We were welcomed in our room with a sweet treat and a lovely hand-written card in my language to wish us a pleasant stay. Since they noticed it was my birthday, we also got a glass of orange juice for free served directly to our room (Thanks again Valle, you're the best!) I also really appreciated little welcoming touches, like having water at your disposal at the reception (plus a bottle of water in the room), or the voucher for a free glass of Agua de Valencia in one of their other locations. Outstanding staff, perfect location in the old town. Most of the attractions are at walking distance. Very nice little SPA, the first hour is free, but book your slot in advance. I was staying in a room which was orientated towards the interior of the structure, so it was very quiet and pleasant. Comfy and large beds, safe available, complimentary slippers, very good coffee maker in the room. You have all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating in, with a medium sized fridge.

Everything was perfect, but I found the temperature in the room and in the SPA a bit too hot. In the room i tried to regulate it with the thermostat but it didn't seem to work. I didn't ask at the reception since opening the windows was enough to cool the temperature down.

Spotless room, super location, really helpful reception staff, especially Giada and Silva. I loved the complementary time, as a guest of the hotel in the spa. Room looked over the Central Market..amazing and it had all the facilities you could need, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dual hob. A fridge also

If you were a light sleeper the street noise might bother you, but it didn't bother me. I found the lighting a bit dark in the bedroom.

The staff and service during our stay were exceptional. The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were really good, we were able to cook dinner and enjoy it overlooking the street. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location was right in the middle of the old town, with everything walking distance. The beach was also easy to get to with the bus only a 2 minute walk away. The staff even greeted us on our anniversary with a bottle of wine and a lovely message. Overall was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend booking here. We would love to return.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so comfortable with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. The location is gorgeous with the buzz of the market square outside your window. The breakfast was gorgeous and just overall a very welcoming and comfortable experience

The balcony isn’t a balcony, it’s just a railing outside the French doors and the pool is not a swimming pool, it’s one of those small jet/spa pools. I would suggest that they don’t advertise the suites as having balconies as they are fab anyway, and make it clear the pool is a small spa pool. But overall it is a fabulous place in the heart of the city

the staff was very courteous and especially helpful with parking considering the fact that it is located in the center of town; they also facilitated me with the check out time. The apartment is not in the main building but it is really very close and easily accessible; they accompanied me; the apartment is modern, well furnished, clean, spacious, comfortable for a family of 3 or 4.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Hotel is quiet and private. The location was phenomenal, right across the Mercado Central in the heart of the old city. Walkable distance to the famous Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Ayuntamiento and other attractions. It was also easy to reach it from the airport - metro and a 10 min walk through the city. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating - available 24 hours a day. We would choose the hotel again.

It's a great hotel: very clean and seemingly quite new. It's located in the heart of Valencia's historical center: 10 minutes or less away from the Cathedral, Torres de Serranos, the Silk Exchange and multiple fabulous locations to eat. The ladies working at the reception are very welcoming and very professional. The restaurant, Rincón del Mercado, was really great as well, we had breakfasts and one dinner there. Definitely try the torrija!!!

There are little things that prevent me from giving a perfect score: for example, the shape of the bathroom sinks and the model of the taps was such that the water splashes uncontrollably, which led to my wife spraying pants / skirts with water on multiple occasions, to the point where she just started washing her hands at the kitchen sink instead. Also, even though we were in a penthouse suite that some stairs were leading to, we could hear any and all conversations at the fourth floor. As I already said, these are things of seemingly little significance but make the "9" score more appropriate than a "10".

It was very clean and had a fantastic location. The room was very spacious and even had a kitchen within it which was a lovely touch. I stayed for a birthday and they even left a card, balloons and chocolate out to welcome the birthday boy as well as a complimentary drink which made his day. The staff were absolutely amazing, fantastic and kind and so so helpful.

The lights in the room were all beautiful. However, they aren’t very bright which made doing makeup and getting ready a little frustrating and there’s no iron in the room but other then that this was such an incredible stay !!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The property is ideally located right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for sightseeing on foot or using public transportation. A major advantage is the secure private parking — a rare find in such a central location. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed — whether it was adjusting the room for extra comfort or helping resolve a temporary issue with the Wi-Fi. The rooms are equipped with efficient and easy-to-use climate control, which made a real difference during the hot season. We stayed as a family with a child, and everything was well-suited for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Situated diagonally across from Central Mercado and beside lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. 2 minutes from Silk Exchange and walking distance to multiple plazas and sights. We walked along the Turia Gardens (Valencia River Park) to City of Arts and Sciences. Staff were very pleasant and oriented us to our whereabouts with a city map. Room was very soundproof with the markets and plaza right outside. I loved opening the large windows and sitting watching all the activity in the plaza. Room had electric kettle and espresso maker as well as mini kitchen. Exceeded my expectations.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
