Location in the centre of Valencia was excellent, very easy to walk around. Street noise can be a bit loud at night - to be expected. I was in a 3 bed dorm, which was cosy in terms of floor space. The lockers are big (note: they need a euro coin which is refunded in order to lock them), and the aircon works - much appreciated! The breakfast extra option was fine, the kitchen area is shared with the common area - not very big but it is comfortable. The hostel is very social and runs a lot of events as a way to meet fellow travellers. Staff were friendly and helpful. High level of cleanliness overall.

The karaoke in the common area was a surprise at 11pm on Saturday night.

At first, I was a bit hesitant because the beds have no curtains whatsoever but it turned out not to be an issue at all. With my roommates, it just felt like a sleepover and wasn't uncomfortable at all. The hostel is extremely social, finding friends is guaranteed if you spend time in the common room. In addition, there are daily free walking tours and lots of other events The staff was very welcoming and lovely. One of them is studying in Hamburg and she was teaching the others some German. Talking to them was very endearing The kitchen comes with a lot of utensils. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms are clean. The shower comes with a lot of coat hooks, so does the dormitory. The hostel is located in the old town, restaurants, bars, and attractions are just around the corner. You can rent bikes for cheap money and have your washing done and dried for free 10€, which comes in very handy

If you prefer heading to sleep early, bring some earplugs and a sleeping mask My (massive) backpack barely fit the locker. If you carry very big luggage, you might face similar problems Beware that it is a long way to the beach from the town center

This was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. My room was quite spacious and very nice with 4 single beds and no bunk beds. There was a nice little balcony in my room as well. The showers and restrooms were always really clean and nice. There were events every day such as a free Sangria night on Friday. You could also rent a bike through them which was cheaper than getting it at the rental place directly. You could also sign up for a walking tour and pub crawl with them which quite a few people did and the groups usually consisted of cool people from other hostels as well. The social area was very comfortable and really conducive to socializing and the location of the hostel was very central and in such a cool place. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hostel and I will come back for sure.

OMG! Such a good place! The staff are the heartbeat of the place, they are the kindest and the smiley-est people. Thank you so much Miguel, Kevin, and Luis for making us feel like home. The place itself is comfortable, many spots to chill and socialize, showers and bathrooms on every floor. There are events like walking tours and bar crawls that the hostel organizes, that was great to meet people. Showers are fantastic with private space to change and put your things, with good water flow and temperature. Breakfast was great: eggs, ham and cheese, bread and fruits, coffee and orange juice. The location is amazing, right in the old town but not in a creepy spot. The design of the main area is very cute and it felt like a cozy time. We loved our stay and we already recommended this hostel to a bunch of our friends.

No place for quiet work if you need to. The window from our room was looking inside the building so there was never fresh air and extra noise if opened.

Good location, next to the old town. Friendly, helpful reception, the German lady who served breakfast was very nice. Breakfast was plenty, the kitchen well organized, they even prepared free food in the evenings. The shared room was spacious with 2 bunk beds and a table with chair. There were several clean showers and toilets. At the beds there was a socket and lamp (although mine was not working)

There were no curtains around the beds to give privacy. Also, a shelf at each bed would be useful to keep your things while staying in bed. These would be little changes with not much investment but would improve one’s stay a little in this otherwise perfect hostel.

The friendliness of the staff, their ability to adapt the organization to the marathon runners and their good advice. The kitchen and the dining/living room are well furnished and well organized, the ideal environment to share time and experience with the other guests.

First of the location is excellent. And this is not exaggerated for review points. Right in the centre of the historical town and nearby to pretty much a lot of good restaurants, museums and public transport. A 5-12min walk and you're already near a bus station or subway. All major museums or sight seeing locations are within walking distance. There is no need for taxi/uber or public transport. For the beach you get the public transport: Very convinient and relaxed. Tip: Get a 10-ride card, which is only 4 euros. Because a single trip costs 1,50. Note: The transfer from airport is more expensive as you need to pay a special zone fee. Hostels are what you expect: high social interaction but logically less privacy (unless you book a solo room) and decent comfort. Generally 9/10 times a hostel isn't designed for comfort, hence the lower price. Instead of bunk beds, the hostel did opt for single beds in rooms with multiple people. You don't feel like sardines in a can which is in my opinion a plus. Even though I dined outside, the kitchen is well equipped with all your basic needs for cooking simple meals. The breakfast option offered is basic (cereals, bread, eggs, cheese, ham, etc) and helps you start the day which is fine for me. Staff is friendly, well versed in English and social. One of the staff "forced" us (it became a challenge due personal honour!) to find 10 drunk cats hidden in the common area. 11/10 would play again.

Not a real dislike but a heads up: You're in the city centre. Expect loud / noise from outside as merry and joyful folks pass the streets. People inside the hostel logically come and go the entire day and night. So if you're "allergic" to this, either get a personal room or maybe book a hotel. My only minor dislike: The pillows for me were a little hard. And for some reason all of them are very wide and thick in size. The hardness I got used to, but why the wideness and thickness?

Omg it was exceptional!!! Looks like the owners perfectly know what a traveller needs when staying in hostels!!! Great location! Loved design, free coffee and tea. The outside bathrooms are just perfect. I have never come across such a well-thought hostel. Would love to be back some day again. Too bad they were not available last year when I was in th city

Some chemical smell in the bathrooms at night and common area sounds echoed all the way up the floors till midnight. But I can bare with it just because everything else was just perfect.

This place is like a home, let me give you brief Check in : I checked in at 4am and IVO at reception was so helpful for the smooth checkin at night. Room: they have 3 floors with spacious rooms /bunk beds. Best is they have single beds instead of piles of bunks over one another so you feel like being in a hotel. Breakfast: they have a heartful of breakfast even though you are a vegetarian. Location: this is in the middle of old city, 50 meters is the central market, which is the main tourist point. Staff: IVO: he is the heart of the hostel, a guy from Argentina who is an architect but lives his dream of traveling here. I love him and this hostel gets 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ just because of this guy. Booba and one girl at reception: they are smooth, loving and always helpful. Local tours: we took their free walking tour and the guys was knowledgeable, and knew small small details about the city so a big yes for the tour. Loved being in the hostel which actually runs like a home. PS: kitchen is super sexy. Take care IVO and thank you for treating us like a family.

Everything we liked

Amazing staff, had beach towels and sunscreen to borrow for free. Pub crawl and walking tour were great. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, had many hooks. It was my first time solo traveling and first time in a hostel and it was amazing. Large lockers in rooms, nice kitchen, free coffee. Location was perfect, right next to mercado central.

If you are planning to go to bed before 12 it is a little loud as the common area is the central courtyard of the building. Not an issue for me and after 12 was very quiet.
