availability.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent for central Valencia, and the one meal we ate in the restaurant was good quality. The reception staff were outstanding.

The internal walls are thin.
