Staff was helpful. You can leave your bag before check-in or after check out. They offer you free water and coffee during the day. You can buy beer or some other drinks, but you can pay only by card. Common area is useful for remote workers. There are curtains around the bed so can disconnect. There is plug and reading light for every bed individually. Reception is open 24 hours. Commen area is closed between 12:30 am to 5 am. I asked for a lock, they gave it to me and they didn't charge for it. They offer breakfast for 4€, I skipped but I saw many people were enjoying it. The kitchen was useful and clean. There are 4 fridges so you can find a place for your food. There is toaster, microwave and utensils. Their internet was good at the common area and in the room. There are chargers everywhere in the common room. Location is not exactly at the center but it is very close and walking distance to the main touristic points. I recommend you to start your city tour Torres del Serrans and it is very close to the hostel. Near the hostel there is Jardin del Turia, nice path to run in the morning or walk around the green area. Hostel is close to the Alameda metro stop, around 10 minutes walk. You can come to the Alameda stop from the airport without transfer. I cost for me 5.80€ (1€ for the card). My room had window doors and they were useful. They dont give you towels, it costs extra. And there is not any shampoo or shower gel in the showers, this is a hostel. There is soup at the sinks. It was clean but some showers need a little maintenance. There is a big enough space under de bed to put your bag and lock it. I think a carry on bag can fit there, and any kind of bag pack can fit there too. There is nice energy at the common area. Place organizes some city tours like pub crawl. It was a nice experience, thank you.

Al was good. But the construction on my floor started around 10am, it was unexpected. And some showers need to be checked and fix

This isn't my first experience with a hostel, but it was my first experience in Valencia and my first time booking a last minute stay. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The staff changed my accommodations immediately after discovering someone had used my bed. The place was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding!!! I have paid 7xs more for the same spread in another place. The kitchen was very big and it was stocked up enough for everyone to use to make their own meals. The money I saved in eating out and coliving was sooo worth it. The clientele were FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE. Be kind, gracious and open-minded because regardless about first impressions EVERYONE was very RESPECTFUL (I STAYED IN A MIXED ROOM!) friendly and ignored you if you just wanted to keep to yourself. Yes, it was as quiet as humanly possible during sleeping hours. But be realistic and mindful that people get up at the wee hours of the morning to catch a plane or train, so there will be some rustling of bags and movement. Altogether, it was a renewing experience because it was the first time in a long time I took a journey to a new place by myself. I would do it again and again for another solo adventure:)

They were in the middle of renovations so the smell of fresh paint didn't go well with my meal. But understandable. It has to be done and I appreciate the efforts made to renovate the atmosphere.

The location is PERFECT. Directly opposite “the river” so the walk/cycle to the Science museum etc at one end to the Biopark at the other is super easy. 5mins to a tiny supermarket; 10 mins to the historic centre. Bedrooms, toilets and showers are great and very clean. Dorms have numerical electronic locks so feel secure. WiFi is good throughout. Lockers are great and I appreciated renting a padlock of towel. Aircon works. Wooden beds are very quiet.

The quality of the downstairs spaces did not match the upstairs. Shared spaces were dirty - covered in crumbs and coffee rings with staff not at all proactive in wiping down services. Therefore breakfast also felt uncomfortable and not value for money. The kitchen was the poorest stocked hostel kitchen I’ve stayed in with me having to hunt for a coffee cup. It would be really hard to cook anything other than microwave food. This is a shame, because upstairs was 10/10. As such, it felt a little expensive.

The place is super clean, aesthetically pleasing, easy to find, and situated in a great location, on the edges of old town, right accros Turia gardens and Jardin de Real. Staff was lovely and helpful. I slept well, the bed is super comfy.

The bathroom and toilets are far, from the room and from one another. There is no space to put down your things. You have to press the water sinks every 10 minutes, since zhe water runs automatically. The showers have only shower heads, so it's not so easy to rinse properly. The light is also automatic, reacts to movement, so it can get off while you're showering.

The common area and bathrooms were rarely crowded which was nice to be able to use them. Bunks are solid so you don't feel your bunkmate rolling over or anything. The free walking tour and pub crawl were fun too. Location is right across the road from Turia Park so easy to go relax there during the day yet a short walk from the middle of old town.

You use a code for the doors instead of a key. Every night there was someone who'd forgotten their code and was knocking loudly, enough to wake up the whole floor. Thin walls which didn't help. Staff were minimally helpful and often on their phones for a bit before helping people at the counter. A lot of student groups stay here too

One of the comfiest hostels I've ever stayed at! + Curtains, power outlets, lights, lockers and mirrors for each bed in dorms + The bed is really big and comfy, nice bedding + Free towels + Nice social events + Ideal location (quiet but close to the city and the park) + Strong wifi + Free shampoo and body soap + Hair dryers Would 100% choose to stay here on my next trip to Valencia!

- The shower lights work with motion sensors but don't extend to the actual showers = you'll most likely end up showering in pitch black darkness if you shower early in the morning or at night. This is the ONLY reason I would reconsider ever staying here again, I hope they fix this. - Not a lot of working space in the morning if you work remotely on a laptop; all the common areas are full of people eating breakfast (understandable, but just fyi)

The first thing that stands out is the staff-young, open, and friendly people. I really appreciated that. Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The space is clean, well-maintained, and clearly created with young people in mind. It's a great place for young solo travelers or groups. Sharing a room with eight people can be quite a challenge, but everything was very clean and well-kept, even with so many people together.

The first evening was extremely noisy-the neighbors were screaming like crazy, making it impossible to get a good rest. People are different, and that's understandable, but respecting each other's need for rest is important. The most negative experience I had was with my food in the fridge, which was thrown away without my knowledge. Losing €25 worth of restaurant food to the trash is not normal. If there is a rule about cleaning out the fridge every Monday, guests should be informed about it during check-in. I wasn't aware of this policy, and as a result, I lost my food, my money, and was left with a bad impression.

the location is good, the hostel is clean, the facilities are great, it is right in front of the Valencia magnificent park, and right next to the historic centre, the metro connecting the hostel to the airport is just 2 minutes walk. You can meet up with some wonderful people.

The only weakness compared to other hostels is that the staff should build a better connection with the visitors. A better communication, more friendly service would have improved the hostel in general. There must be a leader in the hostel, someone with more experience.

Very convenient location. The sights in the old town are within walking distance, the complex with museums in modernist buildings can also be reached on foot (about 2km), or by bus. The bus stop is 50m from the hostel, Alameda metro stop on lines 3,5,7,9 is about 650m across the park. The hostel is clean enough, the young people at the reception are responsive and friendly. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an elevator, WiFi is good. Breakfast is optional and is paid additionally, a deposit is paid for towels by bank card, and after leaving the hostel they refund the amount to the card within a few days.

Amazing value for money even when you add the breakfast buffet. They have a good guest kitchen and common areas. The pod style beds are comfy and offer lots of privacy. The location next to the river/park and the historical center is perfect for first time visitors

I travel with a bicycle, and the hostel is not cyclist friendly because they don't allow you to store bikes inside. I had to leave my bike out on the street overnight and pray that it would be secure. I recommend the Dutch staff members to discuss out loud, in public, about guests and persons that they work with. You never know who in the room can understand you and it doesn't appear very professional.
