The location was great, close to everything if you plan to explore the city in a couple of days. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The constructive feedback I would give is the following: 1. Provide a bottle of water per person per day. I understand that this has a cost. 2. Toilet brush in the bathroom. Room 301 did not have one. 3. Breakfast was OK, however, hot dishes can be better. Scrambled eggs were bland, rice with vegetable dish did not have any taste and mushrooms were just watery. But these are personal preference. All in all it was a decent breakfast. 4. The bar fridge is behind a wooden door underneath a table where you put your luggage. I think this wooden door should be removed because the heat coming from the behind the fridge is staying and making the fridge go up in temperature rather than cool down. The fridge heat does not have anywhere to circulate.

Super hotel! I was very satisfied with the services offered, from the receptionists to the cleaning, food services. The hotel staff with whom I interacted consists of a team of very nice people, especially kind and dedicated. They know how to personalize their relationship with the client. They know how to be attentive. Bravo! I had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay in the hotel. I recommend it with confidence. The location is excellent, close to the center. Despite the fact that it is located in the central area of the city, the noise does not bother. The room and bathroom were spacious with a special design. We will definitely come back!

Very clean, comfortable, adult only hotel in central location.

On the first night of 4 nights, my room was facing the street on the 2nd floor. Traffic noise was very loud. Reception said to ask first thing next morning for a room at the rear of the building. I then moved to a quiet room. Unfortunately the hotel air con wasn't working but I was able to open a window so that helped. The hotel air con was fixed the next day. The last 2 days of the stay were perfect. There were 3 of us on our trip and breakfast tables were mainly set for 2 people. This meant that for 3 of the 4 breakfasts someone had to sit on their own. Not a big problem but it would have been nice to have eaten together.

Perfect location in the old town. Comfortable and modern room. Everything was just great. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel very close to the city center and one of metro stations. The room was very clean (maybe the only thing we would add - some glasses or cups made of glass or ceramics, because there were only paper cups), bathroom was well-equipped with good shower. The bed was comfortable, and at night the street was quiet (but if needed there were additional shutters for the windows). Wi-Fi worked well. The buffet breakfast was delicious with some variations from day to day, so we really enjoyed it. The staff members were friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had a pleasant stay.

Location is unbeatable: walking distance from the center and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. Staff: they were accommodating and kind. They kept our bags until the room was ready and provided advice on where to go. Room: The room was spacious and had a cute small balcony. The bed was spacious too and very comfy! The AC was dripping at some point but it looked new and it was obviously one of the usual malfunctions that happen (even happened I nmy house when a new AC was installed). Did not cause an issue, hope they solved it for the next guest :) Also, room was clean and cleaned daily. Honestly, HIGHLY recommended.

Lovely staff, very attentive. Our initial room we were given was not to our liking, as it was one floor up from the reception/entrance and noisy. It also had a lot of light entering from the courtyard at night which made it hard to sleep. Upon request the reception staff changed our room the following day and we were extremely happy with the exchange. Rm 305 was comfy and overlooked the alleyway, with a small balcony and doors that opened out from the room. The hotel is situated in perfect walking distance to the historic area and surrounded by fabulous plazas full of bars, cafes and restaurants. The 31 bus stops directly in front of the hotel with a service to the Renfe train station. A taxi from the airport was 25 euros.

Unfortunately in most cafes, restaurants, shops and our hotel, there is a smell from the drains.

Pleasant hotel. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious, but the selection is the same every day. The variety might not seem very large, but everything is tasty and filling. The rooms are very clean, and housekeeping does a great job. The rooms are also very warm. Our windows faced the road, so it was a bit noisy at night, but closing the shutters helped. There is an elevator, which is very convenient.

They asked guests to come for breakfast at a specific time because the kitchen is small and there are many rooms. This is manageable, and you can probably arrange a different time, but it’s something to be aware of.

Quirky small hotel in a great location, just a few minutes' stroll into the main tourist areas of Valencia like the Mercat Central, the Cathedral and the Jardin del Túria. It's also basically across the road from Centre d’Art Hortensia Herrero, a new modern art gallery and bit of a hidden gem. Perfect base to wander and explore this great city from. Also a short walk to the metro for getting to/from the airport and outside is a bus route that goes to the beach.

We were in a room that faced onto the street rather than the internal courtyard, so it got a little loud with traffic and street sounds sometimes at night, but other than that it was great. Didn't get the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Perfect location in the city center, in walking distance of the city center and many bus stops and of a metro station with direct connection to the airport. The room has the perfect size and amenities for a nice city trip, a comfortable bed, private bath and shower and optional breakfast.

Noise from the hallway is also audible inside the room due to poor noise insulation of the doors. The staff provided earplugs (which I already had myself, but I appreciate the gesture), but that doesn't fully cover the loud closing of other doors and general commotion on the hallway when people go in and out of their rooms. Not a huge problem for me but might be worth considering if someone is sensitive to noise.
