The room was very beautiful, on two floors with a rooftop tereace and balcony on lower floor. Both floors with air condition, tv that actually have high quallity visuals. People earlier mention that there is no elevator, but there is. Must be that the hotel was renovated recently. Stuff is great, they helped us book a taxi with a child seat for our early morning flight. Also allowed us to keep our rented bikes in the loby for an hour. I dont know what else to say, the location is great, you can walk anywhere from hotel. Many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries are near. Really value for money.

Staff was really nice. The most important aspect for me, being a female and travelling with my sister, was feeling safe, and the hotel provided that security. Location is excellent, with plenty of things to see and explore. The convenience of having easy access to public transportation was a great plus as well.

Absence of a hairdryer and a mini-fridge was a bit inconvenient, considering the summer season and the inability to have chilled water in the room. Additionally, as we were travelling with carry-on luggae, packing a hairdryer wasn't possible. But again, as it was summer season, hairdryer wasn't needed as much, just a note if someone were to visit in colder time.

This was an ideal triple room for us and our adult daughter. A bed with bathroom and tv downstairs and a separate double bed upstairs on a sort of mezanine with its own bathroom and tv and a mini terrace meant we had plenty of space to spread out and enough privacy if required. The location is perfect, right in the old town. The entrance in a back street might put some off but for us it meant perfect peace and quiet. There were no frills like kettle or coffee maker but all the restaurants and cafés are on the doorstep. Reception is manned 24 hours and the personell are lovely.

The housekeeping was more relaxed than some hotels so for instance the skirting boards were a little dusty, but the upside was that the room was available for a very cheeky early check in which was a real bonus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

What I liked most about the hotel was its location and the people who work there. It is located in the old part of Valencia so that it takes you several minutes to get to its main attractions, such as the Cathedral de Valencia, the Plaza de la Virgen, and other extraordinary landmark buildings around it, the Mercado Central (Central Market), etc. The personnel at the hotel were very attentive and genuinely eager to help me in every way possible. I also liked it that my room and the hotel in general were impeccably clean.

The only inconvenience was that I couldn't work on my laptop because there was no Internet connection in my room. My cell phone worked just fine though. I guess this place will be more suitable for people who are not planning to work in their room and whose goal is to see as many attractions as possible within limited time.

Hotel in the heart of Old Town. Room comfortable, clean but basic with no extras i.e. kettle, iron, hairdryer, but we knew that before we arrived. Staff helpful to arrange taxi pickups and travel around valencia. Only 1 euro for tram to the beach. Suggest you bring own shampoos, body wash and soaps. Rooms quiet at night as hotel is down a small side street.

Could have done with extra pillows.

The hotel was in an excellent central location albeit very quiet for a good night's sleep. The room whilst basic was absolutely perfect for a short stay and the staff could not have been more helpful.

There really was not anything as all was as expected. On a very personal basis, pillows could have been softer but the ones in the room did not stop me getting a good sleep.

Τhe location was excellent. Although it is located in the heart of the old city its a rather quiet street. Some ladies of the staff were willing to carry my luggage, cause there is no elevator for the few steps. I was really grateful 🙏

There are no really walls between the rooms, (it should be something like plaster- or qypsum wall), anyway you have to coincide in the sleeping hours with your neighbours and listen to all the intimate sounds produced by them. Not to mention that there is absolute no price-quality relation.

Location is very good. Right next to a busy square with cathedral, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops and minutes from a second busy square. Live music and other street entertainment most nights. Receptionists were all excellent, very friendly and helpful and fluent in English. Room was very clean, a few tv channels in English, modern bathroom with shower.

Bed was a bit hard for me and pillow not great. Sheets were clean but felt a bit worn. No soundproofing so could hear people in other rooms but quiet after midnight. As a light sleeper, could do with blackout curtains. Would go back however as good value for money.

The location is excellent and the staff really nice and helpful. The room was good and very clean, bedsheets changed every day and the room cleaned also. It is also in a quiet location so noise from outside. We weren't able to avail of late checkout which was ok as the hotel was fully booked when we were leaving. Our luggage was stored in reception and there are bathrooms in the lobby where we were able to change our clothes before leaving for the airport. The reception staff organised the taxi from the airport to the hotel for us and for the return journey too - this was very efficient.

Storage was quite limited, just a few hangers for clothes and one chair to store clothes also. We did have another room upstairs but the stairs was quite steep and narrow to be using too much. If there were maybe hooks on the walls to hang clothes, it would have helped. With regard to the bathroom, it was small but that was fine. But the shower was odd in that one shower head holder was really high up on the wall and the other one was really low down. This made it kind of awkward when showering.

Fantastic location - perfect for walking around the old city, and near lots of bars and restaurants. It has lots of charm and character and the staff were friendly and helpful. It felt very safe for a single female.

The room was quite small & dark - tho OK for person. The bed legs needed tightening!! But it was comfy :)
