Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view from the window. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions in the city center. There is also a bus stop nearby, which made getting around even more convenient. The staff was incredibly kind and polite. They were very helpful when we had an issue with the air conditioning and resolved it quickly. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again!

when we arrived at the reception desk, the lady was very nice and welcoming. very nice staff. the location is good, there is a high-rated brunch spot next to the Hotel and 10-15 minutes walk to old center, museums, restaurants and shopping malls. for further destinations like bio park and art & science museum you have to take a bus which is very affordable. the room itself were beyond expectations and looks much better than pictures in booking. the bathroom is clean and modern. They cleaned the room perfectly everyday as we were outside. there is a balcony and kitchen on 5th floor, with a Coffee machine which is very nice to have because you can cook yourself or if you wanna have some fruits etc. there are also washing machine and dryer on 5th. In general very pleasant stay. Recommend

the only downside is that the reception is closed 2-4 pm. and also at nights. so you can check in before 2 but you get the room only after 4pm.

A great place to stay for a couple of nights in Valencia. Located in a quiet street in the old town, very close to all the attractions. There are two metro stations nearby and it's just 15 minutes walk from the train station, and a little more to the bus station. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The check-in procedure is fast and simple. The room is impeccably clean, very comfortable and pretty. And they clean it everyday. The bed is big and the shower hot. And there is enough room in the bathroom to put all you things (which is not the case in many hotels I've stayed in). There is also a well equipped kitchen on the top floor toghether with a terrace to relax and enjoy a great view onto the roofs of the old town. I would like to stay there again. Highly recommended!

The Hulot B&B was a great find. Really good location for me - not in the crazy tourist part of town and close to the Turia Gardens which is perfect for a morning run.

There are not much in the way of restaurants, bars, etc near the hostel. The centre of town is 10 minutes walk away so just think ahead if you need to get anything. The fact that reception is only open between 09h00 and 13h00 and then again later in the day makes check-in and check-out a challenge. I had to check-out at 7am on the day I was leaving and there was no way to leave my bag at reception (it was closed) or request a later check-out time. Just bear that in mind.

First off, the location was great. The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes from the town center and 2 minutes from the bus station (all by foot!). The room was great. It was really big considering the fact that it was only for my partner and me. It was modern and very welcoming. Our room even had a desk with a couch and a big bathroom. The air conditioning worked incredibly well; it took about 2 minutes to cool down our room. Another bonus point goes to the cleaning lady/ladies who were super nice and did their job perfectly. To sum up, the room that was shown on booking.com is not the same at all; it surprised us how modern and stylish it was. Another exceptional thing is that the last floor consists of an iron, a washing machine, a terrace, and a kitchen open to everyone staying in the hotel.

The thing my partner and I didn't like was the hotel's wifi; it didn't work well and it was really slow. Another negative point goes to our room's balcony since it barely fits one person.

Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from all the major Valencia historic city center points of interest. Also very close to the greenway that was once a river. Winter rate was very affordable and the room itself was decent size with a small balcony overlooking an interior open space, shared between several other buildings. Bathroom and shower were clean and spacious, with plenty of towels and hot water. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Because the room overlooked a shared open space, there was more noise than expected. Our second night it was very windy and one of the neighbors' sun shade was flapping loudly all night, which made it difficult to sleep. This was not the fault of the hotel, however.

Its location was excellent and provided easy access to places of interest and eating places. The ladies at reception were delightful and excellent in answering our questions and making recommendations.They made our stay so much better. We were on the 1 st floor and loved the peace and quiet. The room was comfortable and beds fine. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We really did not see any other staff.

The coffee machine did not work when I put a coin in.

No nonsense room, but clean and well equipped with multiple electric points to recharge batteries etc. Comfortable bed and after finding out how the shower tap worked, the water was hot with good pressure. Location is excellent. Little passing traffic so no noise. The city centre is in easy walking distance and for further afield the bus services are extensive and easy to use. The Brunch resto 50 metres away is a marvel.

The room was quiet, and very spacious with a large bathroom. Loved the upstairs kitchen facilities (especially the vending machines) and terrace. Great to be able to use a washing machine and dryer for no extra charge. Although we didn’t get her name, the young woman at reception was very friendly and very helpful with directions, bus routes etc… Thank you We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Valencia.

Would have been great to have had access to a drying rack because the washing line was small.

Very comfy, clean and stylish place at the central location. The room looked way better than in the photos (due to renovation I believe), staff, especially Chiara was extremely sweet and helpful. While the kitchen was shared, it was clean and had everything you needed. Overall, it was a great experience, totally recommend!
