The property is about as close to the action in old town Valencia as you can possibly get. As soon as you step out of the front door, the main square is 10 feet away, and the Metropolitan Cathedral is at the same end of the square on the other side. Everything in old town is within walking distance of this hotel. From the Central Mercado (approx. 5 minutes) to the Serranos Towers (approx. 5 minutes), you are really in the heart of the action. The rooftop restaurant/bar is also fantastic with an incredible view over the old city. The drinks were superb and the food very well made. Also, the hostess who was there when we arrived was one of the nicest hostesses I've ever come across in a hotel restaurant. The room was very new and had everything you could have asked for. From a very comfortable bathroom that was away from the bed area, to a table and chairs, microwave/oven combo, refrigerator, pod-based coffee machine, and a couch with coffee table and TV at the foot of the bed, it was extremely comfortable.

The amount of storage in the room was rather small. There was a small closet in the corner that extended to the cathedral ceilings but you really could only access the lower portion and the shelf above the clothes rod. Other than that, there were no drawers. There was a large table like space under the window which allowed us to store our luggage for easy access, but they could have halved the space there and added drawers to make it easier to access clothing.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff here are truly amazing. We recently got engaged and they made it extra special. Cannot thank the team enough. Huge thank you to Esther on reception was just a pleasure and a delight to check us in. Also Andrea’s on reception. Andre’s and Avril on the bar were just as great, and all of them made our stay truly perfect. Cannot wait to return. Thank you so so much 😊

We had a wonderful stay , fantastic location , additionally on the 4th floor , (restaurant/bar)there is an absolute star called Avril , who serves breakfast with the happiest nature and most enthusiastic smile she couldn’t be more charming and is a real credit to the hotel

The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the center of the old town, so many places to eat and drink right at your door step. The staff at reception and the rooftop bar were all lovely and so helpful, even before asking they would help, and never pushy, just a really nice group.

Pool was freezing (with all the sunshine, a bit of solar heating would go a long way), however given it was October and thats about the ONLY thing id suggest improving, I had to think hard for something i didnt like, it really was a lovely hotel and location.

Perfectly situated in the Old Town - near lots of pedestrianised streets and plazas but still accessible by taxi. Excellent friendly and helpful staff and lovely rooftop restaurant, specially well-managed by a marvellous young woman who repeatedly went out of her way to ensure we stayed warm, comfortable and well-fed.

Nothing comes to mind. All of our memories from the Valentia Cabillers are happy ones.

Where to begin...the welcoming, friendly, professional staff was the best! The front desk staff, breakfast staff, and cleaning staff were all exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a suite (101) and were provided everything necessary in the kitchenette including dish soap and new sponges. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Breakfast was to order and we found it more than adequate. The cozy breakfast room was comfortable; wish the weather had allowed us to use the outside tables, but not the fault of the hotel! Location was excellent for our needs with lots of restaurants and cafes, and there is a grocer nearby. We were in Valencia for Fallas and it was amazing!!

Great hotel. Excellent location, you’re right in one of the busiest areas of Valencia, with tons of walkable restaurants and attractions, yet it’s surprisingly quiet. There are elevators and the staff is friendly. The room is excellent. The bathroom is spacious, with a standout shower. It comes with bathrobes, a large closet, and the bedding is great, excellent mattress, pillows, and good linens. Everything was very clean. Breakfast is served on the terrace, which has a lovely view of the cathedral. The food is good.

The room could really use more outlets. There are only four in total, three already in use and none near the desk to plug in a laptop. The lighting is quite poor. Both in the room and bathroom, only a few spotlights are used, which aren’t evenly distributed. This results in harsh, blinding light in certain spots and dimness everywhere else. At breakfast, you can only choose one option. When I asked for an extra item, I was told it would be charged separately.

Really nice rooms and the location doesn’t get much better. If you want to pay extra to stay here over other places of similar quality then it doesn’t get much better where it is. Staff were really nice at check-in.

The rooftop bar was really lacking, part of the reason I booked this over others was the whole pool/bar as it gave it an edge over others but the pool is just a plunge pool with about 4 beds and the bar was barely attended and seating untidy just gave off the vibe they have gave up on it really. Saying that I did enjoy sitting up on at the bar but they really need to make it desirable to compete with the many places downstairs in the square. Music, table service etc.

It’s in a great location everything is on your doorstep literally. Right onto the square and cathedral. We had a suite so handy to have a fridge and kettle, coffee maker and sofa lots of storage space nice large shower and very clean. Staff we dealt with were all super, helpful and engaging .Andreas at breakfast shift was lovely a real morning tonic and made a great coffee ….an asset to the hotel experience. Great little terrace on roof to sit and ponder activities for day.

The room windows go onto central shaft so room quite dark and we could see straight into room opposite bathroom so had to keep blind down … may be nice and cool in summer? Swimming pool is really tiny so more of a dip than anything else. May need to consider a thermostat on shower as kept going very very hot could be dangerous. Could do with a few extra plug sockets only 1 for whole kitchette area. It doesn’t really live up to your bigger 4 star hotels but it’s small and personable

The location was very good. The room was spacious with big king size bed. Space with small Kitchenette area and fridge, where we could prepare meals and snacks was really useful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Although it says there is a swimming pool, it’s really only a plunge pool for cooling off, with only a few sun beds. One time I tried to use, but all beds were taken up by a group of women. There are no lounge areas to sit in as such, only a rooftop terrace with a small bar, which also doubles as their breakfast area. Breakfast was just adequate, not much choice.
