The staff were very friendly and helpful

The hostel was was in a prime location in the city center, which made exploring easy and convenient. The friendly staff were a highlight, always ready to assist and make guests feel welcome. I also loved the comfy beds, which provided a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing.

The four-person room felt a bit cramped, with limited space for packing and unpacking. I found the air conditioning system inconvenient, as it was controlled via WhatsApp from the lobby, and it would have been better to have personal control. Additionally, the common area was heavily used and often dirty, which detracted from the overall atmosphere.

Such a beautiful location, amazing friendly staff that were very patient with my rusty spanish, lockers in the rooms (you could pay a €5 deposit for a padlock for it which i got back at the end), towel provided, comfy bed, amazingly clean bathroom and shower, such an great deal. The staff let me keep my bag at the hostel before i checked in to my room and after i checked out before my flight which was so helpful. There were curtains on the bunk beds and a plug socket and little light there too. The room was the perfect temperate despite the insane heat outside. So much better than i could have imagined! If you’re thinking of staying here, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

The accommodation is in historical part of the city surrounded by many cafeterías and bars. Check-in was very easy, the reception works 24/7, which was a luck, because for the last night our card stopped working and the receptionist had to validate our stay again. Beds are comfortable with room AC working well.

Bathrooms in the room were very dirty everytime I arrived to the accomodation. Breakfast costs 5 euros and you get a coffee and one piece of pastry from local coffee shop.

The hostel is located right in the middle of the old town, close to everything, but also very calm and quiet at night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, we even get a towel to use during the stay, the room is air conditioned, which provided a plesant temperature during the day, even if the biggest heat in summer. In the bathroom we had a hairdryer for common use. The beds are covered with curtains which help to have your privacy even in the shared badrooms. The eployees were super kind and helpful, they helped with everything I needed, I could leave the luggage there until the flight and they called me a taxi when leaving.

The rooms could be a little bit more spacious, so we do not block each others ways if all the guests are in the room at the same time.

This was one of my best hostel experiences. Funnily enough, this used to be a different hostel before where I stayed 2 years ago and it was my worst hostel experience ever. But everything got renovated and was absolutely perfect now :) Would recommend! ROOM: We stayed in a female dorm. The room was spacious, the bathroom was extremely nice, and we got a free towel. There is a soap and shampoo there. All beds have curtains. There is an AC in the room which the reception can adjust at any time. If you pay for a room with private bathroom, you can only go there or to 2 bathrooms at the reception. WIFI working well. I brought my own lock for the locker, but you can also buy one there. The hostel has a café in the lobby area (Syra coffee), there is a lot of tables you can work from. There is a kitchen as well, but without an oven. The fridge is very small, however, so nothing can fit there. The last day we left are bags at the reception for 3 euros per person. :) The location is perfect, around 15 mins walking from the bus station and 4 mins to the centre. There is a Carrefour supermarket 200m away.

The small fridge does not fit much. Not many activities (only saw a pub crawl for 20 euros) if that is what you're looking for.

The location in unbeatable - right in the centre of the old town! The price is ridiculously low considering the location and the quality of the hostel. I stayed in a room with ensuite bathroom and would definitely recommend this. Staff was very friendly as well!

I thought there would be a full kitchen, but didn't realise until after grocery shopping, that there isn't a hob or oven. There's a kettle and a microwave and of course fridges, but that's it. Would have loved a stovetop, even just an electric one you plug in, just to have the opportunity to cook.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city! Super stylish, and there’s a café in the hotel that we didn’t get a chance to try—but it looked really tempting! The room was small, but had everything we needed: hangers, a comfy bed, a sofa, TV, and a private bathroom. Everything felt clean, cozy, and convenient! We only stayed for 2 nights, but they still cleaned our room on the second day—which usually doesn’t happen in hotels for such a short stay.

The soundproofing isn’t great — you can hear your neighbor sneezing, coughing, even walking around. It was a bit inconvenient, though not a major issue. There’s also no minibar in the hotel. We arrived late and realized we hadn’t bought any water. I messaged the front desk, and they responded very quickly, but unfortunately, they don’t sell any water. They did let me know that the tap water is safe to drink, which I double-checked and is true—but having a minibar would definitely be a big plus!

Clean, good facilities overall, comfortable bed, which was made up in advance!! Good staff and generous towel supply. (Face and a bath towel). Privacy curtains- yeah! Hanger option inside your locker. I was in a girls only dorm, which was blissfully peaceful due to respectful co-occupants - not something you can guarantee - I was lucky. Super location in the heart of the old town.

Terrible coffee - I really couldn't drink it (from the cafe by reception) The shower room is very dark and poorly lit - the only ventilation appears to be opening the door, so lots of condensation. It is just big enough, but if you are a larger person you might struggle. The only bin in the room is inside the shower room & toilet... so you have to wait for that room to be empty before you can throw any rubbish away 😒
