Location is amazing - on the doorsteps of the old town and everything it has to offer. Room was spotless and very pretty - bathroom was huge with fantastic walk in shower and toiletries provided. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! There is an honesty bar and free tea and coffee as the place is not manned 24/7. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Valencia now! The location is great, it’s in the heart of the city centre but not towards a crowded street so it’s nice and quiet. Besides that we were welcomed with promptitude and professionalism and our check-in was available earlier than we estimated. We received plenty of tips for great restaurants near by and we were glad to have our room cleaned daily, towels and sheets changed as well. I also personally like the design of the bathroom with a modern open shower and hot water.

There is nothing that we could have wished to be different! It is the best hotel that we stayed in!

Very cute room (loved the vibe!) and super accommodating host! Great location, very central, everything in walkable distance! We even got slippers for the floor and hygiene articles, beach towels and noise plugs were provided. The hosts really did everything and more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They checked in on us during the stay on whats app and organized a taxi to pick us up (even though it didn't come - however it was a nice gesture!) We felt very looked after and cared for.

The windows are very thin and so it was extremely noisy from the outside! (However, we went there during the fallas, so it was packed and a lot of party people throughout the whole night.) Also, the room has tiles on the floor which makes it quite cold.

Central, in a nice quarter with lots of sights in walking distance and little shops and cafes. Communication with Team VALOLA was really good. Each member of staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than in the photos but sufficient for our needs. Bed was extremely comfy. Cleaning service was phenomenal. Bathroom really spacious with all necessary products and many towels. In the hallway there was a counter with free coffee and tea which was much appreciated. Many thanks for making us feel welcome!

We struggled with the heating in the bathroom, as it never got fully warm. Bathroom is quite spacious to be fair. Wouldnt mind in summer, but February can be tricky. Also the hairdryer blew coldish air only. Would love a little fridge in a hotel room. Nonetheless, everything else was marvellous.

our stay was absolutely amazing i couldn’t recommend here enough! was stuck between here and an air b n b for similar prices but was such a treat to have fresh bedding and the room cleaned every day. was provided a free mini bar and 2 litre water every day. Daniel and Martine were so kind and went above and beyond for us with access to their whatsapp where they provided all help necessary including recommendations and instant replies! the location was also super central!

The location is in the heart of the center. Daniel, the owner was very helpful and nice. They have an honesty bar, where you could get anything you want and leave the money, which I thought was a very nice addition. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was amazing.

Easy to find location, in the old town. The hosts Niene, Manon and Daniel were very welcoming, they gave us a lot of important information. Very clean room, heat and hot water, luxurious products (towels, shower gel, cream), water and coffee. A minibar with juices, wine and water at good prices. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We left our luggage free of charge until the afternoon. We had a perfect vacation, we can't wait to come back in the summer. Thank you for hosting us 🤗

I had an absolutely perfect stay! The room was spotless, everything was brand new and impeccably tidy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the environment was so quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the central market. The highlight, though, was the phenomenal shower in the bathroom—pure luxury! The staff were polite, kind, and genuinely friendly, making the experience even better. I can't wait to come back—highly recommend this place!

the communication over whatsapp was friendly and easy the location is fantastic the room was lovely very practical, very good lighting, although there isn't a reception, they have made their best at giving advice on EVERYTHING, cool shows, surroundings etc. I imagine they target young and cool people (young-ish as i am 52 year old hahah) I liked the fact that you can help yourself to the fridge and leave money which to me shows trusts and enduces respect and responsability. I will come back for sure :)

Customer service was limited in time but the people were super friendly and helped us to better plan our visit. The location is excellent, less that 5 minutes to the Central market and center city in general. We only walked a lot every day to have a good trial of the city, its places and restaurants; excellent food all around.

The rooms do not have a TV set and there is not any other space common space to watch. We could not watch the rest of the Olympics games and its closing ceremony. In a little adjacent common area, they offer coffee and tea for free and other drinks and water for a reasonable fee but there is not an ice-cube dispenser and by the time of our visit the weather all day was 90-100 °F due to the summer heat wave. Their is not an elevator; the complex has been developed in a very old building but our place was in the 1st floor and the stairs were wide enough
