Fabulous roof terrace, perfect location next to the Torres de serannos and very friendly and accommodating staff. We didn’t experience any of the noise issues that other guests have reported. I do wonder if people look at where properties are when booking. If you want to stay in a period property on the main road surrounding the old town then I’m guessing you’re already aware that there might be some noise from traffic. We personally heard nothing because we both wear earplugs even at home and we were not disturbed once.

We really struggled with the aircon. We did everything we could such as shutting the shutters etc but after two nights of no sleep due to the heat we spoke to reception. They immediately sent up a member of staff who was able to amend the controls so that we could have a pleasant sleep.

The location was excellent and so was the breakfast. The bathroom and shower were really nice.

We were facing the street so the lights at the front were really bright which meant keeping the shutters closed and air conditioning on all night. Although it advertised a small pool it wasn't really available for residents due to the numbers of external people to the roof terrace. At times those coming in for the roof terrace bar would barge past us for the lift. The reception staff seemed to be inexperienced and struggled to answer questions though were very sweet.

The helpful and friendly staff. Alessandra welcomed us and organised our onward travel, she kindly offered to get ice for my mother in law who had a bad foot. The rooms were comfortable and modern with good mattresses and good showers. The location was excellent for us as we wanted a central location near the Jardi del Túria which is so much fun for walking and biking with lots to see on the way. There were very nice cakes on the buffet and the coffee was delicious.

We thought the hot items on the breakfast could have been better. Also the windows do not block out the street noises so not ideal if quiet is a priority.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room is bigger than I had expected. A fridge and a water boiler to make tea was provided which was very convenient. And perhaps the best tasting coffee served at breakfast in the city. Since my check out time was rather early, the ladies at the reception desk surprised me with a breakfast basket to take with me to the airport. The most heartwarming gesture I've ever encountered in my many years of travels.

Some salad greens to go with the breakfast would have been a nice touch.

An incredible, chic boutique hotel in a great area! I loved the vibes and cleanliness of my room, the shower was very modern, and the staff was very accommodating. I'd consider this hotel again if looking to stay in this area of Valencia. I sadly didn't check out the pool area (I believe it wasn't open during the time I checked in), but it's good to know that's an option.

The only negative I'd say is the price point for one night and the late check-in time. I find 3PM to be a tad too late; however, the staff tried their best for me to check in as early as possible for a personal event I had to attend.

A compact hotel In the centre of the old town, great location. Comfortable room and staff on reception were friendly and courteous

Pool bar area one particular staff member was not so nice when a glass of cava was knocked over on the wobbly table. She cleaned it up without saying a word, made us feel like naughty children and never offered a replacement, it was the welcome drink so we thought it would have been replaced. We left and spoke to reception who kindly offered another voucher for a drink

My daughter and I traveled to Valencia to spend time with my son who was travelling abroad for school. The hotel was located close to dining and shopping. We walked everywhere. Very safe and people are friendly.

The A/C was not turned on in our room. It's controlled centrally by the front desk. We like the room temperature very cool when we sleep - and the room was warm during the night.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the older part of Valencia. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful with directions and suggestions.

We had a bottle of wine purchased for the room and needed wine glasses. When we approached staff for wine glasses we were offered plastic drinking glasses, not very conducive for enjoying a nice bottle of wine. I appreciate it that they have a martini bar and need the glasses for busy periods but there should be some consideration for the patrons in the hotel that want to enjoy a glass of wine together privately.

Location is very good, just next to one of the town gates and in walking distance to all the nice streets and places. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Nelsy was super attentive and competent. The breakfast was tasty and rich, the coffee was fantastic. Our room was very spacious and the beds really comfortable. On the roof terrace we had wine and some finger food, the view is very nice! We would stay there again any time we visit Valencia.

The restaurant was open only for breakfast, later during the day there was no possibility to have a coffee. But of course, there are plenty of cafes around.

Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located - a short stroll to many of the sights, bars and restaurants. Great rooftop bar - a particular bonus on our first night after a long day travelling. Everything we needed for a city centre break.

We were aware of some noise from the main road but it was low level and didn't disturb us - especially with windows and shutters closed
