location was perfect. staff are so nice and friendly. was there was less than 24 hrs so did not have a chance to check out facilities or try the hotel food. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and the outdoor seating area is lovely. The room was big enough and bed was comfy.

When booking, just make sure you get a room at the back side of the hotel and not one facing the main street infront of the hotel because it’s really noisy. the windows don’t block out the noise and the walls are thin too. i could hear people downstairs in the lobby being loud at 1am. I was on the 2nd floor. My colleagues on the other hand, on the 2nd and 3rd floors had the back side rooms and said it was quiet.

The location is fantastic, just opposite of the ceramics museum, and at 300 meters of Piazza de la Reina and the Cathedral. The hotel is cozy and clean, with a lot of staff at reception; linked with a popular restaurant where it serves breakfast. The room was large and bright, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean; I had the impression it did not have ventilation. The shower and sink were very modern, but the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the sink was not efficient - not deep enough for washing properly. We found in the room 2 complimentary bottles of water, and a kettle with complimentary teas and coffees. The reception staff was kind to keep our luggage for half of day after check out.

Our room was in front of the elevator and we could hear noises from the elevator and the neighboring rooms. Wifi not great. We found the price too high for what we got.

It was absolutely amazing. The view was magnificent, with the Palace of the Marques de Dos Aguas right in front of us. Our room was comfortable and quiet, more than enough pillow for us (also super cozy) and the air conditioning was quiet enough to sleep with it on. The buffet breakfast was particularly delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Breakfast was amazing. Super fresh traditional local produce. The staff is super friendly and helpful , the reception staff , the breakfast and bar staff and the housekeeping staff.

Our first night our room was very close to the street . Could hear traffic badly but the staff were fantastic and moved us to a quieter room which was available.

Location and breakfast was great . Great AC in bedroom and daily room service very good.

The sound proofing in the room. We could hear next door clearly. Also people further down the hallway talking. Our balcony doors were faulty but we were able to get them open with some trying.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Clean throughout. Nice gesture of drink and chocolates left on bed on my wife's birthday - really appreciated. Air conditioning great and towels changed as needed.

Fridge in room was switched off and unable to switch on. Poor selection of teas and coffees in room and no milk provided.

The location was perfect just a five minute walk away from the square, staff allowed us to check-in at 11:30th, reception were extremely helpful advising us on the sights, and the breakfast was basic but very enjoyable.

There genuinely wasn’t anything. Very good hotel and great value for money we thought.

Loved the character of this hotel! Staircase amazing ! Loved sitting outside looking at the most amazing building ever with a sangria in hand! Breakfast well presented with something for everyone and a good coffee machine! Reception staff so helpful! Would definitely return! Loved it.

Bar area closed early but not really a problem as good bars very close.

Excellent location and knowledgeable staff

Bar closed early when it would have been nice to come back after dinner for a nightcap. No iron in the bedroom although they did offer a very reasonable laundry service which isn’t always convenient. Tea and coffee making facilities would be an advantage.

Location, style, clean and safe

We asked for the key to fully open our balcony (like in the advertised photos) but was told not allowed for security reasons. When I complained to Bookings.com they rectified immediately and got the doors unlocked. We had to request the robes which were included in the price and description Single beds were pushed together upon arrival so we had to move them apart and arrange the bedside tables ourselves Requested kettle was in our room but no mugs/ cups so we had to request those separately
