Nice and well kept property in a very central yet quiet and residential area of the old town. Still, very close walk to main attractions, restaurants, shops, or if needed to a road to get a bus or a taxi. Helpful staff, always a bonus.

Rooms are a bit small

The location is excellent, just a 5 min walk through the old streets and you end up right in front of the cathedral. very easy check-in and location as described. From the moment you enter, you are overwhelmed with the specific scent of cleanliness. the room was excellent, with a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. Having your morning coffee in the center of Valencia with that peace is something great. The bed was comfortable, the cleanliness is exceptional. There is a water kettle with tea and coffee in the room, but you can also go down to the first floor and use the free coffee machine. the bonus is the big rooftop. there is also daily cleaning too, the room is well equipped, very modern and stylish. highly recommend.

there was an occasional smell from the sewer in the bathroom.

Location for the old city is great only 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and other attractions. Easy access from estacion Nord. Close to major bus routes. Really clean and tidy. Very little city noise when windows closed . Only minor traffic noise when open. Lift for access. Helpful staff. Bag drop available

Maybe some supply of milk for hot drink in the room and more teabags. Coffee machine available on first floor. No real dislikes

It was very well located, right by old town but close to a larger street so you could get to places quickly.

The vending machine only took coins

This is a limited reception service hotel, so I got instructions how to access the hotel/room for my 1am arrival. The hotel was very quick to respond. The check in was done remotely. My room was comfortable and clean, good bedding, comfortable mattress/pillows. I liked the design feel of it and the little French balcony. There is tea/coffee in the room and a small fridge, but there is also a coffee machine on the mezzanine floor and a vending machine by the entrance. There is also a wonderful roof terrace. I liked the location, it is in a quieter corner, but still central, a 10min walk to the cathedral/market and other main sites. The Belles Artes museum is across the park and the park is just across the road.

Everything was excellent. It’s a charming hotel in the heart of the old town. The room was huge and well decorated. Staff are wonderful. Clean, modern and a lovely rooftop for evening drinks. All round outstanding and I really enjoyed my stay.

It’s centrally located, close to tourist attractions. The stuff was very kind and easy to communicate with. The rooftop terrace was something we enjoyed very much.
