Very cute room (loved the vibe!) and super accommodating host! Great location, very central, everything in walkable distance! We even got slippers for the floor and hygiene articles, beach towels and noise plugs were provided. The hosts really did everything and more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They checked in on us during the stay on whats app and organized a taxi to pick us up (even though it didn't come - however it was a nice gesture!) We felt very looked after and cared for.

The windows are very thin and so it was extremely noisy from the outside! (However, we went there during the fallas, so it was packed and a lot of party people throughout the whole night.) Also, the room has tiles on the floor which makes it quite cold.

Central, in a nice quarter with lots of sights in walking distance and little shops and cafes. Communication with Team VALOLA was really good. Each member of staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than in the photos but sufficient for our needs. Bed was extremely comfy. Cleaning service was phenomenal. Bathroom really spacious with all necessary products and many towels. In the hallway there was a counter with free coffee and tea which was much appreciated. Many thanks for making us feel welcome!

We struggled with the heating in the bathroom, as it never got fully warm. Bathroom is quite spacious to be fair. Wouldnt mind in summer, but February can be tricky. Also the hairdryer blew coldish air only. Would love a little fridge in a hotel room. Nonetheless, everything else was marvellous.

The location is in the heart of the center. Daniel, the owner was very helpful and nice. They have an honesty bar, where you could get anything you want and leave the money, which I thought was a very nice addition. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was amazing.

Easy to find location, in the old town. The hosts Niene, Manon and Daniel were very welcoming, they gave us a lot of important information. Very clean room, heat and hot water, luxurious products (towels, shower gel, cream), water and coffee. A minibar with juices, wine and water at good prices. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We left our luggage free of charge until the afternoon. We had a perfect vacation, we can't wait to come back in the summer. Thank you for hosting us 🤗

Everything was perfect.

I had an absolutely perfect stay! The room was spotless, everything was brand new and impeccably tidy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the environment was so quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the central market. The highlight, though, was the phenomenal shower in the bathroom—pure luxury! The staff were polite, kind, and genuinely friendly, making the experience even better. I can't wait to come back—highly recommend this place!

Nothing, Rien, Nada, Nichts, Nulla, Nada!

Customer service was limited in time but the people were super friendly and helped us to better plan our visit. The location is excellent, less that 5 minutes to the Central market and center city in general. We only walked a lot every day to have a good trial of the city, its places and restaurants; excellent food all around.

The rooms do not have a TV set and there is not any other space common space to watch. We could not watch the rest of the Olympics games and its closing ceremony. In a little adjacent common area, they offer coffee and tea for free and other drinks and water for a reasonable fee but there is not an ice-cube dispenser and by the time of our visit the weather all day was 90-100 °F due to the summer heat wave. Their is not an elevator; the complex has been developed in a very old building but our place was in the 1st floor and the stairs were wide enough

The hotel is right in the center of the old town, but tucked away in a quiet street. It’s super convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants, and it’s still peaceful at night. The room is very clean and comfortable with a big and modern bathroom. It came with shampoo and body wash that smelled so amazing that I wanted to purchase them to take home. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. I missed my train and arrived late, but they replied to my messages very quickly and gave me all the necessary information for the check-in. They even gave me recommendations for the latter leg of my trip in Madrid when I checked out. I would definitely come back!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I thought Valola was fantastic and wanted to say thank you! I think we booked the "smallest" room, but the room was a very good size for the two of us, it was comfortable, and had plenty of space for bags and hanging clothes. The free water is also a definite plus :) The room and ensuite bathroom were very clean and very pretty and modern – and none of the usual wafts of drains you can get in Valencia!! :) Above all else though, I have to mention the kind, friendly and extremely helpful staff who lent us an iron and even left a small gift for my birthday! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay here and highly recommend this property for anyone seeking an authentic Valencian experience. Carmen, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The property's charming decor adds to the overall Spanish ambiance.

The property was extra clean, we had room service each day to keep room clean and replace bottled water. Although no tea making facilities in the room it was nice having a small area where we could help ourselves to tease and coffees and a fridge where cold drinks could be taken and money put in honesty box. The shower room was lovely. All toiletries we needed were waiting for with towels. If swimming beach towels were also available. Thank you for letting us stay.
