Friendly staff, centrally located, clean, easy access to Metro - Mateo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

No airco in our room only a ceiling fan which didnt help much.

Very good location-close to old town. Easy to get everywhere by busses. Personal have troubles to speak English but they do all the best to feel guests welcome. We got welcome drinks- slush, which was great after long trip there and a heat outside. Room was cozy and we had there everything we needed: sink, table, fridge, hairdryer, two towels, wardrobe. Shared bathroom close to our room: two showers and 2 toilet rooms there.

Room hadn't air-condition, only lamp with fan, which wasn't enough while it was 36 degrees at night. Not possible to open the windows, because hostel is by the main street and it's too nosy while windows opened. So we decide to have room doors opened and hope that nobody will sneak inn while we are sleeping.

Excellent location close to metro and on the edge of the old town within walking distance to many sites. Room was spotless, very clean and very secure. Shared bathroom facilities were always very clean and no line ups. Great having a basin in the room and a coffee pod machine with great coffee. Towels changed regularly and room cleaned whenever requested. Helpful friendly staff who spoke English and were always there to assist with information and support.

Our room had a ceiling fan and wall fan, but it was still quite hot with just one window opening. We can imagine how intolerable it could be in the height of summer with sweltering days and nights.

I had a very pleasant stay at Valencia Suits You. The communication was smooth and efficient, with clear instructions sent via email and WhatsApp, making the check-in process straightforward and convenient. Due to a late flight, I needed to adjust my check-in time, and the staff were very flexible and accommodating. Their assistance was much appreciated and made the arrival process stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. It was also quiet at night, which allowed for a good night’s sleep. Check-out was equally smooth, with the staff being friendly and helpful. Overall, Valencia Suits You provided a comfortable and convenient stay, with good service and clean, quiet rooms.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the center, the good restaurants, the good shops and the bus and metro station. Very nice staff, they helped us with everything we needed. On the last day we had our flight at 12 am and we left our luggages until 5 pm at the hotel, which was very helpful. The room was bery clean when we arrived, and after 2-3 days they cleaned it again.

You can hear noise from the hallway, but it wasn’t very disturbing. The private bathroom didn’t have a door, only the bedroom door separated them. But it wasn’t a problem, we got used to it quickly

I stayed in a double room for 2 nights and a single room for one night. There was some noise night from a very busy road.even though windows were double glazed.The shower facilities were shared as well as the toilet facilities. The staff were very helful and friendly especially Andreas and Matthew at reception.. The room was very clean and had a nice wash hand basin. I left some belongings after leaving room in a press under wash basin but staff made sure they were kept safely at reception for me.

There was no common room but I was told it may be in place shortly. It was impossible to meet any of the guests for a chat and to have breakfast facilities would be a great addition.

everything is good, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, good location, near the metro and the city center, the hotel deserves 3-4 stars)

The mattresses are amazing. You’ll sleep like a baby. The level of cleanliness is great and the rooms have all the amenities you need, including really good internet. Location is great, just enough off the main tourist tracks that it’s quiet but you can be in the middle of the city in a few minutes on foot.

The showers are a bit temperamental, but big enough that you can hop out of the water stream when the temperature changes.

The location was FABULOUS: you could literally walk to every major landmark in the city in 10-15mins time or take the public transportation (buses) less than a block away. The room itself was perfect size: enough closet space and hangers, nice sized bed, window with street / park view and a large enough fridge to keep some food, water and drinks. Had an internal sink, a small TV that unfortunately had very bad signal and couldn't enjoy much. Also there was a ceiling fan that never worked, and since it was still fresh temperature, we just slept with windows open, but I can imagine it being a nightmare in summertime. Otherwise the room was exactly what I needed for my stay and the staff were always very receptive and explained everything very well.

I know I booked a room with a shared bathroom (I had limited options and had no other choice at the time) and I also know it's not the property's fault people are nasty, but the bathrooms were never at my standards of cleanliness. The ladies bathroom smelled like pee most of the time and some weren't even properly flushed. The showers looked doubtful so I always showered with flip flops on. I had to buy some wipes to actually clean the WC before using it and I ended up using the male showers because those were separated from the bathroom so I didn't have to endure the bad smell of the WC also while showering. Again, not the property's fault people are disgusting, but this is the only reason why I would never book a stay with them: they should clean it multiples time a day to avoid this.
